Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran smart board pada materi KPK dan FPB kelas IV SD Karya Makmur dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran Smart Board pada materi KPK dan FPB kelas IV SD Karya Makmur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakanm research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Reiser & Mollenda. Model ADDIE terdiri dari lima tahapan pengembangan namun peneliti hanya menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu Analysis (analisa), Design (desain/perancangan), dan Development (pengembangan) dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hasil uji kelayakan media pembelajaran Smart Board pada materi KPK dan FPB kelas IV SDN Karya Makmur yang telah dikembangkann oleh penelitian ini menunjukan presentase kevalidan yang sangat valid atau sangat layak. Dengan presentase sebesar 85% dengan kriteria “sangat layak” diperoleh dari penilaian ahli materi, presentase sebesar 89% dengan kriteria “sangat layak” diperoleh dari ahli media dan presentase sebesar 90% dengan kriteria “sangat layak” diperoleh dari ahli guru sebagai praktisinya.

Abstract

The importance of knowing the concept of thematic learning is one of the parameters to implement. Knowing the concept, characteristics, and learning stages (planning, implementation, and evaluation), so the teacher implementing thematic learning will undergo well that is according to the meaning of thematic learning. The problem that will be explained was analyzing the under teachers' difficulty implementing thematic learning. The aim of this research was to know about planning, implementation, and evaluation in thematic learning. The type of this research used was descriptive qualitative research. The result of this research was under teachers implementing thematic learning had not been appropriate curriculum standard of thematic learning. This was able to be presented that the planning process teacher had some difficulties in the fabrication of learning devices, methods, and media selection. Meanwhile, the teacher's implementation process also encountered some difficulties in integrating one learning to another learning, learning methods that were appropriate to students' characteristics and themes. In the evaluation process, the teacher experienced a difficulty because KTSP curriculum, on the other hand, the process of the class report had to be based on the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

This article explores the application of educational resources within the framework of integrated thematic learning at the primary school level. Integrated thematic learning is gaining popularity as an approach aimed at strengthening the interconnectedness between subjects and the practical relevance of learning. In this context, the incorporation of educational resources plays a pivotal role in enhancing students' learning experiences and deepening their comprehension of the subject matter. The article delineates various types of educational resources suitable for integrated thematic learning, along with effective strategies for seamlessly integrating these resources into the learning process. Furthermore, the article assesses the advantages of employing educational resources in boosting learning motivation, fostering student engagement, and improving overall learning outcomes. Thus, the article imparts valuable insights to educators regarding the significance of incorporating educational resources within the realm of integrated thematic learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Smart Box learning media on the subject of Pancasila education, the material of the meaning of the Pancasila principles in the elementary school community. This study uses the research and development method (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The trial subjects in this study were 22 fourth-grade students of Rejosari State Elementary School. The product development instrument developed was validated by material experts and media experts, and tested through two stages, namely small-scale trials and large-scale trials. The results of validation by the validator and product trials indicate that the Smart Box learning media on the material of the meaning of the Pancasila principles in the fourth-grade elementary school community is very feasible to use. This is obtained based on the percentage of validation results and product trials. The percentage results obtained respectively include material experts at 92%, media experts at 88%, student responses in small-scale trials at 90%, and in large-scale trials at 91.8% all results are included in the "Very Practical" category. In addition, the results of the pre-test and post-test using the N-Gain calculation, which showed a score of 0.56 included in the "Medium" category and a percentage of 56% included in the "Quite Effective" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the Smart Box learning media developed has met the criteria of being very feasible, very practical and quite effective, so it is very suitable for use in the learning process of Pancasila education in grade IV of Elementary School, especially the material on the meaning of the Pancasila principles in society.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala komunikasidan pengelolaan informasi di SDN 02 Cahya Negeri melalui pembuatan website sebagai mediainformasi digital. Topik ini dipilih karena adanya kebutuhan mendesak akan sistem informasiyang efektif, efisien, dan mudah diakses oleh siswa, guru, wali murid, dan masyarakat. Metodeyang digunakan meliputi Analisis Kebutuhan, Perancangan Sistem dan Antarmuka, sertapelatihan literasi digital bagi guru dan staf sekolah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwawebsite yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan penyebaraninformasi sekolah, termasuk berita, pengumuman, dan layanan PPDB online. Pelatihan jugaberhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola untuk menggunakan dan memelihara websitesecara mandiri. Kesimpulannya, penerapan website ini menjadi solusi komunikasi digital yangmodern, mendukung keterlibatan yang lebih luas antara sekolah dan stakeholder. Penggunaanmedia digital sangat penting dalam mendukung kemajuan pendidikan di era teknologi informasisaat ini.

