Tujuan penelitiam ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Product Dan Price Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kukki Deli Dengan Pemasaran Online Sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan path analysis. Dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian maka dilakukan penyebaran kuisoner terhadap 105 responden konsumen Kukki Deli yang melakukan pembelian pada bulan Juli hingga Desember 2019. Mayoritas responden pada penelitian ini berusia 17 – 22 tahun dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa product dan price berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketing.

Penelitian ini meneliti dampak pelatihan pada penciptaan bisnis online untuk pemula dengan peserta yang berasal dari ibu rumah tangga yang terpajan HIV. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 ibu rumah tangga. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur langsung dengan metode pre-test dan post-test sesudahnya. Semua informan tidak pernah melakukan bisnis menggunakan media online atau mengetahui cara berbisnis menggunakan media online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan 50% menggunakan media situs web Facebook. (2) Ada peningkatan dan keterampilan 83% menggunakan media sosial WhatsApp. (3) Aspek komparatif dari pemasaran dan penjualan produk menggunakan media sosial WhatsApp memiliki hasil yang lebih tinggi daripada media situs web Facebook. Ini karena waktu yang terbatas untuk menguasai semua fitur di media online.This research examines the impact of training on online business creation for beginners with the participants coming from HIV-exposed housewives. The method used in this research is the qualitative research method. Informants in this research are 5 housewives. The data was collected using direct structured interviews technique with pre-test and post-test methods afterwards. All informants have never done business using online media nor knowing how to do business using online media. The results showed (1) an increase in knowledge and skills of 50% using the Facebook website media. (2) There was an increase and skills of 83% using WhatsApp social media. (3) Comparative aspects of marketing and product sales using WhatsApp social media have higher results than the Facebook website media. This is due to limited time to master all the features in online media.

During the pandemic, people must be adept in managing their private finances. Good money management skills are determined by the individual’s financial literacy. This research has five purposes. The first is to describe the level of financial literacy of college students. The second is to evaluate and analyze the different levels of financial literacy in terms of ethnicity. The third is to evaluate and analyze the different levels of financial literacy in terms of gender. The fourth is to evaluate and analyze the different levels of financial literacy in terms of religion. The fifth is to evaluate and analyze the different levels of financial literacy in terms of locus of control. This research samples 212 respondents majoring in English teacher training and education in four private universities. Because of this, this research evaluates the T value on the following variables: ethnicity, gender, religion, and locus of control. This research reveals a difference of financial literacy skills in terms of gender and locus of control. No different levels of financial literacy were found in terms of ethnicity and religion. In the future, there needs to be an improvement of financial literacy through formal and informal efforts. Keywords: ethnicity, Gender, religion, locus of control, financial literacy

Everyone was affected by COVID-19 pandemic, including housewives with HIV joined in Bu'Daya community. In management of COVID-19, patient's comorbid history was important because these patients could aggravate the condition of COVID-19. HIV was a chronic disease related to the immune system. Therefore, it was important for people with HIV to prevent infection of COVID-19. The problem faced by this community regarding COVID-19 was knowledge and attitudes of community members was not known yet. Therefore, efforts were needed to find out and improve understanding of COVID-19. The solution offered to this community was training and assistance regarding the prevention of COVID-19 through the "We Are Empowered, We Prevent Covid-19 Transmission" Program. This program was part of a series of “We Are Empowered” programs, a service program of the Empower Woman with HIV, in Surabaya. The aim of this program was to increase knowledge and attitudes of the participants towards preventing the transmission of COVID-19. The implementation method was by community education, training and community assistance. The results obtained from this community service were the increased knowledge and attitudes of the participants regarding the behavior of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 which could be seen from the pre and post-test results. Komunitas Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) penderita HIV merupakan salah satu komunitas yang rentan terpapar Covid-19. Tuntutan untuk menjaga kesehatan sembari tetap bekerja demi menopang ekonomi keluarga merupakan pilihan yang tidak mudah. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi mereka untuk mengetahui dengan benar dan mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan tepat di masa sulit ini. Tim kami memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan keuangan keluarga di masa pandemic supaya mereka mampu menghemat uang dan menabung bagi keluarga. Dengan meninjau pengetahuan dan perilaku para IRT ini ditemukan bahwa pengeluaran keuangan untuk makanan tetap namun pengeluaran untuk komunikasi dan pendidikan anak mengalami peningkatan sebesar 80 persen. Perilaku keuangan mengalami perubahan disebabkan kondisi pandemic memaksa mereka tetap dirumah. Oleh karena itu, mereka merupakan komunitas yang tepat menerima Bantuan Tunai Langsung (BLT) dari pemerintah.

