Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penggunaan mobile banking terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dalam menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking di Bank Aceh Syariah Sutomo KCP Kota Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden dan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lebih dari satu variabel bebas terhadap satu variabel terikat. Dalam analisis linear sederhana, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan yaitu: Uji T (Parsial), Uji F (Simultan), dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Namun sebelum melakukan analisis regresi, terlebih dahulu data harus memenuhi uji asusmsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel penggunaan mobile banking berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,663 diatas 0,05, Sedangkan secara simultan diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung 22,330 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2,471 artinya secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Besarnya pengaruh penggunaan mobile banking terhadap peningkatan pendapatan sebesar 49,8%. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan : Y = 5,200 + -0,048 X1 + 0,019 X2 + 0,430 X3 + 0.282 X4 + e. dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel penggunaan mobile banking yang meliputi kemudahan penggunaan layanan, keamanan sistem mobile banking, kredibilitas perusahaan jasa layanan perbankan, dan kecepatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Maka semakin tinggi penggunaan m- banking maka semakin meningkat pendapatan pada Bank Aceh Syariah Sutomo KCP Kota Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and work ability partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Polonia with population of 95 people, and a study sample. of 93 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Polonia, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (2,938 > 1,987) at n = 93 at 95% significance level. Job satisfaction has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Primary Tax Service Office of Medan Polonia, this is supported by an analysis of t count > ttable (2,128 > 1,987) at n = 93 at 95% significance level. Work ability has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Polonia, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (3,335 > 1,987) at n = 93 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count > F table (16,396 > 2,71)This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of compensation, job satisfaction and work ability on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Polonia. Abstract

This study aims to discover the implementation of the 7P marketing mix strategy by PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Bah Butong which released a new product to enter the retail market in Indonesia. The product is a black tea with the brand name “Teh Butong”. The tea produced is categorized as powdered tea and teabags with premium and regular quality. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection using interviews and observation techniques of PTPN IV employees that are responsible for the teh Butong product. The results of the study showed the importance of implementing the 7P marketing mix strategy as an effective way to obtain the consumers. This study also explained how PTPN IV's efforts in maximizing the marketing activities of its new tea products by utilizing the 7P marketing mix strategy as an effort to increase sales to achieve the targets of the company.

Abstract

Public Speaking 5.0 Training is an activity aimed at improving effective communication skills in Gen Z in facing the increasingly dynamic digital workplace competition. This activity was held on Wednesday, April 7, 2026, at the Study Room (Aula). Gen Z is known as a generation close to technology, but not all have the courage and skills to speak in public in a structured, confident, and persuasive manner. This training equips participants with a basic understanding of public speaking, message-building techniques, body language usage, nervousness management, and the ability to convey ideas interestingly, both in person and through digital media. The activity method is carried out through material delivery, interactive discussions, presentation simulations, speaking practice, and providing direct feedback to participants. Through this activity, participants are expected to be able to increase self-confidence, think more critically, and build a positive personal branding. Public speaking skills are an important competency because today's workplace demands not only mastery of technology, but also communication, collaboration, and adaptation skills. Thus, this training is expected to shape Gen Z who are communicative, creative, professional, and ready to compete in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Career Development, and Job Training on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Segar Berjaya Makmur. The research method used was a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study included all employees of the company, with a sample of 55 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of the SPSS program. The results showed that partially, Occupational Safety and Health, Career Development, and Job Training had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. Simultaneously, the three variables also had a positive and significant effect, with an F-value of 49.563 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
