Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia merupakan tantangan bersama, tingginya volume sampah disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan penduduk dan perubahan hidup masyarakat. Pentingnya kesadaran manusia dalam mengelola sampah, tidak hanya berdampak pada kebersihan lingkungan, namun juga meningkatkan factor ekonomi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan hardskill mitra dalam mendaur ulang sampah menjadi produk bernilai jual berupa pakan hewan, serta mendukung sofskill dalam pemanfaatan media digital. Metode yang digunakan seperti wawancara, praktik pengelolaan sampah, FGD bersama terkait strategi pemasaran. Kegiatan ini merupakan kolaborasi dua mitra yang merambah di bidang hidroponik dan agribisnis, dengan total peserta yang hadir 8 orang selaku pengurus utama. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkn adanya peningkatan hardskill 80,8% dan softskill 79,6%. Inisiatif ini sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) dengan mengintegrasikan pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis digital dengan keberlanjutan lingkungan.Abstract: Waste management in Indonesia is a shared challenge, with the high volume of waste driven by population growth and changes in community lifestyles. Raising awareness about waste management is crucial, not only for environmental cleanliness but also for enhancing economic factors. This activity aims to improve partners' hardskills in recycling waste into marketable products, such as animal feed, while also enhancing their softskills in utilizing digital media. Methods used include interviews, waste management practices, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) on marketing strategies. This initiative is a collaboration between two partners operating in hydroponics and agribusiness, involving a total of 8 participants as key administrators. The results show an improvement in hardskills by 80.8% and softskills by 79.6%. This effort aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by integrating digital-based economic growth with environmental sustainability.

Abstract

In many developing countries, private universities face considerable financial challenges due to their limited sources of income. Unlike public universities, which receive substantial government subsidies, private institutions must rely primarily on tuition fees and student enrollment to sustain their operations. This financial dependency pushes private universities, particularly in Indonesia, to invest heavily in branding and marketing to attract prospective students. Social media platforms, especially Instagram, have emerged as crucial tools in these efforts. Instagram enables universities to engage with potential students directly, providing a space for showcasing academic programs, campus life, and student achievements. This paper’s goal is to explore the potential of Instagram-driven influence maximization (IM) techniques for enhancing university branding. Traditionally, these techniques are employed in product marketing to increase consumer engagement and sales, but their application in higher education remains relatively unexplored. We aim to address this gap by examining three promising IM methods that private universities can adopt: first, leveraging Instagram’s broadcast channel feature to communicate effectively with large audiences in real time; second, selecting key opinion leaders (KOLs) from influencer marketplace platforms to enhance credibility and broaden outreach; and third, optimizing the use of targeted hashtags to increase discoverability and engagement. As a result, we provide a review of recent evidence supporting the effectiveness of these strategies in higher education marketing. By adopting these techniques, private universities can improve their digital presence, enhance brand awareness, and increase student enrollment. IM with uncertainty is a challenging educational landscape for future research.

Abstract

AbstrakImplementasi jaringan komputer memiliki banyak masalah, terutama pada Wide Area Network (WAN), salah satunya adalah masalah routing. Routing masalah adalah bagaimana melakukan transmisi data antara node dengan jalur tercepat, terutama dalam topologi ring. Dalam topologi ring, setiap simpul hanya bisa dilalui oleh sebanyak satu. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kami menggunakan algoritma genetika. Kami telah diuji pada arsitektur wan dari PT. XYZ terletak di Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah. Dengan ukuran populasi 100, metode seleksi elitisme, dan tingkat mutasi 0,08, hasil yang optimal diperoleh dengan jarak akhir adalah 44. Penggunaan metode seleksi elitisme dan nilai rate mutasi sangat berpengaruh untuk mendapatkan rute yang optimal.Kata kunci: Wide Area Network, Routing Problem, Genetic Algorithm, Ring Topology. AbstractThe implementation of a computer network has a lot of problems, especially on Wide Area Network (WAN), one of them is a routing problem. Routing problem is how to perform data transmission between nodes with the fastest path, especially in a ring topology. In a ring topology, every node can only be passed by as much as one. To solve this problem, we used a genetic algorithm. We have tested on the wan architecture of PT. XYZ  located in Kotawaringin Barat, Central Kalimantan. With a population size of 100, elitism selection method, and the mutation rate of 0.08, an optimal result is obtained with the final distance is 44. The use of elitism selection method and mutation rate value is very influential to get the optimal route.Keywords: Wide Area Network, Routing Problem, Genetic Algorithm, Ring Topology

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people, especially for people living below the poverty line, is the social assistance program. However, some people cannot utilize the social assistance program effectively due to a lack of understanding and access to information about the program. The purpose of community service activities is to increase public awareness and understanding of the various types of social assistance available so that community service activities can help the community in the process of applying for and receiving social assistance. It is expected that the social assistance program will be distributed on target through an approach and assistance involving village officials, community leaders, and direct assistance to village communities. Direct assistance to village communities can also be carried out to ensure that the social assistance distribution information system runs well. The results of community service activities can improve the welfare of village communities, reduce social disparities, increase the transparency of social assistance data, and improve the ability of village officials to manage social assistance. Community service activities can be a model for other villages in managing social assistance.

