Abstract

The current development makes many organizations have to transform. The organizational transformation involves shifting the direction of the organization from its current position to the more desired position, as an effort to respond new and better challenges and opportunities. This research is an evaluation of the organizational transformation strategy which recently happens at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN), by examining the perception of every generation (X, Y, and Z) towards the organizational transformation process. This is very important in order to develop an ideal change management strategy model according to the intergenerational perceptions, thereby increasing the success of the organizational transformation that has been set, and ultimately increase the organizational performance. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach which was conducted at PT PPN Regional Central Java (RJBT). Respondents were selected by using purposive sampling method, and then structured interview was conducted to them. All interviews were recorded and transcribed. The research results are presented into two categories, namely: organizational learning (with sub categories include: shared commitment, shared vision, knowledge transfer, and communication patterns) and readiness for change (with sub categories namely: leadership patterns, employee involvement, and employee satisfaction). According to the research outcome and discussion that were conducted, an ideal model of change management strategy is obtained based on intergenerational perceptions. This model consists of 10 strategies which are developed by using a knowledge management approach and the observation of intergenerational behavioral responses. Through those steps, it is expected to increase the success of the organizational transformation that has been set and ultimately increase the organizational performance

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital banking on the financial decision-making processes of millennials, addressing key challenges and opportunities. Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews, we explore how accessibility, financial literacy, and behavioural patterns are shaped by digital banking tools. Our findings reveal that digital banking significantly enhances financial engagement among millennials, leading to more informed decisions and improved financial literacy through integrated educational resources. However, it also highlights a tendency toward impulsive spending and a lack of understanding of complex financial products. These dual influences underscore the need for financial institutions to develop user-friendly platforms that promote responsible financial behaviours. This research contributes to the understanding of how digital banking can be leveraged to support effective financial decision-making in a tech-savvy generation.

Abstract

In today's competitive and environmentally conscious business landscape, organizations are increasingly adopting green compensation systems to align employee incentives with sustainability goals. This study investigates the impact of the Green Compensation System, Organizational Culture, and Mutual Respect on firm performance using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) for data analysis. The findings reveal that the Green Compensation System positively influences Mutual Respect, confirming the first hypothesis (H1). Additionally, a robust organizational culture significantly enhances firm performance, supporting the second hypothesis (H2). Furthermore, Mutual Respect significantly contributes to improved firm performance, validating the third hypothesis (H3). These results underscore the importance of integrating environmentally sustainable compensation programs, fostering a strong organizational culture through open communication, continuous training, and employee recognition. Moreover, strategies to enhance mutual respect among employees are essential. By adopting these recommendations, organizations can achieve superior performance and ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

The adoption of internal digital platforms has become increasingly essential amid the rapid digital transformation in the banking sector. However, many innovations fail due to low user acceptance, especially when employee readiness and organizational capacity are overlooked. In response to this challenge, this study investigates the key factors influencing the adoption of the new BRI Care application, a customer handling management system developed by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Despite the platform’s potential to streamline complaint resolution, empirical research on internal user adoption remains limited. Addressing this gap, the study employs a literature review methodology grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, and Diffusion of Innovation frameworks. The synthesis reveals that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are consistent predictors of adoption intention. Additionally, organizational support, user training, and system usability emerge as enabling factors, while positive user experience and effective complaint resolution reinforce sustained use. The findings offer strategic insight for aligning digital tools with user needs, ultimately enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.

Abstract

TVRI Central Java, a public broadcasting institution in Indonesia, faced declining partnerships (2018–2022) and unmet PNBP revenue targets, underscoring the need to analyze how trust and commitment enhance organizational performance through partnership quality. This study examines the influence of trust and relationship commitment on partnership quality and their combined impact on organizational performance. Data from 119 TVRI partners were analyzed using SEM-AMOS to test five hypotheses in a structured model. Trust and commitment significantly improve partnership quality (H1, H3) and directly enhance organizational performance (H2, H4), with partnership quality itself driving performance (H5). Relationship commitment emerged as the most dominant factor. The study validates prior theories (Kac et al., 2016; Mukhsin, 2017) while offering practical strategies for public media institutions, such as reinforcing transparency and incentives, to revive partnerships and achieve fiscal targets. Future research could explore sector-specific barriers or digital tools to strengthen these dynamics.

Abstract

Digital transformation is reshaping the banking sector, particularly in trade finance, improving operational efficiency and providing better solutions for international transactions. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) developed the "Qlola by BRI" platform to streamline trade finance services, though challenges like low digital literacy, cybersecurity risks, and resistance to change persist. This study employs a literature review methodology to explore the integration of digital transformation and sustainable marketing strategies in BRI’s trade finance operations. By synthesizing existing research, the study examines BRI’s strategies in addressing these challenges and analyzes customer perceptions of digital platforms using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The findings suggest that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are key factors in adopting digital solutions. Additionally, the research explores how integrating sustainable marketing strategies with digital efforts can enhance customer experience and foster long-term business growth. Insights from the review provide recommendations for financial institutions and policymakers to overcome barriers to digital adoption and implement effective sustainable marketing practices.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the coffee sector, particularly those supported by BRI Bank, hold significant potential to contribute to national coffee exports. Various structural and operational challenges are still encountered, such as limited access to financing, low levels of technology adoption, and difficulties in meeting international market standards. This study aims to develop an empowerment model that enables MSMEs to build long-term competitive advantage through sustainable business practices. Employing a literature review approach, this study synthesizes previous empirical findings to analyze the role of BRI’s empowerment initiatives such as training, mentoring, and financing in enhancing MSME performance. The findings reveal that sustainability-oriented empowerment focusing on market-driven training, digitalization of export processes, and inclusive financing access significantly enhances the competitiveness of MSMEs. The main contribution of this study is the formulation of an integrated empowerment model based on the Resource-Based View (RBV), emphasizing the development of valuable, rare, and inimitable resources as a foundation for sustainable competitive advantage.
