Abstract

At present, the school is experiencing difficulties processing the results of student academic achievement for the specialization process for high school students. The currently running student interest process still uses a manual system by calculating the subject value of each student and then grouping the results of the calculation of each student's value into science or social studies interest groups in accordance with the requirements imposed by the school. For that, we need a solution that can overcome these difficulties. The author develops the application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the requirements planning phase, the design phase, the construction phase, and the implementation phase. At the construction stage, the K-Means algorithm is implemented in data mining technology to classify student academic achievement results into science and social studies interest groups. The results of making this application are intended for the school, especially the homeroom teacher, so that it can be an alternative solution or advice in making decisions for student specialization.

Abstract

High learning achievement is necessary to achieve a better life. This study aims to determine the implementation of contextual teaching and learning approach in improving students' learning achievement in fiqh subjects. This research uses a qualitative approach and observation and interview data collection techniques. The results revealed that the application of learning with the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, it can make it easier for students to understand and apply in the daily lives of educated participants. Educators strive for students to be actively involved in the application process so that students can easily apply discover knowledge from their new learning experiences. The application of the contextual approach has been well implemented but not yet maximized.

Abstract

In this study, the impact of eService and eRecovery Service Quality on Online Customer Satisfaction and its Implications for Online Customer Loyalty are measured. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to evaluate information from 100 respondents who had purchased tickets using the Indonesian railway application. According to the study's findings, e-service quality, e-recovery service quality, e-service quality, e-customer satisfaction, and e-customer satisfaction all have an impact on e-customer satisfaction. These relationships also hold true for e-customer loyalty. According to the research, the developer must maintain the services offered to users through its application and switch out all slow trains with quick ones. Additionally, they should create intriguing inventions, send clients thank-you letters, ask for user reviews, and enhance their online customer service.

Abstract

Finding out which factors financial knowledge, accountability, returns, religion, and digital platforms have the biggest effects on investing interest is the goal of this study. The general public is the study's population. In this study, random sampling was the method of sampling. 200 data points made up the sample size for this study, which employed the Roscoe theory sampling technique. This study employs a quantitative research design. Software called SPSS was used in this study. Primary sources were gathered for this study via questionnaires, and secondary materials were gathered through documentation studies. The study's findings demonstrate how investment interest is simultaneously influenced by the following variables: digital platforms, returns, accountability, financial literacy, and religiosity. Interest in investing is unaffected by financial literacy. Accountability has no bearing on interest in investments. Investment interest is not influenced by religiosity. Interest in investing is unaffected by return. Investment interest is influenced by digital platforms. The digital platform variable is the main factor impacting investment interest in this study.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah merambah dengan cepat ke berbagainegara maju yang sangat merasakan arti pentingnya teknologi informasi dalammenunjang pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat berdasarkan data yangakurat baik dalam bidang perekonomian, politik maupun ilmu pengetahuan.Melihat manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari teknologi informasi telah membuatnegara–negara berkembang untuk ikut memanfaatkannya pula semaksimalmungkin dalam membantu proses pembangunan negara yang bersangkutan.Demikian halnya pada teknologi kelistrikan, khususnya dalampengendalian kontrol listik dan permesinan, tidak kalah dalam mengambil manfaatdari teknologi informasi. Pengendalian kontrol listrik konvensional yang hanyaberupa wiring (pengawatan) dari kabel – kabel kontrol dan motor – motor listrik,beberapa tahun lalu sudah mulai menggunakan sebuah pengontrol yang dapatdiprogram yaitu PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) yang dalam pembuatanprogramnya harus melalui sebuah Console atau bisa menggunakan PC (PersonalComputer) menggunakan software tertentu.Tidak hanya sampai disitu perkembangan teknologi kelistrikan yangdidukung oleh teknologi informasi, kini sudah mulai diterapkan sistem – sistembaru yang lebih canggih guna mendukung pengontrolan dan monitoring kontrollistrik, seperti halnya DCS (Distribution Control System) ataupun SCADA(SupervisoryControlAndData Acquisition) yang merupakan pengintegrasian sistemkontrol listrik dengan teknologi informasi. Dengan DCS ataupun SCADA, datadanDevice (peralatan IO) pada PLC dapat dimonitoring dan dikendalikan secaraRealtime.Dalam penulisan ini akan dijelaskan teknik untuk pengkoneksian antaraPC dan PLC sebagai pengintegrasian bidang informatika dan bidang elektrokhususnya kelistrikan untuk membuat sistem yang mirip dengan sistem SCADA.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan manusia meningkat. Termasuk kebutuhan akan informasi. Olehsebab itu, pengiriman dan penyimpanan data melalui media elektronik memerlukan suatu proses yang mampumenjamin keamanan dan keutuhan dari data tersebut. Untuk menjamin keamanan dan keutuhan dari suatu data,dibutuhkan suatu proses penyandian.Enkripsi dilakukan ketika data akan dikirim. Proses ini akan mengubah suatu data asal menjadi data rahasia yangtidak dapat dibaca. Sementara itu, proses dekripsi dilakukan oleh penerima data yang dikirim tersebut. Data rahasiayang diterima akan diubah kembali menjadi data asal. Dengan cara penyandian tadi, data asli tidak akan terbaca olehpihak yang tidak berkepentingan, melainkan hanya oleh penerima yang memiliki kunci dekripsi.Sistem keamanan yang akan dibahas adalah sistem keamanan dengan menggunakan algoritma Rijndael. AlgoritmaRijndael dapat mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi blok data sepanjang 128 bit dengan panjang kunci 128 bit, 192 bit, atau256 bit. Semakin besar bit yang digunakan maka data yang dienkripsi akan menjadi semakin sulit untuk bisadimodifikasi ataupun diambil oleh orang yang tidak berkepentingan. Suatu aplikasi enkripsi harus memperhatikanlamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan suatu proses enkripsi sehingga aplikasi tersebut dapat menjadiaplikasi yang baik.

