Abstract

This article discusses the role of higher education institutions in Yogyakarta in bolstering Pancasila’s public image through academic and non-academic approaches. Through various activities to strengthen Pancasila, three universities such as UIN Sunan Kalijaga, UGM, and UNY used academic formulas such as Focus Group Discussions which involved several groups to socialize the importance of implementing Pancasila in the life of the nation and state. In addition, there are other non-academic media such as Pancasila petitions and the use of social media as a way of improving Pancasila so that the millennial generation can recognize the ideology and historical values of Pancasila. To explain the progress of the three universities, the writer presents two questions; how is the role of science played by universities to improve Pancasila? What attempts are made by tertiary institutions to inspire academic and non-academic views? This study used a qualitative approach with the form of field research (field research) which took place in Yogyakarta. In my view, what the three universities did, became an“academic jihad” which was carried out periodically and represented the seriousness of universities in Yogyakarta to uphold the principles ​​of Pancasila in people’s lives.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan belajar santri dengan kemandirian belajar melalui model pembelajaran terbalik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 1 siklus yang terdiri dari 4 perencanaan, pelaksanaan, reflesi dan observasi. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan sumber mahasantri semester 4 di lokasi penelitian IDIA Prenduan, dan data yang didapat melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwasanya santriwati lebih giat lagi dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan guru, dan lebih semangat lagi untuk melaksanakan diskusi, merangkum, bertanya bahkan  memahami sendiri dari makna yang belum diketahui. Sehingga hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya merancang inovasi pendidikan pada pembelajaran terbalik pada mahasantri IDIA Prenduan telah berhasil dan dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran selanjutnya dengan menyesesuaikan RPP yang ada

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) volunteering task force role in Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research focuses on two issues. It examines The NU regional committee of Yogyakarta (PWNU) involvement in managing volunteer performance that addresses the NU Executive Board (PBNU) policies and fulfills community needs. What was the role of PWNU Yogyakarta in regulating NU volunteers during the Covid-19 pandemic period? How do NU volunteers internalize the values of ahlus sunnah wal jamaah (traditionalist Sunni Islam) in social activism during the Covid-19 pandemic? These two questions are analyzed using a sociological approach based on Peter L. Berger's social construction theory. Methodologically, to obtain the data, this research uses case studies by meeting and interviewing key informants. From this research, it was found that first, NU volunteers followed the policy of handling Covid-19 cases submitted by PWNU. This policy map shows a pattern of systemic policy derivation carried out by PWNU. Second, in carrying out volunteer duties, volunteers expressed the responsibility of internalizing NU values in their social activism. This is because volunteers need to show their ideological commitment while at the same time manifesting NU values in dealing with societal problems during a pandemic Tulisan ini bertujuan menguraikan peran satuan tugas NU dalam menjalankan kerelawanannya di Yogyakarta selama masa Pandemi covid 19. Dengan mengkaji keterlibatan PWNU dalam mengatur kinerja kerelawanan yang sinergis antara kebijakan PBNU dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, penelitian ini fokus pada dua masalah. Yaitu, pertama, bagaimana peran PWNU Yogyakarta dalam mengatur pola aktifisme sosial relawan NU dalam menghadapi masa pandemi covid 19. Kedua, bagaimana nilai-nilai Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah NU diinternalisasi para relawan NU dalam melakukan aktifisme sosial di masa pandemi covid 19. Kedua pertanyaan ini dianalisis dengan pendekatan sosiologis yang berbasis pada teori konstruksi sosial Peter L Berger. Secara metodologis, untuk memperoleh datanya, penelitian ini menggunakan studi lapangan dengan cara menemui beberapa informan kunci dan informan penting untuk diwawancarai. Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa Pertama, relawan NU mengikuti kebijakan penanganan covid 19 yang disampaikan oleh PWNU. Dari peta kebijakan ini, ada pola derivasi kebijakan secara sistemik yang dilakukan oleh PWNU dalam menjelaskan pembagian tugas kepada para relawan. Kedua, Dalam melakukan tugas kerelawanan, para relawan mempunyai tanggung jawab sosial dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai ke NU an dalam aktivisme sosialnya. Sebab, para relawan perlu menunjukkan komitmen ideologisnya sekaligus memanfestasikan nilai-nilai ke NU an yang bercorak fleksible dan dinamis dalam menghadapi problem masyarakat di masa pandemi.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of ethics as a formal parameter in assessing the validity of Constitutional Court (MK) decisions in Indonesia. The final and binding nature of MK decisions often raises debates regarding absolute power without adequate control mechanisms, especially in the context of ethical violations. This research explores deontological ethics and procedural justice as the basis for analysis, as well as several controversial MK decisions related to ethical issues. This research is a normative legal study that emphasizes a conceptual and statutory approach. The results show that integrating ethics into the assessment of MK decisions can enhance the legitimacy of constitutional justice and ensure more substantive justice. Therefore, this study recommends reformulating the legal framework to incorporate ethics as a key component in the validity assessment process.