The covid-19 pandemic causes learning to be carried out boldly with the concept of e-learning. The learning providers must design their learning content on a cloud-based learning management system (LMS). The preparation of material content and learning design in the learning management system must be well organized so that users feel the benefits and will continue to use the learning management system as a learning tool. This paper aims to observe effect of design quality and content quality on the intensity of continuous learning by perceived usefulness as a mediating variable. The sample in this study were students who used the LMS to access learning material content that had been compiled completely and completely. The data analysis tool used was partial least square (PLS). The results showed that the quality content had no effect on continuance learning intentions and design quality had an effect on learning intentions with perceived usefulness.

Many banks are competing to achieve bank cost efficiency for business continuity amidst the competition in the banking sector. So banks need to review cost-efficiency regularly. The purpose of this study was to analyze determinants of bank cost efficiency. Variable use bank size, capital adequacy, return on asset, group of the bank, credit risk, economic growth, and inflation on bank cost efficiency in Indonesia. Determination of bank input and output variables using a bank intermediation approach. This study used panel data on 38 banks in Indonesia for the period 2012-2018. This paper used the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) analysis method. The results of this study reveal four things. First, bank size has a negative effect bank cost efficiency. Second, credit risk has a positive effect on bank cost efficiency. Third, capital adequacy has a positive effect on bank efficiency. Fourth, the small core capital bank group has a negative effect on bank cost efficiency. Bank external variables do not affect bank cost efficiency in Indonesia.

Hepatitis akut misterius merupakan penyakit yang merebak di Indonesia di pertengahan tahun 2022 yang belum diketahui penyebabnya. Komunitas Ibu Berdaya merupakan salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang terdampak dan ingin diperlengkapi mengenai informasi terkait penyakit hepatitis akut misterius. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim dari Fakultas kedokteran universitas ciputra bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang hepatitis akut misterius dengan cara melakukan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi cara mencuci tangan yang benar kepada komunitas ibu berdaya. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 2 Juli 2022. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah pengetahuan mayoritas peserta sebelum materi diberikan sudah baik dengan rata-rata nilai adalah 80 dan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dari para peserta setelah materi diberikan dengan rata-rata nilai adalah 100. Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang terus menerus dilakukan dikalangan rumah tangga diharapkan dapat mencegah penyakit hepatitis akut misterius di komunitas ibu berdaya.Acute hepatitis was a disease that spreads in Indonesia in the middle of 2022, for which the cause is unknown. The Empowered Mother Community is one of the community groups that wanted to be equipped with information related to mysterious acute hepatitis. This community service carried out by the team from the Ciputra Medical Faculty aimed to provide knowledge about acute hepatitis of unknown aetiology by conducting counselling and demonstrations to empowered communities. The implementation method consisted of the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The result of community service was that the knowledge of most participants before the material was given was good, with an average value of 80. There was an increase in the participants' knowledge after the material was given, with an average value of 100. Clean and healthy living behaviour continuously carried out among households is expected to prevent acute hepatitis of unknown aetiology in this community.

Adanya ketertarikan siswa Sekolah Citra Berkat Surabaya utamanya SMA kelas XI dan XII terhadap berwirausaha yang sukup tinggi. Namun strategi marketingnya belum cukup tajam. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk membekali peserta berkaitan dengan manajemen pemasaran. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah tahap penjelasan, tanya jawab, studi kasus, dan simulasi. Hasilnya adalah siswa mampu mendekripsikan data base konsumen, data base komplain dan memahami perlunya menjaga hubungan baik dengan konsumen. Harapannya bisa membuat bisnis menjadi sustain.

In this era, social media influencers play an important role in marketing by introducing products to the followers. Then, there are a lot of cosmetic companies that take a look at theopportunity and use influencer service to promote the products. This research analyzes the effect of beauty influencers’ credibility and trustworthiness on purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products. The population in this research is women who are 20 to 35 years old that use Instagram, follow beauty influencers, and use Wardah products. Sampling determination that is used in this research is purposive sampling with the total sample of 100.This research uses quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that credibility and trustworthiness variables affect positive on purchase decision. The implication of this research can help the researcher and marketer to maximize promotion through beauty influencers and consumers’ purchase decision among targeted respondents, give strategy and effective strategy investment practice for cosmetic industry management and offer practical guidance for communication expert, brand and marketing manager that have the purpose to develop the relationship with beauty influencer in beauty industry by creating brand equity and sustainable bond with online customers.Keywords: credibility, trustworthiness, purchase decision, beauty influencer, Instagram