Abstract

Tata kelola berbeda dengan mengatur, tata kelola lebih luas dari sekedar mengatur, istilah tata kelola menunjukkan suatu sistem yang ada pada suatu organisasi atau masyarakat.  Saat ini model dan prinsip tata kelola organisasi berkembang luas, berbagai standar pendekatan menjadi persyaraan agar organisasi dapat menjalankannya dengan baik. Tata kelola teknologi informasi adalah suatu bagian terintegrasi dari pengelolaan organisasi yang mencakup struktur data, kepemimpinan serta proses organisasi. Kondisi ini untuk memastikan dalam hal teknologi informasi organisasi dapat digunakan untuk menjaga dan memperluas strategi dari tujuan suatu organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kawasan industri yang telah memiliki sistem informasi untuk mendukung proses bisnis. Tata kelola sistem informasi menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 dengan domain Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor (EDM), bertujuan melakukan analisis tingkat kapabilitas pada tata kelola sistem informasi yang telah diterapkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah informasi tingkat kapabilitas pada tata kelola sistem informasi pada proses EDM01, EDM02, EDM03, EDM04, EDM05. Analisis tata kelola sistem informasi bagi perusahaan diharapkan dapat membantu pengoperasian dan pengembangan teknologi informasi yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee producing country in the world. However, when compared to 3 other countries, Indonesia's coffee production is still relatively small. Many factors cause this to happen, including the number of farmers' coffee trees that are attacked by diseases. If the handling of this disease is slow, then the disease in one tree can be transmitted to other trees. This causes a decrease in Indonesian coffee productivity. In this study, the author implemented the Alexnet Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture using  the MATLAB programming platform for the identification of diseases in coffee plants through images. The total number of datasets used is 300 data which is divided into 3 classes, namely health, rust and red spider mite. The training process involving 260 training data resulted in an accuracy of 69.44-80.56%. The network testing process using 40 test data resulted in an accuracy of 81.6%. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the Alexnet architecture is accurate for the classification of leaf pests on coffee plants

Abstract

The Teratai Putih Global Foundation is an institution engaged in the field of education which has 9 (nine) school units from Islamic preschool, Islamic Elementary School, Islamic Junior High School, Islamic High School and Vocational Schools spread across Bekasi and Jakarta. The data collection process is mainly related to the administrative and financial processes of students and the recording of school financial cash flows. The foundation and the nine units have school administration system software IFAS (Integrated Finance and Accounting System) in their respective school units, this condition makes it difficult for the foundation to consolidate data and daily reports in real time because they are not connected to each other. VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology allows anyone to be able to access the local network from outside using the internet. The purpose of using a VPN is so that users can access the resources on the server, connect to the database server in real time and get the same rights and settings as physically in the place where the local network is located. With the NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) method, a method for designing and building networks, VPN connections are designed for a client-server topology and successfully implemented for the IFAS program to run well and smoothly.

Abstract

Employee performance not only reflects individual effectiveness, but also contributes directly to the productivity and success of the organization as a whole. In Indonesia, the dynamics of the competitive labor market and technological developments require organizations to adopt innovative and adaptive human resource management strategies to ensure that employee performance remains optimal in the face of rapid change. This study uses a quantitative approach with confirmatory and explanatory strategies. The confirmatory strategy aims to test previously established hypotheses, while the explanatory strategy is used to explain the causal relationship between the variables studied. This approach is appropriate for identifying and analyzing the influence of continuous training management, organizational culture, and digital performance management on employee performance empirically. The results of this study clearly show that continuous training management, organizational culture, and digital performance management have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The three variables are proven to provide substantial contributions in explaining variations in employee performance, with organizational culture acting as an important mediator in strengthening the influence of continuous training on individual performance in the workplace
