Abstract

A curriculum is an important unit in the learning process as guidance for teachers in managing learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. Since vocational education has the function of preparing the workforce, they are required to produce graduates as the demands of the working world. The manpower needed is human resources who have the competence and skills under their field of work, high adaptability, as well as competitiveness. Previous studies have found that the curriculum is developed according to the demands of the working world and to anticipate developments in science and technology. Schools also involved creative actors in learning activities, intended to integrate various creative activities in the curriculum, especially in the C3 component of expertise competencies in the substance or teaching materials. Learning at SMK Grafika Desa Putera is presented in various competencies by integrating the important value of the creative economy for students. The learning model is presented and organized into normative, adaptive, productive, local content, and self-development programs to produce productive creative work. It can be concluded that the implementation of creative economy education aims to foster positive (creative) character, attitudes, and behavior as a form of realization of the Ministry Regulation No. 32/2013 concerning National Education Standards mandating that the learning process are required to be carried out actively, creatively, innovatively, and student-centered

Abstract

This article describe about the function of  school as a formal institution that can develops choldrens attitude and behave nasinality. In the class students are learen about nationality education. The teacher duties are to develops students attitudes to become the good generation. Especially for PKn and religiuos teacher that try to develops student’s morality and attitudes.Loyality for nation is one of the behavior should be inside of the childrens soul to be proud to their nation as a citizen. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam meningkatkan kulaitas belajar  dengan pendekatan life skill siswa di SD Inpres Maritango kecamatan Ibua Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan cara mengumpulkan data sendiri pada sejumlah unit dalam waktu (jangka waktu) yang bersamaan, yang berkenaan dengan bagaimana kondisi, proses karakteristik, hasil dari suatu variabel, dengan menggunakan seperangkat instrumen yaitu alat digunakan dalam pengumpulan data agar lebih muda dan sistimatis.Peran guru PKn SD Inpres Maritanggo Kecamatan Ibu Tengah  bahwa di dalam proses belajar mengajar guru mempunyai tugas membimbing dan memberi motivasi bagi siswa untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Guru mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk melihat suasana belajar di dalam kelas khususnya siswa kelas V SD Inpres Maritango Kecamatan Ibu Tengah. Penyampaian materi pelajaran merupakan salah satu dari berbagai kegiatan dalam belajar sebagai suatu proses dinamis dalam segala fase dan perkembangan siswa. Secara terperinci peran guru berpusat pada :a.Mendidik dengan titik berat memberikan arah dan motivasi pencapaian tujuan baik jangka pendek dan jangka panjang.b.Memberikan fasilitas pencapaian tujuan melalui pengalaman belajar yang memadai.c.Membantu perkembangan aspek-aspek pribadi seperti sikap-sikap, nilai-nilai dan penyesuain diri.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Peranan Guru PKn dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar di SD Inpres Maritanggo Kecamatan Ibu Tengah guru harus memberikan motivasi dan menciptakan situasi yang menyenangkan.   Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, dan Kualitas Belajar Siswa.

Abstract

This paper defines the political strategy of the 48th Sultan of Ternate, Mudaffar Sjah, in reorganizing his power base after the death of the 47th Sultan of Ternate, Iskandar Djabir Syah, in 1975. This paper emphasizes two strategies of the elite of the Sultanate of Ternate to maintain their political existence in the local political sphere. The first is associated with government parties: During the era of the Soeharto government, the elite of the sultanate took political decisions to support the government party, the GOLKAR. The support of the Sultanate of Ternate to the GOLKAR Party was understood as an accommodating strategy and maintained in authoritarian and centralist power. The accommodating approach aimed to survive the destruction as occurred in the Soekarno government and be able to utilize the resources possessed by the force of the New Order.

Abstract

Pengaruh globalisasi mengakibatkan generasi muda khususnya  pada anak muda remaja saat ini  terlihat lebih bangga terhadap budaya asing dari pada budaya kita sendiri. Budaya kita memiliki peran yang sangat besar terhadap perkembangan karakter kaum remaja, di Indonesia, khususnya budaya “SARUMA”.  Dalam perkembangan budaya “SARUMA” di Sekolah Menengah Atas  Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan untuk menjaring budaya asing menajadi perhatian pemerintah daerah dan negara. Dengan demikian pemerintah pusat dan daerah harus bekerja keras untuk meningkatkan penguatan pendidikan karakter baik di pusat, provinsi, dan kabupaten/kota. Pendidikan karakter pada era globalisasi sangat berperan aktif untuk mengatasi krisis moral yang melanda Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Penguatan pendidikan karakter memiliki peran yang sangat penting seperti mencari solusi atau pemecahan masalah, membuat keputusan sesuai musyawarah mufakat, serta mampu meredam konflik yang sering terjadi baik di sekolah maupun di masyarakat. Budaya “SARUMA” masyarakat di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan merupakan budaya dari leluhur nenek moyang masa lalu sehingga dijadikan pedoman hidup masyarakat Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Abstract

