Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan potensi ekonomi petani sawah dalam membangun ketahanan pangan masyarakat di Desa Lambandia Kecamatan Lalembuu KabupatenĀ  Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif untuk dapat menggambarkan data yang telah dianalisis secara komprehensif terkait potensi ekonomi petani sawah di Desa Lambandia. Melalui metode pengumpulan data dengan penentuan informan secara Purposive Sampling dan Snowballing dapat memperoleh data yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Dengan demikian teknik pengumpulan data melalui proses wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk dapat menjelaskan data-data yang diperoleh dan dianalisis hingga bisa menghasilkan sebuah kajian baru yang membahas tentang potensi ekonomi petani dalam membangun ketahanan pangan masyarakat lokal. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa potensi ekonomi petani sawah dalam membangun ketahanan pangan masyarakat lokal di Desa Lambandia dapat dilihat dari strategi petani dalam mengelola lahan pertaniannya dan cara menjaga produktivitas hasil panen agar tetap baik selama proses pertumbuhan. Menurut hasil wawancara, pengelolaan pertanian yang baikĀ  dipengaruhi oleh penerapan sistem irigasi, penggunaan teknologi pertanian dan pemilihan benih padi yang memiliki kualitas tinggi. Dari hal ini disimpulkan bahwa potensi ekonomi petani sawah dalam membangun ketahanan pangan masyarakat lokal di Desa Lambandia terdapat pada pengelolaan pertanian yang baik dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitianmini bertujuanmuntuk mengetahui bagaimana Gaya hidup pria metro seksual, mengapa memilih menjadi pria metro seksual dan bagaimana pandangan kaum perempuan terhadap pria metro seksual di Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Gaya hidup dari David Chaney. Dengan teknik purposive sampling, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik penelitin lapangan (fieldwork) dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu pengamatan terlibat (parciti pationob servation) dan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian etnografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pria metro seksual di Kota Kendari memang melakukan perawatan seperti wanita, tetapi mereka termasuk pria hetero seksual. Para informan menjadi pria metro seksual karena pilihan dari masing-masing individu untuk tidak ketinggalan zaman, dan sebagai tuntutan pekerjaan, selain itu juga mereka nyaman menjadi metro seksual. Dalam penelitian ini juga terdapat pandangan parawanita yang berstatus teman, kerabat dan keluarga dari pria metro seksual. Pandangan wanita terhadap metro seksual cukup beranekaragam, ada yang menganggap bahwa pria metro seksual sesuatu hal yang kurang baik, dan ada juga yang menyukai pria metro seksual karena sesuai dengan kriterianya mencari pasangan dan hal menguntungkan buat para wanita yang memiliki pasangan yang rapi dalam berpakaian, wangi dan terawat sertamen jaga kebersihan. Parawanita menerima bahkan mendukung penuh seseorang menjadi pria metrosek sual dalam batas yang sewajarnya agar tidak mengurangi sisi maskulin seorang pria.

Abstract

This study uses Kingsley Davis Social Dynamics theory to solve problems in the field with the Ethnographic Method, data collection using observation techniques and in-depth interviews and purposive sampling informant selection techniques. Data were analyzed descriptively. This Nickel mining activity by PT NPM took experts on agricultural land belonging to the people of Matarape Village without the consent of the local community, the acquisition of agricultural land that reached 300 hectares made the farmers in Matarape Village suffer huge losses, not only losses, their economy also became paralyzed. In total, this is because the farmers can no longer produce cashew nuts as their source of income. The damage to agricultural land carried out by PT NMP triggered a conflict between the community and the PT NPM company, where the majority of people who work as farmers demanded compensation for the destruction and use of agricultural land which reached up to 300 hectares was used for road construction and mining activities of PT. This NPM also resulted in changes in the livelihoods of the people of Matarape Village

Abstract

This study aims to determine the funeral ritual procession of Bokeo derivatives in Silea Village, Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency. This research uses Levi-Strauss (1958) Structural Theory Attitude of Relationship Between Relatives Elementally. The data collection technique used in this research is Snowball Sampling by conducting involved observation (observation participation) and in-depth interviews. this research is Qualitative research using Ethnographic research methods. The research shows that: first: when a bokeo descendant dies, several funeral ritual processes will be carried out, namely first; making a coffin from the trunk of an areca tree (pu'umbundi), second; wearing forty sarongs as a calendar (O'sawu), third; slaughtering buffaloes (To'ono Mogere) and fourth; funeral custom umbrella (O'pawu).

Abstract

This community service activity aims to find out how human rights institutions play a role in maintaining and protecting community rights, especially in the context of forestry. The background of this activity stems from the fact that PUSPA HAM, as an institution that focuses on human rights issues in Southeast Sulawesi, is an appropriate destination to understand how forestry and human rights issues are interrelated. This activity involved observation, interviews, discussions, questions and answers and lectures as well as assistance from the PKM team. The results showed that PUSPA HAM has several activities that are effective in addressing human rights issues in Southeast Sulawesi. These activities include human rights education for the community, advocacy for human rights violations, monitoring and evaluation of human rights implementation in Southeast Sulawesi. In carrying out its activities, PUSPA HAM Southeast Sulawesi has shown a strong commitment to fighting for the rights of indigenous peoples and local communities. It has become one of the leading human rights organizations in Southeast Sulawesi. This activity involves collaboration between universities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and government agencies, including PUSPA HAM (Center for Strengthening and Protecting the Rights of Indigenous and Local Communities), WALHI, and the Forestry Service. This collaboration aims to increase awareness and understanding of human rights in Southeast Sulawesi. PUSPA HAM faces challenges in gaining support from the government. The government has policies that do not support human rights in Southeast Sulawesi. In the face of these challenges PUSPA HAM has shown a strong commitment to fighting for the rights of indigenous peoples and local communities.

Abstract

This service was carried out with the aim of introducing the Old City's public spaces to new students. This service was carried out in Kendari City with the objects being public spaces in the old city. This service uses group discussion techniques with review and reflection methods on field findings. Apart from that, active and critical joint discussions were also held. Based on the results of this service, it can be seen that the old city has very high historical value and the old city is one of the most important factors in marking the growth and development of the city of Kendari as a port city, trading city and government city. The many public spaces that are part of the history of the city of Kendari to date can attract the attention of students to find out or study the history of the public spaces of the people around the old city of Kendari.
