Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how green corporate strategy and cross sector collaboration might enhance the performance of MSMEs in Lagoa Utara Village, North Jakarta. MSMEs must develop strong synergies with a variety of actors in their business strategies, such as the government, private sector, academia, and communities, in order to meet the difficulties of economic upheaval and urban market dynamics. 90 MSMEs from a variety of business sectors participated in a survey as part of the quantitative research approach. Data was gathered using structured questionnaires, and multiple linear regression models were employed for analysis. The study's findings show that while cross-sector collaboration has a significant impact on MSME performance, green corporate strategy has a partial lack of significant influence. Additionally, both cross-sector collaboration and green corporate strategy have a positive and significant impact on improving MSME performance in North Jakarta's Lagoa subdistrict. The findings of this study have significant ramifications for the creation of cooperation-based policies that encourage the expansion of MSMEs in metropolitan regions like North Jakarta's Lagoa Utara subdistrict.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the effects of ecosystem orchestration and cross-sector collaboration on enhancing the performance of MSMEs in Rawa Badak Utara Village, North Jakarta. In light of economic instability and market fluctuations in metropolitan regions, MSMEs must forge robust partnerships with many stakeholders within their business ecosystems, including government entities, the private sector, educational institutions, and local communities.  This study employed a quantitative methodology via a survey of 76 MSMEs across diverse business sectors. Data were collected via a structured questionnaire and analyzed employing a multiple linear regression model.  The research findings demonstrate that ecosystem orchestration exerts a substantial partial influence on MSME performance, although cross-sector collaboration does not exhibit a significant individual effect. Both variables concurrently exert a positive and significant influence on enhancing MSME performance in the investigated area.  This study significantly contributes to the development of collaboration-based policies aimed at fostering the growth of MSMEs in urban areas, namely in the Rawa Badak Utara Subdistrict of North Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT IHC Orchid Griya Nutrisi, North Jakarta. The research approach used was quantitative with a survey method, where data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 60 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, with partial tests (t-tests) as the basis for decision-making. The partial test results show that the occupational safety variable has no significant effect on employee performance, as well as the occupational health and work environment variables which have no significant effect on performance. The significance value of occupational safety is 0.889, occupational health 0.548, and work environment 0.746, all greater than the significance limit of 0.05. Simultaneously, the occupational safety (X1), occupational health (X2) and work environment (X3) variables on employee performance (Y) do not have a significant effect. Thus, it can be concluded that partially the work environment, occupational health, and occupational safety do not contribute significantly to improving employee performance at PT IHC Orchid Griya Nutrisi North Jakarta.
