Abstract

Based on the Environmental Quality Index reported by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2017 the Environmental Quality Index rank of South Sumatra slipped to rank 20 nationally, wherein the previous year was ranked 16. Environmental performance was one of the factors in Environmental Quality Index. Most of the previous research on environmental performance and GHRM was carried out in the manufacturing industry analysis units, while other industrial fields have not been studied much including hospitals. In fact, the hospital is one of the business sectors that is quite related to the environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of GHRM which consists of the variables Green Recruitment and Selection (GRS), Green Training (GTR), and Green Compensation (GCO) partially or jointly on the performance of the hospital environment in Palembang City. The Grand Theory which is used in this research is Ecocentrism Theory and Triple Bottom Line. The population in this study were hospital employees at government hospitals in Palembang, totalling 2,270 people. By using the Slovin formula and the stratified proportional random sampling method, the number of samples who became respondents in this study was 248 people. This research is processed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that GRS, GTR, and GCO partially had a significant effect on environmental performance in hospitals in Palembang City. The results also show that GRS, GTR, and GCO together also have a significant effect on environmental performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Muara Dua Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Muara Dua Palembang yang berjumlah 60 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dengan demikian seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 60 orang karyawan pada PT Muara Dua Palembang. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitupula secara parsial, proses rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Bagi PT Muara Dua Palembang agar dapat melakukan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi lebih baik lagi. Perusahaan dapat melakukan proses perekrutan melalui sumber eksternal dengan menggunakan media massa. Perusahaan juga sebaiknya menambahkan tes psikologi dalam tahapan seleksi agar dapat mengetahui dengan jelas tipe dan kepribadian pelamar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between financial income to job satisfaction and job promotion to job satisfaction. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Research data was collected by questionnaire. The population in this study were lecturers at one of the universities in South Sumatra. Samples were taken as many as 90 people using random sampling. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. The results of this study are financial income has a positive relationship with job satisfaction, as well as job promotion which also has a positive relationship with job satisfaction. Therefore, it is expected that the job satisfaction felt by lecturers can be maintained and even improved. This study only uses two independent variables, for further research can add other variables that have not been included in this study and examine the correlation of these variables to job satisfaction.Keywords: financial income, job promotion, job satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Salah satu kendala dalam pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM), di mana masih banyaknya SDM yang belum kompeten dalam pengembangan industri halal, terutama pada pelaku usaha kecil. Mengembangkan SDM unggul menjadi salah satu kunci utama pengembangan industri halal. Pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia harus dilakukan dengan inovatif dan kompetitif. Pelaku usaha industri halal diharapkan memiliki standar kinerja inovasi yang mumpuni agar dapat memanfaatkan momentum masa pasca pandemi Covid-19 sebagai titik kebangkitan industri halal pasca pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mendukung adanya inovasi dan terwujudnya kinerja inovasi bagi pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia, dibutuhkan SDM yang memiliki kompetensi. Pengembangan kompetensi SDM sangat tergantung dengan komitmen dan kapabilitas dinamik dari pelaku industri halal. Dalam persaingan bisnis global khususnya pemulihan pasca pandemi Covid-19, pelaku industri halal selain memerhatikan struktur industri, juga harus melihat perspektif internal dengan menelaah secara seksama sumber daya yang dimilikinya dan bagaimana mengombinasikannya untuk memperoleh kompetensi inti dan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas dinamik yang terdiri dari adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities, dan innovative capabilities secara langsung terhadap kinerja inovasi maupun secara tidak langsung melalui kompetensi sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel mediasi. Grand Theory yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori resource-based view. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 pelaku industri halal skala kecil di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini diolah dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptive capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM dan kinerja inovasi. Sedangkan absorptive capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi. Selanjutnya innovative capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM. Kompetensi SDM hanya menjadi variabel intervening antara pengaruh adaptive capabilities dan absorptive capabilities terhadap kinerja inovasi.   Kata Kunci: Kapabilitas Dinamik, Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Kinerja Inovasi, Industri Halal, Pandemi Covid-19   ABSTRACT   One of the obstacles in the development of the halal industry in Indonesia is human resources (HR), where there are still many HR who are not competent in developing the halal industry, especially small business entrepreneurs. Developing superior human resources is one of the main keys to developing the halal industry. The development of the halal industry in Indonesia must be carried out in an innovative and competitive manner. Halal industry business entrepreneurs are expected to have qualified innovation performance standards so they can take advantage of the post-Covid-19 pandemic momentum as a revival point for the halal industry after the Covid-19 pandemic. To support innovation and realize innovation performance for the development of the halal industry in Indonesia, competent human resources are needed. HR competency development is highly dependent on the commitment and dynamic capabilities of halal industry entrepreneurs. In global business competition, especially in the post-pandemic recovery of Covid-19, apart from paying attention to industry structure, halal industry players must also look at the internal perspective by carefully examining the resources they have and how to combine them to gain core competencies and competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic capabilities consisting of adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities, and innovative capabilities directly on innovation performance and indirectly through human resource competence as a mediating variable. The grand theory used in this study is the resource based view theory. The sample in this study were 170 small-scale halal industry entrepreneurs in South Sumatra. This research was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique. The research results show that adaptive capabilities have a significant effect on HR competence and innovation performance. Meanwhile, absorptive capabilities have a significant effect on HR competence, but do not have a significant effect on innovation performance. Furthermore, innovative capabilities have a significant effect on innovation performance, but do not have a significant effect on HR competence. HR competency is only an intervening variable between the effect of adaptive capabilities and absorptive capabilities on innovation performance.   Keywords : Dynamic Capability, Human Resource Competence, Innovation Performance, Halal Industry, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemimpin apa dan bagaimana yang cocok untuk mengelola generasi millenial. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat usia pekerja dengan tahun kelahiran yaitu Generasi Y atau millenial sebanyak 203 responden. Jenis data pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial. Dengan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial, maka pemimpin organisasi dapat memetakan kebijakan dan strategi kepemimpinan ideal bagi generasi millenial. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan objek yang lebih luas dan menambahkan variabel kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja sehingga memberikan hasil yang lebih representatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan-pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang bekerja sebagai pramuniaga pada toko-toko PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang di Pulau Sumatera. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden 38 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan-pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang. Perusahaan seyogyanya meningkatkan keseimbangan kehidupan-pekerjaan karyawan PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang dengan memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan kepada karyawan agar kemampuan kerja lebih baik sehingga kinerja karyawan terus meningkat.

