Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important assets for the company. The role of human resources for companies is not only seen in the results of work productivity but also seen in the quality of work produced. Employee performance is something that deserves important attention for the company. Employee performance is the main measure of organizational success, organizational goals are always trying to improve employee performance so that the company can achieve its vision and mission. One of the qualities of work that can improve employee performance is from improving self-efficacy and employee engagement. That way the performance of employees at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali can increase. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of self-efficacy and employee engagement on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali. This research technique uses causal analysis techniques with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees working at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali. The sample used was PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali employees were taken as many as 85 employees using the cluster random sampling method. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics, instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t test), and coefficient of determination test ( R2) using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.047 <0.05. And employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.015 <0.05. These two variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali.

Abstract

In a very rapid business development like today, there are many banks, both conventional and non-conventional, making competition in the banking world very tight. To be able to survive and compete, banks must be able to develop various resources they have, one of the resources that must be developed is human resources or employees. Of course, every company wants to improve its performance, this increase can be achieved by one of the ways if employee performance also increases because employee performance is very sustainable with improving the performance of banking companies and is the spearhead who interacts directly with customers. However, increasing employee performance will not come by itself, several factors are needed to improve it, one way is by providing service excellent training (excellent service) because service can be one of the main elements of a company's success to win the competition and can make customers more loyal. Not only training can improve employee performance, there is another important factor, namely employee engagement because employees who still don't feel comfortable in the work environment, cannot work together with co-workers, and employees who feel unappreciated with their work will make the performance of employees worse. decreased, therefore the company must make employees feel engaged or feel belonging and valuable to be in the company it can make the performance of employees increase. One company that must improve the performance of its employees is BRI Jember (Gajah Mada Unit and Ajung Unit). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service excellent training and employee engagement on improving employee performance at BRI Jember (Gajah Mada Unit and Ajung Unit). This type of research is quantitative research using interview and questionnaire methods. The population in this study were employees of BRI Jember (Gajah Mada Unit and Ajung Unit). The sample used was 31 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that service excellent training and employee engagement have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance at BRI Jember (Gajah Mada Unit and Ajung Unit).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions of MS Glow skincare products in Jember Regency. The population used in this study are consumers in the Jember Regency area who make purchases and use MS Glow skincare products. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is distributed online to buyers and users of MS Glow skincare products. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tools. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on gender, it is known that male respondents are 17 respondents with a percentage of 21.3% while respondents with female sex are 63 with a percentage of 78.8%. It can be concluded that there are more female respondents. Because most of those who use MS Glow skincare products for facial care tend to be used by women. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on age, it is known that respondents aged 17-22 years amounted to 51 respondents with a percentage of 63.8%. Age 23-28 years jumalh 23 respondents with a percentage of 28.8%. There are 3 respondents aged 29-34 years with a percentage of 3.8%. While the age> 35 years amounted to 3 respondents with a percentage of 3.8%. It can be concluded that the majority of respondents are aged 17-22 years because the average user of MS Glow skincare products in Jember Regency is dominated by young people and students. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on work, it is known that the respondents as students amounted to 48 respondents with a percentage of 60.0%. Respondents who were still students amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Respondents who worked as employees amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Self-employed amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Meanwhile, there are 8 households with a percentage of 10.0%. It can be concluded that the majority of respondents by occupation are dominated by students. The test results show that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.680 or 100%. So it can be said that 68% of purchasing decisions are influenced by brand ambassadors, brand image, and product quality, and 32% are influenced by other factors. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. This research has implications for companies in making policies and preparing strategies. Several strategies that can be developed by the company are using brand ambassadors as a promotional tool to promote their products, form and create a good brand image, attractive, easily recognizable, and easy to remember by consumers, and continue to innovate to improve product quality and quality.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan asset penting disebuah perusahaan yang berperan mengatur setiap hubungan agar tercapainya tujuan yang diharapkan. Maka dari itu sebuah perusahaan harus mampu mempertahakan dan mengelola sumber daya yang dimiliki agar selalu menjadi lebih baik lagi dari kurun waktu ke waktu. Pemerintah Kabupaten Jember memiliki perusahaan PDAM Tirta Pandalungan Kabupaten Jember yang berfungsi untuk menyediakan air bagi penduduk Kabupaten Jember dengan kualitas dan kuantitas yang tinggi.. PDAM Tirta Pandalungan Jember, dari tahun 2018-2022 bisa dikatakan bahwa bagian pemasaran PDAM Tirta Pandalungan belum menunjukkan kinerja terbaiknya karena masih banyak target yang belum tercapai hingga tahun 2021. Persepsi departemen pemasaran terhadap kinerja karyawan berubah seiring waktu. Jika ditangani dengan baik, tidak menutup kemungkinan realisasinya mencapai target 100%. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis regresi semua variable memberikan pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan kecuali variable pengembangan karir yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0.294 dengan begitu 0.706 kinerja karyawan di PDAM Tirta Pandalungan Jember di pengaruhi oleh variable lain seperti gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisplinan, komunikasi, dan Stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember dan apakah vaiabel kedisiplinan dan komunikasi brgengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Sampel dalam peenelitian ini bejumlah 43 pegawai. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Metode untuk pengujian dengan melihat pengaruh variable independen dan variable dependen menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil uji t (parsial) bahwa kedisiplinan kerja (X1) dengan nilai t hitung 3,128 < t tabel 2,008 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 > 0,05, komunikasik kerja (X2) dengan nilai t hitung 3,013 < ttabel 2,008 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005 > 0.05, stress kerja (X3) dengan nilai thitung -1,066 < ttabel 2,008 dan nilai negatif sebesar 0,293 > 0.05. Hasil penelitian uji T secara parsial yabf menunjukan bahwa kedisiplinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember, stress kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Hasil adjusted R square sebesar 0, 499 % yang meenunjukan bahwa pengaruh yang diberikan variabel kedisiplinan (X1), komunikasi (X2) dan stress kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) kecamatan tanggul kabepaten jember, dan terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerjapegawai sebesar 50,1% di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember selain kedisiplinan, komunikasi dan stress kerja yaitu pelayanan dan pengaruh lingkungan.

