Abstract

The model of community service activities (PKM) is assistance in the form of technical guidance with direct practice in the Economics and Business Application Laboratory through the MS. Word and MS. Excel. PKM participants were 25 people, namely village officials including representatives of the Village Government, Village Representative Council (BPD), Community Empowerment Agency (LPM), PKK and Posyandu administrators and Youth Organization, Service activities in collaboration with the Economics and Business Application Laboratory. The results of the activity evaluation show that the average skills of 74.5 percent of participants are skilled and 20.5 percent are quite skilled for 8 statement items about skills using MS. Word, MS Excell, MS Power Point, creating Gmail and saving files on G-Drive.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pada kurang terlihatnya kemampuan servis atas yang dimiliki para pemain untuk mengikuti kejuaraan bola voli mengakibatkan menurunnya prestasi bola voli bagi tim bola voli Man 2 Padang. Masalah ini diduga disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang diantaranya kurangnya metode latihan dalam hal ini ialah metode latihan drill. Terhadap peningkatan kemampuan servis atas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk menghitung pengaruh metode latihan drill terhadap peningkatan kemampuan servis atas pemain putra pembinaan prestasi pada Man 2 Padang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemain bola voli Man 2 Padang yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data untuk mengukur pengaruh metode latihan drill terhadap peningkatan kemampuan servis atas pemain bola voli putra Man 2 Padang. Data yang di peroleh akan di uji menggunakan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan rumus uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukan uji hipotesis diperoleh harga ttabel (1,761) > thitung (1,025) pada taraf signifikasi a= 0,05 Pada jumlah sampel berjumlah 15. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian latihan drill memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan servis atas pada pemain Man 2 Padang.

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan menjadi isu global dengan menumpuknya limbah masyarakat sebagai penyebab kerusakan lingkungan. Setiap hari, manusia menghasilkan limbah baik berbentuk padat, cair, maupun gas. Limbah organik mampu terurai tanpa campur tangan manusia, tetapi limbah anorganik seperti sampah plastik sulit terurai. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah sampah, terutama pada sampah anorganik di lingkungan Desa Sungsang IV sehingga dapat membantu mengurangi tumpukan sampah. Kegiatan ini berbentuk pelatihan dengan 25 orang perwakilan perempuan dari Desa Sungsang IV. Hasil dari kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik secara bijak. Melalui edukasi dan pelatihan pembuatan ecobrick, masyarakat tidak hanya memahami dampak buruk sampah plastik bagi lingkungan, tetapi juga termotivasi untuk mengambil langkah konkret dalam mengurangi limbah plastik. Pelatihan pemanfaatan sampah plastik menjadi produk ecobrick yang ramah lingkungan dengan menggunakan sampah yang dihasilkan sehari-hari agar dapat bernilai ekonomis.

Abstract

This article focuses on one of the archipelago's tafsir books, namely tafsir al-Huda: Tafsir Qur'an Basa Jawi written by Bakri Syahid. A person who holds the rank of colonel and participates in the military and political world. Although his tafsir is not well known in the field of tafsir science, but this tafsir al-Huda has its own uniqueness among the interpretations of the archipelago in general. Tafsir al-Huda is heavily influenced by Bakri Syahid's military rank, academics and positions. Covering the background of interpretation, methods of interpretation, style of interpretation, flow of interpretation and references used in writing tafsir al-Huda. For the author of tafsir al-huda is a uniqueness in terms of the book of interpretation and the author who has a different background than the mufassir-mufassir in general. In terms of authorship, this tafsir also uses Javanese Latin which has its own uniqueness and specialty. Keywords:  Tafsir, Nusantara, al-Huda