Abstract

To overcome this, thel development ofl interactive learningl media using Articulatel Storyline 3l is considered necessary to enhance students’ interest, enjoyment, engagement, and acceptance. Thisl study aims tol develop interactivel learning medial based onl Articulate Storylinel 3 by employingl the Researchl and Developmentl (lR&D) methodl with thel ADDIE lmodel, whichl includes fivel stages: lAnalysis, lDesign, lDevelopment, lImplementation, andl Evaluation. Thel research results indicated that validation by materiall experts obtained anl average scorel of l92%, while medial experts achieved 85%. Both results were categorized as “very feasible.” Furthermore, smalll group trialsl produced anl average ofl 92.5%, largel group trialsl reached 93.5%, and teacher response questionnaires obtained 95%. The implementation stage was therefore categorizedl as “very practical.” Thesel outcomes confirm thatl the developedl product meets both feasibility and practicality standards. In conclusion, interactivel learning medial based onl Articulate Storylinel 3 isl highly feasible andl practical tol be appliedl in IPAS subject matter, especially in Chapter 8 Topic A, and canl serve asl an effectivel alternative tol improve learningl quality and increase student engagement. Abstract

This research has a crucial objective to facilitate primary school (SD) teachers so they are able to effectively and efficiently integrate and present Social Studies (IPS) material enriched with the content of local wisdom. Local wisdom is defined as a treasure inherited through generations, encompassing in-depth knowledge, real practices, and fundamental values that have developed and been firmly held within the local community. This foundation makes the learning process not only informative but also highly relevant and meaningful for students’ lives. This article specifically highlights that the integration of values, culture, and knowledge sourced from the local area can produce significant positive impacts. These impacts include improving students' conceptual understanding of Social Studies material, fostering their active participation in the classroom, and honing essential critical thinking skills. Teachers are encouraged to use a contextual approach or a real-life-based approach, so the material taught feels close to the students' experiences and is easier to grasp. The values embedded in local wisdom will function as a strong bridge in understanding every material concept. Thus, the knowledge acquired by students does not only stop at the cognitive level (merely theoretical knowledge), but can also be implemented concretely in the form of real actions and behavior outside the school environment. This local wisdom-based learning approach will ultimately become an important connection that guides students to act appropriately, ethically, and solution-oriented in responding to various problems they face in their daily lives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya literasi sosial bagi guru sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Literasi sosial mencakup kemampuan guru memahami norma, nilai, budaya, serta dinamika sosial yang terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat dan sekolah. Guru yang memiliki literasi sosial yang baik mampu mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari siswa, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih relevan dan bermakna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap guru-guru SD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi sosial mendukung guru dalam menciptakan interaksi yang positif di kelas, membentuk karakter siswa, serta menyampaikan materi IPS secara kontekstual. Kesimpulannya, penguatan literasi sosial sangat penting untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran IPS di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurang meratanya keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran IPAS di kelas V SDN 2 Taman Agung. Pembelajaran yang interaktif perlu dikembangkan agar siswa lebih terlibat aktif. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu menerapkan model Game Based Learning (GBL) berbantuan media permainan ular tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran GBL dengan media ular tangga terhadap keaktifan siswa kelas V. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian ialah 25 siswa kelas VA SDN 2 Taman Agung yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas dan uji Wilcoxon karena data berdistribusi tidak normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan siswa setelah diterapkan model GBL dengan media ular tangga. Rata-rata skor keaktifan siswa meningkat dari 10,6 pada pretest menjadi 12,48 pada posttest. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara skor sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Game Based Learning berbantuan media ular tangga berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas V SDN 2 Taman Agung.

Abstract

The increasing use of electronic devices, specifically gadgets, among elementary school children has caused various problems, such as addiction, decreased social interaction, health problems, and decreased concentration in learning. These problems involve not only children but also objects and things around them, as well as parents in managing them. Gadget use is not just a matter of quantity that exacerbates this condition. As a solution, the community service team held a socialization focused on improving healthy digital literacy through counseling, interactive discussions, and practical simulations. Results achieved included increased knowledge about the risks of excessive gadget use, increased collective awareness in limiting usage time, and the formation of practical guidelines for healthy gadget use in school and family environments. The results of the activity were documented in the form of a scientific article published in the community service journal as an academic contribution. Overall, the activity has gone according to plan in terms of planning, implementation, and partner involvement. Active participation of participants was evident in the enthusiasm in the discussions and the school's commitment to continuously monitoring gadget use. Thus, this program is expected to have a long-term positive impact in shaping wise behavior in using technology among elementary school children.