Abstract

Para pelaku usaha saling berlomba-lomba memasarkan produknya dengan berbagai jenis promosi, salah satunya adalah kompetisi sepatu lokal Indonesia khususnya sepatu merek lokal ventela. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan menyiarkan bagaimana iklan, persepsi merek, dan dukungan selebriti mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember mengenai sepatu Ventela. Sampel yang dimasukkan dalam sampel berjumlah 80 responden, yang dipilih melalui teknik non-probabilitas, khususnya teknik purposive sampling. Untuk analisis statistik digunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 29. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, keputusan pembelian (Y1) terkait produk sepatu Ventela yang tersedia secara lokal dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh variabilitas iklan (X1), citra merek (X2) pendukung celebrity endorser (X3). Penelitian ini akan memberikan dampak dan manfaat di kemudian hari serta memberikan sedikit pengetahuan mengenai strategi pemasaran dalam penelitian ini. Penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan rencana contoh penulisan penelitian ilmiah bagi peneliti selanjutnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna dapat mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme, bunrout (kejenuhan kerja), motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling sebanyak 90 responden, dengan menggunakan lembar pernyataan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Dan hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel yakni bunrout (kejenuhan kerja), motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan fenomena yang pertama yakni profesionalisme, pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu yang ahli dalam bidang pekerjaannya masing-masing. Lalu bunrout (kejenuhan kerja), pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu juga mengalami kejenuhan dalam bekerja, mengingat bekerja pada bidang kesehatan beroperasi 1x24 jam. Lalu motivasi kerja, pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu memberikan dorongan dan semangat kepada para pegawai agar lebih semangat dalam bekerja. . Selanjutnya disiplin kerja, pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu selalu menerapkan sikap kedisiplinan misalnya dating tepat waktu dan berpakaian rapi. Tak hanya itu saja, hal ini juga dibuktikan dengan hasil uji determinasi (R2 ) bahwa nilai koefisien sebesar 0,583 atau 58,3% menunjukkan besarnya proporsi atau presentase kontribusi variabel Profesionalisme (X1), Burnout / Kejenuhan Kerja (X2), Motivasi Kerja (X3), dan Disiplin Kerja (X4) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Sedangkan 0,41,7atau 41,7% nya dikontribusi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini misalnya lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, pelatihan, komitmen organisasi dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

The productivity of employees is impacted by the efficient execution of collective cooperation, professional conduct, and interpersonal interaction. Inherently, when these facets are effectively executed, individuals tend to demonstrate praiseworthy performance and make substantial contributions to the organization, cultivating a favorable disposition towards their job assignments. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the study sought to ascertain relationships among these characteristics. The study encompassed an extensive sample of 119 employees, employing a saturated sample or census methodology. The findings demonstrated that the collective collaboration, exemplary conduct, and interpersonal discourse had a substantial impact on the efficacy of public servants within the regional secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency administration. Fundamentally, better collective cooperation, professional conduct, and inter-personal correspondence were found to be associated with improved and enduring staff efficiency.

Abstract

Ketidaktercapaian target produksi yang berdampak terhadap penjualan perusahaan ini disebabkan oleh kompetensi karyawan yang masih kurang tentang pekerjaannya, karakteristik individu, dan juga komitmen organisasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan masih rendah. Hal ini memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rekrutmen, karakteristik individu, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Populasi dalam peneitian ini berjumlah 274, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling, sehingga sampel berjumlah 74 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p-value = 0,01 (<0,05) yang artinya positif dan signifikan.  Dengan demikian rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai p-value = 0,00 (<0,05) yang artinya positif. Dengan demikian,  karakteristik individual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai p-value = 0,00 (<0,05) yang artinya positif, maka komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai F = 23,699 bernilai positif dengan p-value = 0,000 (<0,05) yang berarti signifikan. Dengan demikian rekrutmen, karakteristik individual, komitmen organisasional secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan perusahaan lebih baik lagi dalam melaksanakan tujuan visi misi perusahaan.

Abstract

The role of lecturers is very important in improving the performance of tertiary institutions. The performance of tertiary institutions can be seen from the university accreditation scores in certain periods. This study aims to analyze and determine the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture (X1) and professionalism (X2) on performance through organizational citizenship behavior based on spirituality (Z) as an intervening variable at Muhammadiyah University in East Java. The population in this study were all lecturers teaching at Muhammadiyah University in East Java (UM Surabaya, UM Gresik, UM Ponorogo, UM Jember, UM Sidoarjo), totaling 1,242 people. This study determined a sample of 200 lecturers using the proportional simple random sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) -AMOS and the Sobel test. The results showed that organizational culture had no significant positive effect on lecturer performance. Lecturer professionalism has a significant positive impact on performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on spiritual-based OCB. Lecturer professionalism has a positive effect on spiritual-based OCB. Spiritual-based OCB has a significant positive effect on performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on performance through spiritual-based OCB. Lecturer professionalism has a significant effect through spiritual-based OCB on performance.