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of providing fermented coffee husk waste on the growth performance of Biromaru Kampung chickens. The high price of conventional feed has led to the exploration of more economical alternatives, one of which is the utilisation of agricultural waste, such as coffee waste. The nutritional value of coffee husk waste can be increased and its antinutrient content reduced through fermentation using microorganisms. The study was carried out for six weeks in Palu, Central Sulawesi, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four treatments and five replications: P0 (basal feed), P1 (90% P0 + 10% non-fermented coffee waste), P2 (90% P0 + 10% fermented coffee waste with Saccharomyces cerevisiae), and P3 (90% P0 + 10% fermented coffee waste with Effective Microorganisms 4). Feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion ratio were measured as the variables of interest. The results indicated that feed consumption was significantly increased in treatments P1 and P3, while body weight gain and feed conversion ratio were not significantly affected. Providing fermented coffee waste as an alternative feed for Biromaru Kampung chickens resulted in a significant increase in feed consumption, particularly in treatments P1 (10% non-fermented coffee waste) and P3 (10% fermented coffee waste with Effective Microorganisms 4). Although body weight gain did not differ significantly between treatments, there was a tendency for an increase in P1 and P3. Additionally, treatment P3 demonstrated the best feed conversion efficiency compared to the other treatments. Overall, fermented coffee husk waste has the potential to increase feed consumption and efficiency. However, its impact on body weight gain still needs further research to understand the mechanism of its influence in more depth.

Abstract

Reproduksi merupakan kunci utama dalam pengembangbiakan ternak, karena proses reproduksi ternak yang normal diikuti oleh produksi ternak yang baik. Reproduksi dianggap sebagai salah satu aspek untuk meningkatkan produksi dan populasi ternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi reproduksi Sapi Donggala di Kabupaten Donggala. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di 5 kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Tanantovea, Sindue Tobata, Sindue Tambosabura, Balaesang, dan Banawa Tengah . Penentuan lokasi menggunakan purposive sampling dan responden ditentukan secara accidental sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode sampling terhadap peternak Sapi Donggala di 5 kecamatan tersebut. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data Tahun 2022.  Variabel yang diamati berupa karakteristik peternak dan data reproduktivitas. Karakteristik peternak terdiri dari umur, pendidikan, dan pengalaman beternak. Sedangkan data reproduktivitas berupa umur pertama dikawinkan, lama kebuntingan, dan Calving Interval (CI).  Hasil penelitian diperoleh umur peternak terbanyak yaitu umur 15-65 tahun (96%), tingkat pendidikan terbanyak yaitu SMP (42%), pengalaman beternak tertinggi yaitu 3-10 tahun (67%), umur pertama dikawinkan tertinggi umur 1,6-2 tahun (46%), lama kebuntingan sebanyak 270-290 hari (69%), dan calving interval (CI) diatas 12 bulan (73%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi reproduksi Sapi Donggala di Kabupaten Donggala masih tergolong rendah

Abstract

Industry copra in Indonesia still not yet get attention in a manner specifically by the government so that causing export copra experience that level fluctuate. So from that importance role performance in the industry copra in development a country and for fulfil need society. This study aims to find out the competitiveness, level of efficiency and the influence of competitiveness and efficiency on the added value of the copra industry (ISIC 10421) in Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and UN  Comtrade related to the copra industry in the 2011-2020 period.  This research, using competitiveness analysis with the Revealed Comparative Advantage method, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that variable competitiveness of Indonesia has the strength of competitiveness and comparative induction in the copra industry, as evidenced by the calculation of the method Revealed Comparative Advantage which has a value of 27.36. The efficiency of the copra industry is fairly inefficient with the average level of efficiency obtained is 0.83. Meanwhile, variable competitiveness and efficiency have a positive and significant effect on the added value of the copra industry.

Abstract

Garlic leaves contain a phytochemical compound, namely allicin which functions as an antimicrobial and antioxidant and can reduce cholesterol and fat in the body so that it can produce healthy chicken growth. Research on meat quality and productivity of broilers obtaining the garlic leaves meal percentage (R0=0; R1=2.5; R2=5.0; R3=7.5; P4=10%) in feed. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with The Honest Significant Difference (HSD) as an advanced test. The parameters observed were feed consumption, body weight gain, feed conversion, carcass percentage, and carcass component percentage (chest, upper thigh, lower thigh, back, wings, and abdominal fat). The results showed the addition of garlic leaves meal had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on protein digestibility, energy metabolism, and feed consumption, but had no effect (P>0.05) on body weight gain and feed conversion. Treatment had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the percentage of chicken breast carcass components, a very significant effect (P<0.01) on the upper thigh and lower thigh carcass components but had no effect (P>0.05) on carcass percentage, chicken back and wings. Treatment had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on the percentage of abdominal fat. In conclusion, the treatment gave excellent growth in broilers and produced healthier meat due to the low abdominal fat content.