This study focuses on three main problems, namely (1) how the history of the "Sopik" ritual is carried out, (2) how the "Sopik" ritual is a customary law and (3) how the social values and cultural meanings are contained in the "Sopik" ritual. The research was conducted to reveal the history, social values, and cultural meanings contained in the “Sopik” ritual in Tahane, South Halmahera. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through two stages: (1) analyzing the results of interviews with informants from an emic and etic perspective and (2) interpreting the meaning and implications of the "Sopik" ritual.The results showed that (1) the ritual ceremony "Sopik" in the village of Tahane, Makean island is hereditary and is a manifestation of the interaction between Islamic culture and local culture. The traditional ritual ceremony of "Sopik" in Tahane village has long historical roots and is still preserved by the community. (2) the "Sopik" ritual was practiced in the beginning, there were disputes between the community members about village boundaries that could not be resolved. There have been many solutions taken by village leaders, but also no final decision has been reached. Traditional and religious leaders perform traditional oaths known as the "Sopik" ritual as a custom for resolving disputes between members of the community for generations, (3) the "Sopik" ritual has social values and cultural meanings, including: strengthening a consistent attitude towards mutual agreement, social glue, ethics and morals, customary law and deliberation and consensus.Keywords: Reciprocal Learning Model, Students, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to find out the implementation of Babari culture in the people of Balohang village, Lede sub-district. (2) Knowing the values contained in the implementation of Babari culture in the Balohang village community, Lede sub-district. (3) Knowing the solution to the changes that occur in the practice of Babari culture in the people of Balohang Village, Lede District. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research subjects were village heads, community leaders, traditional leaders, and the community. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the study that (1) the role of indigenous peoples in maintaining the local cultural values of Babari which has become a hereditary habit of the Balohang village community has been weakened, this can be proven in the activities of indigenous peoples that are not in accordance with the basic spirit of the Babari local culture itself. cultural influence of outsiders (immigrants). (2) the factors that influence changes in the local cultural values of Babari in the Balohang village community, namely the social relations of the people in Balohang Village who are very gracious in accepting every culture that enters from outside their social environment so that they quickly shift the local Babari culture of the indigenous people themselves. (3) Solutions to deal with changes in practice that occur in the Babari culture in Balohang Village by trying to re-socialize the Babari local culture to the younger generation so that the cultural heritage is preserved. Keywords: Babari Culture, Village Community

Abstract

Negara Indonesia saai ini sedang dihadapkan pada persoalan dekadensi moral dan karakter yang sangat serius, karena pengaruh globalisasi mengakibatkan generasi muda khususnya pada anak muda remaja saat ini terlihat lebih bangga terhadap budaya asing dari pada budaya kita sendiri. Budaya lokal kita memiliki peran yang sangat besar terhadap perkembangan karakter kaum remaja, di Indonesia, khususnya budaya lokal. Dalamperkembangannya budaya lokal, di SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan untuk menjaring budaya asing menajadi perhatian pemerintah daerah dan negara. Dengan demikian pemerintah pusat dan daerah harus bekerja keras untuk meningkatkan manajemen pendidikan karakter baik di pusat, provinsi, dan kabupaten/kota. Pendidikan karakter pada era globalisasi sangat berperan aktif untuk mengatasi krisis moral yang melanda Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Manajemen pendidikan karakter memiliki peran yang sangat penting seperti mencari solusi atau pemecahan masalah, membuat keputusan sesuai musyawarah mufakat, serta mampu meredam konflik yang sering terjadi baik di sekolah maupun di masyarakat. Budaya lokal masyarakat di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan merupakan budaya dari leluhur nenek moyang masa lalu sehingga dijadikan pedoman hidup masyarakat Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Abstract

This research discusses the Teacher Quality Development Program by the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City District Education 2022. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of educational unit supervisors including professional development and career development. Professional development is directed at improving and developing professional abilities so that they can carry out supervisory functions, both academic supervision and managerial supervision. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is descriptive of how the implementation of the teacher quality development program by the regional technical implementation unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City Education District 2022. The research site was carried out at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City District Education 2022 from October to November 2022. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study found several things; (1). The supervisor of the education unit is appointed with the task of conducting guidance and supervision of education in the educational unit or school that is under his supervision. Supervision of educational units includes academic supervision and managerial supervision. (2). Academic supervision aims to assist or foster teachers in improving the quality of the learning process in order to obtain more optimal student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, managerial oversight aims to assist and foster school principals in their efforts to improve the quality of education through optimizing school performance. In carrying out their duties and responsibilities as supervisors of educational units/schools, basic skills are required as professional supervisors

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved are (1) to find out the leadership of the principal as a supervisor in realizing the participation of Civics teachers and students in SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate, (2) To find out what factors support and hinder the leadership of the principal in realizing participation of Civics teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data sources in this study were school principals and civic education teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate. The analysis technique used in this research is using qualitative analysis method.Based on data analysis and conclusions, it can be seen (1) the implementation of the supervision of the principal at SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate is classified as very good, because in the implementation of the supervision of the principal, the first thing he did was to make a plan regarding the steps that must be carried out in supervising, the second was to carry out classroom supervision during the learning process takes place, the third is to carry out an approximate analysis of what needs to be improved. In addition, the principal carries out supervision at the beginning of each semester. The role of the principal as a supervisor in realizing the participation of Civics teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate first, the principal acts as a motivator, namely being able to provide motivation in the form of directions to teachers so as to create professional educators. Then as a facilitator, namely the principal is able to provide facilities that will facilitate teaching and learning activities so as to create a pleasant learning environment,(2) supporting factors for the principal in increasing teacher participation in SMP Negeri 2 Ternate City are the creation of a conducive atmosphere and a sense of security at school, communication which is well established between school members, as well as the provision of rewards for teachers who excel and can also be used as motivation for other teachers. The existence of an award given by the principal will affect the morale of the teacher to be more active and maintain good performance. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for school principals in realizing teacher participation is the existence of teachers who have a character that is less sociable, feels inferior, lacks motivation, and lacks discipline; Key Words: Principal, Supervisor, Teacher Participation.