Abstract

Learning organizations play a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance, as organizations fostering a robust learning culture can offer the necessary support and development to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and effectiveness. Enhancing employee competency holds utmost importance in boosting performance, as employees equipped with skills, knowledge, and attitudes aligned with job requirements can operate more proficiently and productively. This study aims to examine the impact of learning organizations on performance, with competency serving as an intermediary variable. Conducted at PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro, this research employs Structural Equation Modeling via LISREL 8.8 software for data analysis. The sample comprises 150 employees from PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro. Model suitability is assessed using the Chi-Square test, RMSEA, CFI, and GFI. Findings indicate that learning organizations significantly enhance employee performance. Additionally, competency serves as a positive mediator in the relationship between learning organization and performance. These results underscore the significance of implementing learning organization principles, which involve employees in learning initiatives, to enhance competency and subsequently boost employee performance.

Abstract

To study aims to: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation on turnover intention of Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office Employees,(2) To determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office Employees. The research was conducted on Bank Employees Sumsel Babel Head Office with a proportionate stratified random sampling method with a sample size of 98 respondents in each division representing a total population of 3.362. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques with a quantitative approach which shows the results that partially financial compensation and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on Employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office. Abstract

Training is an activity to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with what is desired by the institution concerned. Every training as an effort to achieve an increase in the work productivity of a company cannot be separated from influences, both from within and from outside the agency. This influence requires every organization to improve services so that it can meet the increasing needs of society. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of training on employee performance at PT Tempo Tbk Palembang. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a total sample of 90 people. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that training has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Tempo Tbk Palembang. This means that the employees at PT Tempo Tbk Palembang really need training so that they can be better in terms of performance at the company, the better the training provided the higher the employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on employee performance at SKK Migas companies (KKKS Energy Equity Epic Sengkang). The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection methods in this study using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 58 people. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance at SKK Migas companies (KKKS Energy Equity Epic Sengkang).
