Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Indonesia requires teachers not only to understand policy principles but also to apply them effectively in classroom practice. However, many teachers face challenges in enacting differentiated instruction, indicating a gap between conceptual understanding and practical readiness. This study aimed to develop, validate, and evaluate a life skills-based module to enhance teacher competence in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The study followed the ADDIE model, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, employing a research and development design with a mixed-method approach. Data were collected at SMPIT Ibnu Sina Palopo from 12 participating teachers through questionnaires, expert validation sheets, teacher response instruments, pre-test and post-tests, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively and through gain scores, while qualitative data were examined thematically. The results indicated that teachers possessed adequate conceptual understanding of the curriculum but limited readiness to apply differentiated learning strategies. The developed module was rated highly valid by content, language, and design experts and assessed as practical by teachers during pilot implementation. Effectiveness testing showed significant improvement in teacher competence after using the module, supported by qualitative evidence of increased confidence and adaptability. In conclusion, the life skills-based module successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and classroom practice, confirming the importance of embedding personal, social, academic, and vocational competencies into teacher professional development. The study contributes to curriculum innovation and teacher training by offering a structured, practice-oriented resource that supports the successful enactment of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Indonesian secondary schools.

Abstract

Masalah pokok penelitian tesis ini adalah bagaimana penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi peserta didik pada lingkungan minoritas muslim di SMA Negeri 1 Toraja Utara. Tesis ini bertujuan: Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi peserta didik pada lingkungan minoritas muslim di SMA Negeri 1 Toraja Utara. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field reaserch menggunakan pendekatan pedagogik dan teologis. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Negeri 1 Toraja Utara. Subjek penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Guru PAI, peserta didik dan Orang tua yang dipilih dengan teknik snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triagulasi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi peserta didik pada lingkungan minoritas muslim di SMA Negeri 1 Toraja Utara meliputi: a) Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi: (1) Program tahsin, (2) amaliyah ramadhan (3) peringatan hari besar Islam (4) pembiasaan Islami dan b) Melalui kolaborasi pihak sekolah terutama guru PAI dengan orang tua peserta didik.

Abstract

This article discusses research on the development of Local Culture-Based Learner Worksheets on Indonesian Cultural Wealth Material for Class IV SDN 468 Bilante, Larompong District, Luwu Regency. This study aims to analyze the needs of Local Culture-Based Learner Worksheets (LKPD) on Indonesian Cultural Wealth Material. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. This research was conducted in 2024 involving 18 fourth grade students of SDN 468 Bilante, while the object of research was the Learner Worksheet (LKPD) developed according to the needs of students. The research data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and tests then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results of the study, the use of LKPD in increasing the knowledge of students, based on the results of the validity of the Learner Worksheet (LKPD) with categories including linguists getting a percentage worth 85% with a very valid category, material experts get a presentation value of 92% with a very valid category, while design experts get a percentage value of 81% with a very valid category. Based on the results of the practicality lift, a presentation of 86% for students and 89.5% for educators was obtained. Then the effectiveness of LKPD users with a presentation of 92% is very valid category. Based on the results of the study, the use of LKPD in increasing students' knowledge, based on the needs analysis that has been carried out in class IV SDN 468 Bilante, shows that the product that has been successfully developed is a local culture-based LKPD on the material of Indonesia's cultural wealth in class IV and this LKPD has been adjusted to the needs of students.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Virtual Reality (VR) pada matapelajaran IPA materi sistem pernapasan manusia serta mengetahui tingkat validitas dan kepraktisannya pada siswakelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIEyang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas duavalidator ahli (media dan materi) serta 20 siswa kelas V.B tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Objek penelitian adalah mediapembelajaran berbasis VR berupa video interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar validasi ahli danangket kepraktisan. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk menelaah masukan dari validator, serta secara kuantitatifuntuk menentukan tingkat validitas dan kepraktisan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaranberbasis VR yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan. Tingkat validitas media memperoleh skor 80,36% dariahli media dan 75% dari ahli materi, yang termasuk kategori valid. Sementara itu, hasil uji kepraktisan menunjukkanskor 80% dari guru dan 85,42% dari siswa, yang berada pada kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, mediapembelajaran berbasis Virtual Reality pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia dinilai valid dan praktis, sehingga dapatdigunakan sebagai alternatif inovatif dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study examines the management of teacher competence in implementing Android-based differentiated instruction within a vocational education context. Grounded in the increasing demand for technology-integrated and student-centered learning, this research aims to analyze (1) the managerial processes underlying teacher competence development, (2) the characteristics of Android-based differentiated instruction, and (3) the multidimensional competencies required by teachers. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving school leaders, teachers, and students at SMK Negeri 2 Palopo, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teacher competence management operates through a systematic cycle of planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation, supported by institutional structures and continuous professional development. Android-based differentiated instruction is characterized by personalization, interactivity, flexibility, real-time monitoring, and collaborative learning environments. Furthermore, teacher competence is identified as a multidimensional construct encompassing technological, pedagogical, evaluative, managerial, and motivational dimensions. This study contributes to the discourse on digital pedagogy by highlighting that effective technology integration is contingent upon strategic competence management within educational institutions. The findings offer practical implications for policy and practice in enhancing teacher capacity and advancing adaptive, inclusive, and technology-driven learning systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa serta untuk mengetahui apakah Skripsi ini membahas tentang Strategi Pengelolaan Kecerdasan Emosi untuk Meningkatkan Self Efficacy Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 4 Luwu. Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran kecerdasan emosional guru di SMKN 4 Luwu ; Untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran Self Efficacy di SMKN 4 Luwu ; Untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru dalam mengelola Self Efficacy siswa melalui pendekatan kecerdasan emosional dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 4 Luwu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif atau kualitatif deskriptif, dengan sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa di SMKN 4 Luwu. Data di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:  Kecerdasan emosional pada guru sangat berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran dan dalam meningkatkan self efficacy siswa.  Hal ini di buktikan pada siswa SMKN 4 Luwu yang menunjukkan keyakinan terhadap kemampuan dirinya dalam proses belajar seperti dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas pembelajaran. Tentu hal ini tidak lepas dari dukungan dari pihak guru yang selalu memberikan motivasi. Dan juga berasal dari strategi guru dalam mengelola self efficacy siswa melalui pendekatan kecerdasan emosional seperti pendekatan reflektif dan spiritualitas, komunikasi empatik, pelibatan aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran, dan penguatan positif. Secara khusus strategi ini tidak hanya berjalan pada pelajaran pendidikan agama islam saja tapi juga pada pelajaran lain.