Abstract

Ichthus School West, Jakarta Barat, as an educational institution, has experienced a decline in teacher performance over the past few years. The phenomenon underlying this research includes the high workload of teachers exceeding the standard classroom hours, an organizational culture that tends to maintain traditional practices, and a non-physical work environment demanding intensive communication outside working hours, all of which contribute to decreased performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of workload, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment on teacher performance at Ichthus School West, Jakarta Barat. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and sampling conducted using a purposive sampling technique, involving 40 teachers of written subjects at Ichthus School West, covering elementary and secondary (junior and senior high school) levels. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis and tested through instrument tests, classical assumption tests, determination tests, and hypothesis tests. The results reveal that workload has a negative and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational culture has a positive but insignificant impact, and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Collectively, workload, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership, technological literacy, and digital facilities on teaching performance of teachers at Rabbaanii Islamic Elementary School. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research sample consisted of 40 teachers using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using SPSS. The results show that simultaneously, digital leadership, technological literacy, and digital facilities have a significant effect on teacher teaching performance with a contribution of 51.7%. Partially, only technological literacy proved to have a significant effect on teacher teaching performance (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while digital leadership (sig. 0.214 > 0.05) and digital facilities (sig. 0.088 > 0.05) did not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that teachers' readiness and ability to use technology plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching processes. The research provides implications for school administrators to strengthen digital literacy programs for teachers and improve more participatory digital leadership strategies as well as optimize the utilization of digital facilities.

Abstract

This review plans to dissect the Vital's Authority and Islamic Live-in School Culture on Educator Work Inspiration at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Middle School Kraksaan Probolinggo. This sort of examination is a quantitative exploration. In this review, essential information was utilized and completed by perception and polls at Darul Lughah Wal Karamah Center School, Kraksaan Probolinggo. Respondents utilized in this study were the educators and staff of SMP Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan Probolinggo, adding up to 47 individuals. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Marketing and Facilities on the Decision to enrol children at SD Playfield Jakarta, with Brand Image as the mediating variable. Data were collected from 33 respondents who are parents of students at SD Playfield Jakarta using the purposive sampling technique. The results of the multiple regression analysis indicated that Digital Marketing (t = 0.188, p = 0.852) and Facilities (t = -0.630, p = 0.534) did not have a significant influence on Brand Image. However, Brand Image demonstrated a significant positive impact on the Decision to enrol children (t = 3.498, p = 0.002). The coefficient of determination showed that 37.2% of the variability in enrolment decisions can be explained by Digital Marketing, Facilities, and Brand Image. The F-test indicated that the overall regression model is significant (F = 5.718, p = 0.003). In conclusion, while Digital Marketing and Facilities may not directly affect Brand Image, enhancing Brand Image can positively influence parents' decisions to enrol their children at SD Playfield Jakarta. It is recommended that the school strengthen its marketing strategies and improve facilities to enhance its Brand Image, thereby supporting increased parental enrolment decisions

Good human resource management will produce reliable employees with optimal performance which will support the company goals achievement. Employee performance needs to get absolute attention by company management because performance will affect the company's development and ability to survive in dynamic global competition. PT. ASTA Ilmu is a company established with a vision and mission to build high quality Indonesian human resources (HR) through education. This research is done to determine the effect of WFH and work discipline on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu through motivation as an intervening variable. The sampling method is saturated sampling method, in which a total of 33 administrative employees at PT. ASTA Ilmu was used as a sample in this study. The research results show that the variables of work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu, the WFH variable has no effect on performance and motivation, the motivation variable is able to mediate the WFH and work discipline on the performance of employees in the administrative division of PT. ASTA Ilmu