Abstract

PT Romi Violeta is one of the largest furniture manufacturing and exporting companies in Indonesia, producing wooden and woven indoor furniture. Although the company has implemented information technology to support its operations, there has not yet been a thorough assessment of its IT governance. Inadequate governance has led to issues such as miscommunication, production errors, and delays in product delivery, negatively impacting sales. This research aims to measure and evaluate the maturity level of IT governance using the COBIT 2019 framework. A descriptive qualitative method is employed through observations and direct interviews with stakeholders. The focus of the study includes the BAI06, BAI09, BAI10, and DSS04 domains. The findings indicate a need to improve the management of changes, assets, configurations, and business continuity. Recommendations include implementing a structured change plan, enhancing asset protection, and developing business continuity strategies. Implementing these recommendations can enhance the maturity level of IT governance and align IT with the company’s business objectives.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence public acceptance of E-Government Health Application feature on partner applications. The current phenomenon in the health sector is the emergence of COVID-19 which has a very fast rate of human-to-human spread. To handle these cases, the government evaluates and looks for new innovations by cooperating with new partners and making E-Government Health Application feature accessible through partner applications to make it easier for the public. The successful use of the system is influenced by the acceptance and use of the individual who uses it. The research model used in this study is a modified UTAUT2 model with a total sample of 250 respondents. Model testing is done by statistical analysis using SmartPLS software. It was found that Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention variables had a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior variable with t-statistic of 3.659 and 4.505. Habit had a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior variables with t-statistic of 7.939 and 3.232. Meanwhile, the Experience moderating variable affects the Facilitating Condition on Behavioral Intention variable and affects the Behavioral Intention on Use Behavior variable with t-statistics of 2.069 and 1.972

Abstract

Open-source ERP is an information system that supports the digitization of an organization's business so that it can support business continuity in an uncertain environment during the new normal while still implementing health protocol. In fact, only a few small to medium-sized organizations have adopted it. This research aims to examine the significant factors that influence the intention to use or adopt an open-source ERP system in the MSME-based new normal era. In the manner of exploring technological readiness's positive and negative effects on cognitive factors (H1 and H2), environmental uncertainty, and cognitive and organizational readiness on intention to use (H3, H4, H5). There are 420 respondents collected by non-probability sampling and have been analyzed using PLS-SEM based on five subsectors of the small and medium-scale organizations (i.e.: agricultural, fishery, fashion, handicrafts, and culinary). This research confirms that the conceptual model and the five hypotheses proposed previously have been fully proven. The findings of this study prove that the intention to adopt an open-source ERP system is influenced by readiness factors (positive and negative technological, cognitive, and organizational) and environmental uncertainty due to the past COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak — Teknologi informasi telah menjadi bagian penting dari masyarakat modern karena kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Salah satu penerapan teknologi ini adalah melalui E-Government, yang digunakan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang narkotika kepada publik melalui situs resmi BNN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan E-Government pada situs Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia menggunakan metode E-GovQual. Masalah penelitian meliputi validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen kuesioner, persepsi publik terhadap kualitas layanan, dan apakah persepsi tersebut memenuhi harapan pengguna. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, dan One Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan valid dan reliabel. Rata-rata skor persepsi publik untuk layanan E-Government mencapai 100, dengan hasil uji t yang signifikan (p < 0,05), menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan melebihi harapan pengguna. Berdasarkan enam dimensi E-GovQual, layanan tersebut dinilai sangat baik. Oleh karena itu, kualitas layanan E-Government di BNN harus dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan lebih lanjut Keywords — E-GovQual, Public Service, E-Government, BNN, Service Quality.

Abstract

Abstrak — Unit Rawat Jalan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan. Namun, pemanfaatan ini menghadapi sejumlah kendala seperti gangguan jaringan, kerusakan perangkat keras, dan ketidakstabilan perangkat lunak. Masalah tersebut berdampak langsung pada kelancaran layanan, bahkan menyebabkan penumpukan pasien. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh minimnya langkah proaktif dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko TI, sehingga berbagai insiden seperti “jaringan internet offline” dan “lambatnya proses diagnosis” terus berulang dari tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Gangguan tersebut menurunkan kualitas pelayanan dan menghambat operasional rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan manajemen risiko berdasarkan ISO 31000:2018, dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Tujuan utamanya adalah analisis risk assessment dan menyusun risk register terhadap risiko teknologi informasi di Unit Rawat Jalan. Risiko diidentifikasi dari faktor lingkungan, manusia, sistem dan infrastruktur, serta proses operasional. Setiap risiko dinilai berdasarkan tingkat kemungkinan dan dampaknya. Hasil risk assessment menunjukkan enam risiko berada pada tingkat medium dan sepuluh risiko pada tingkat low. Risk register yang dihasilkan membantu Unit Rawat Jalan dalam memprioritaskan penanganan risiko serta merancang strategi mitigasi yang tepat untuk menjaga kelancaran layanan. Penerapan ISO 31000:2018 dalam penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi akademik berupa penguatan kerangka konseptual manajemen risiko TI, serta kontribusi praktis dengan menyediakan panduan sistematis dalam pengelolaan risiko TI untuk mendukung keberlangsungan operasional dan mutu layanan rumah sakit. Abstract

Abstrak — Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kualitas sistem E-Rusun yang digunakan oleh DPRKPP dengan standar ISO/IEC 25010:2023. Analisis menemukan berbagai masalah, seperti fitur dashboard yang kurang interaktif, error pada menu data tagihan, lambatnya respons sistem saat beban tinggi, keterbatasan akses melalui smartphone, dan gangguan server yang memengaruhi keandalan. Selain itu, aspek keamanan belum diuji penetrasi, dokumentasi pengelolaan masalah minim, serta fleksibilitas dan keselamatan sistem masih bergantung pada kapasitas server. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja, kepuasan pengguna, dan kesesuaian dengan standar ISO/IEC 25010:2023.
