Abstract

This study aims to determine the Empowerment of Women in Lamanda Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research can be seen from the Access Aspect, by creating a forum or organization for Indonesian women and having outlined the forms of women's roles in development, the government thus hopes that the role of Indonesian women in development can increase, from the aspect of participation, community involvement at every stage development starts from planning, implementation, utilization and maintenance, will foster a sense of trust in the government so that people are motivated to support development programs carried out by the government. In terms of control, that women have the same opportunity to exercise control over the utilization of existing resources.

Abstract

Education and training are really needed to improve the performance of ASN in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Information Service so that the human resources produced are of high quality and professional in their field. It is hoped that the phenomena seen can improve knowledge, skills and attitudes, thereby creating good quality work at the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Information Service. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of education and training for state civil servants in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Informatics Service and to determine the internal and external factors of education and training for state civil servants in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Informatics Service. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that education and training play a very important role in improving the performance and services of ASN and have been realized well but are not yet optimal, as seen from internal and external factors and also seen from the effectiveness measurement theory according to Richard M. Steers so that employee performance is expected to be able to work. to be better so that it is hoped that it will be able to provide better services to the community.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the government's strategy in improving human resources at the Department of Transportation of North Luwu Regency. This study  used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that the Strategy for Increasing the Competence of Human Resources at the Transportation Service of North Luwu Regency had not run well in terms of the aspect of the work plan process carried out in accordance with existing procedures in an effort to increase human resources, the organizational aspect of the North Luwu Regency Transportation Service was seen From the division of tasks given in accordance with their respective main functions, it was very influential on employee performance to be more optimal in carrying out their duties, aspects of providing motivation, namely the process of providing encouragement or work enthusiasm so that they were able to work together in an effort to achieve job satisfaction, aspects of supervision that employee measurements were carried out in supervising the work activities of the transportation agency, and comparisons such as what was done in assessing the success of monitoring the improvement of human resources.Keywords: Improvement Strategy, Competence, Human Resources

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of employee performance at the West Sinjai District Office from the aspects of work quantity, work quality and time utilization. This type of research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, direct documentation interviews in the field, the informants in this study consisted of 3 people. The results of this research show that in terms of the performance indicators used, they include: (1) the quantity of work after providing additional income, employees are more active in providing information to the public (2) the quality of work of West Sinjai District office employees is seen from the perspective of knowledge regarding their duties and obligations in accordance with each employee is able to understand their field. Even the targets or results are as expected (3) utilization of time Looking at the results of the interview above, it appears that there are still employees who lack discipline even though employees have been given additional employee income as additional income in the hope that employees can work optimally and optimally in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi ibu hamil dan bayi baru lahir di Puskesmas Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kualitas pelayanan termasuk sangat efektif karena dimana peleyanan yang dilakukan tenaga medis selalu berpedoman pada SOP yang telah di tetapkan dalam pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil dan bayi baru lahir di Puskesmas Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa serta kesopanan dan keramahan antara perawat dan pasien sudah diterapkan dengan baik. 2) Kuantitas pelayanan untuk pasien ibu hamil sudah sangat efektif karena ibu hamil telah memahami pentingnya pemeriksaan kehamilan.  Sedangkan kuantitas pelayanan untuk bayi baru lahir masih kurang efektif karena beberapa ibu hamil memilih melahirkan di rumah sakit. 3) Waktu pelayanan pasien sudah termasuk cukup efektif karena menggunakan antrian elektronik

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze government policies in the form of the Family Hope Program and to determine the effectiveness of this program in efforts to reduce poverty in the Anrong Appaka sub-district. The research design used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Family Hope Program in efforts to reduce poverty in Anrong Appaka Village is less effective in terms of several aspects: Understanding Program, Right on Target, Timely, Goal Achievement and Real Change. 1) The PKH understanding program is carried out routinely every two times by the assistant by inviting KPM and related parties in the implementation of PKH. 2) The right target, there are community deviations that do not meet PKH criteria but are recorded as PKH assistance recipients. 3) Timely, the provision of assistance is not timely because the assistant's report to the center is sometimes delayed. 4) achieving the goal, PKH participants have received their rights in the form of cash assistance. 5) Real Change, PKH assistance has made a significant contribution to PKH participants and KPM feel helped by PKH assistance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diinisiasi sebagai bentuk penguatan identitas nasional komunitas diaspora di wilayah Mindanao Filipina. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan model pelayanan publik berbasis  pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang dikembangkan oleh Toomey yang didalamnya memuat tiga komponen utama yakni knowledge, Mind Fulness, dan Ability. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada focus group discussion, yang dalam prosesnya menekankan interaksi dua arah dan menggunakan alat peraga, objek, dan keterampilan tentang identitas dan karakter kebangsaan, serta motivasi nilai dan budaya. Selain itu, untuk mendukung penelitian ini dikumpulkan beberapa data melalui wawancara kom unitas diaspora terkait pengetahuan wawasan serta pengenalan kebangsaan. Selain itu, dikumpulkan juga data sekunder yang bersumber dari penulusuran dokumen, catatan, laporan, dan arsip resmi terkait kondisi komunitas diaspora Indonesia di Davao City, Filipina. Hasilnya, anggota komunitas diaspora mengemukakan permasalahan rendahnya pengetahuan dan pengenalan terhadap wawasan kebangsaan. Hal demikian berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan identitas warga negara. Sebagian besar masyarakat menginginkan pengenalan tentang kondisi geografis, kebahasaan, kebudayaan, dan mengenalan nilai-nilai luhur bangsa Indonesia sebagaimana yang terkandung dalam pancasila.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine Reductive Strategies and Persuasive Strategies in improving the welfare of fishermen in Pasimarannu District. The method used in this study is qualitative research, data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Pasimarannu District government's efforts to improve the welfare of fishermen are by implementing a Reductive Strategy which is carried out in community empowerment activities through socialization counseling machine repair training Furthermore, the Persuasive Strategy is a form of government effort to persuade the community to make the desired changes, this strategy involves counseling activities, providing assistance, and building facilities and infrastructure. In implementing the strategy there are several supporting and inhibiting factors. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how e-procurement (electronic procurement of goods and services) in realizing the effectiveness of e-procurement at the Electronic Procurement Service office in Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research methods to describe the conditions or phenomena that occured in the procurement of goods and services in Bone Regency. Objectively by using logic and appropriate theories in the field. The results of the study showed that: (1) target achievement, indicating that there was a target that has been determined through planning and then the target was achieved (2) adaptability, namely the ability to adapt to situations or circumstances that occured (3) job satisfaction, the work is said to be of high quality if it could provide satisfaction(4) Responsibility, after the division of tasks were required to carry out according to their respective jobs. Keywords: Effectiveness, E-procurement, Goods and Services

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Disdukcapil Village Girls Innovation Program in Bulukumba District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with interview observation methods. Interviews were conducted on 8 informants using purposive sampling. The analysis used is a data validation technique through data triangulation techniques. The results of the research on the 3 approach methods show that the Input approach is in accordance with the expected target and most people already have KTPs, but the facilities and infrastructure are lacking. Then the service process is good enough as seen from the administrative requirements that are clearly socialized to the public, and the output is assessed from human resources that are good enough because they have intellectual qualities both in terms of knowledge, abilities and skills, and have carried out technical guidance. There needs to be socialization to students first before implementing the program at school. In addition, it is necessary to improve facilities and infrastructure in implementing the program so that it can be implemented 100%.
