Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Role of Stakeholders in Realizing Surabaya Zero Child Marriage in 2024 to Achieve Gender Equality. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research design. A collaborative network involving the city government, private sector, NGOs, communities, and religious organizations such as Muslimat NU in the city of Surabaya has shown significant results in suppressing the rate of child marriage. Through effective coordination, fair resource distribution, transparent communication, and continuous program innovation, this network has made substantial progress towards the zero child marriage goal. However, there are still areas that require further attention, especially in terms of improving access to resources and strengthening coordination. By continuing to strengthen collaboration and applying lessons from experiences, Surabaya can achieve the goal of completely abolishing child marriage.

Abstract

There is disharmony in the Minister of Transportation Regulation on Minimum Train Services, which is disharmonious, as are the provisions in the Railway Traffic Regulation and the Railway Law. This can occur because each formulator of the Railway Law, Railway Traffic Regulation, and Minister of Transportation Regulation on Minimum Train Services is a different institution. This has the potential to cause disharmony in the legislation and affect its implementation, which is not optimal. This research discusses efforts to formulate legal harmonization so that the regulations in the Minister of Transportation of Minimum Train Services, the Railway Law, and the Railway Traffic Regulation can be in line and facilitate their implementation. This research is normative legal research. As a normative legal research, the main focus is on the analysis aspect of laws and regulations. The approaches used in this research are statutory approach and conceptual approach. The research results are legal disharmonization in the policy of setting the minimum standard of transportation of people on KRL disharmonization occurs vertically. The main factor that causes legal disharmony is the existence of sectoral ego in each agency. Therefore, the sectoral ego in each agency can be overcome by structured and coordinated coordination to ensure excellent and interrelated rules. The effort is to carry out vertical harmonization by involving various related agencies. This is to ensure that one rule and another rule have the same spirit and orientation so as not to cause problems in practice.

Abstract

Currently, the railway line from Lahat to Lubuklinggau uses the R.42 rail type with a crossing power capacity of 2,106 > 5,106 tons/year. An increase in road class is needed to increase crossing capacity. This research aims to determine the feasibility and impact of upgrading the rail type from R.42 to R.54 to improve the operational efficiency and safety of the Lahat-Lubuklinggau railway line. In this study, the author uses the railway loading method using the beam on the elastic foundation (BoEF) concept to calculate rail permit voltage to ensure that the capacity of the railroad can accommodate the load of railway traffic. The study results in show that with the upgrade of the railroad class to class III with the R.54 rail type, this line can transport a load of 5,924,001.60 tons/year, an increase from 1,838,390.40 tons/year. In addition, the track with the R.54 rail type also meets the requirements for trains with the largest load, considering that the allowable voltage (1,097.18 kg/cm²) is smaller than the previous rail allowable voltage (1,738.14 kg/cm²). It is estimated that the R.54 rail type has a life resistance of 16-17 years against crossing power without the Babaranjang train and for 9-10 years against crossing power with the Babaranjang train for the coming year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of users of goods delivery services by train at Madiun Station and to analyze the factors that influence the choice of goods delivery services by train at Madiun Station using the multinomial logistic regression analysis method. The results obtained are based on the characteristics of users of goods delivery services by train dominated by men with student status, last education is high school and monthly income is less than Rp. 1,000,000. Of the 5 factors studied, namely the price factor, location factor, security factor, timeliness factor and information availability factor. There are 4 factors that significantly influence the choice of shipping goods by train at Madiun Station, namely location factors, security factors, timeliness factors and information availability factors.

Abstract

The volume of BHP courier transportation in Indonesia in 2021 increased by 265% from 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the quality of services provided to users of BHP courier transportation services between KALOG, Herona Express, and LNP expedition services at Purwokerto Station. The sample used in this study are 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique sampling. The attributes used as a reference are the five dimensions of service quality, which were Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study used a descriptive analysis method, Service Performance (SERVPERF), and MANOVA. The results of this study showed from overall service quality dimensions score. With the highest total average score (4,123) obtained by KALOG expedition services, then Herona Express (4.118), and the lowest total average score (4.056) obtained by LNP expedition services. From the results of the MANOVA comparison test, it is known that the tangible dimension is the dimension with the most significant difference in the comparison between: KALOG expedition services with Herona Express, KALOG expedition services with LNP, and Herona Express expedition services with LNP.
