Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Savings and Loans Group Program in Improving. The type of research was qualitative and the data analysis used was descriptive qualitative. poor family. communication, socialization carried out by implementing actors has been carried out properly and monthly socialization by the manager to group administrators and group members. So that communication in the implementation of savings and loans (SPP) in all parties has gone well, Resources, in the selection of resources to be involved in savings and loan groups (SPP) have gone well. The disposition or attitude of the implementer is that the parties involved provide a good response to the implementer of the Savings and Loans (SPP) program which will later be able to achieve the objectives well. All the implementers involved have actually carried out their respective duties and responsibilities. There are two bureaucratic structures, namely the organizational structure and SOP (Operational Standards and Procedures) It has been running and well fulfilled, and the savings and loan managers, savings and loan group administrators and savings and loan members have fulfilled the bureaucratic structure.Keywords: Implementation, Savings and Loans Group Program

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of Somba Opu District employees in providing population administration services to the community. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods with an inductive approach. The technique for collecting data is by using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research and data processing, it can be concluded that the performance of employees in providing services to the community in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province is quite good but not optimal because there are still problems in its implementation, namely in the quantity of work indicators, this is due to facilities that are already feasible to be renewed such as computers and networks that often have errors, indicators of community satisfaction related to people who do not understand service procedures, as well as problems related to staff shortages.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of child drug crime handling at the Pinrang District Police. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The number of informants in this study were 6 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the investigation process of narcotics abuse by children certainly experienced various kinds of obstacles. In various cases including narcotics crimes against children, the investigator seems to have a dual role, apart from being hampered by various obstacles. Investigators must also provide solutions or outreach to the public. Such as: it consumes time compared to investigations in adult cases, the investigator hopes that the parties involved in assisting the investigation process are expected to cooperate cooperatively, the lack of public awareness to report so that the police are expected to provide information to the community about narcotics crime, the lack of the role of the family environment , as parents should be more active in maintaining their children by following developments. Keywords: Kinejra Effectiveness, Underage Children

Abstract

Implementation of the Zoning System Policy in Student Admissions is a policy for equal access and quality of education because the principle is to bring education services closer to the community and equalize the quality of education. The zoning system provisions contained in the Acceptance of New Students (PPDB) are based on Permendikbud Number 44 of 2019 concerning Acceptance of New Students in Kindergartens, Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools, High Schools and Vocational High Schools. This study aims to find out how the zoning system policy is implemented in accepting new students at SMA Negeri 4 Wajo. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach by obtaining data from interviews, observation and direct documentation in the field. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the zoning system policy in PPDB SMA Negeri 4 Wajo has been going quite well when viewed from various indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, only the communication that has been carried out has not gone well. This can be seen from the research results of researchers associated with George C. Edward III's 4 indicators including communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi persuasif Pimpinan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar Dalam Mengatasi Demonstrasi . Jenis dan tipe yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif kualitatif . informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi , wawancara , dan dokumentasi . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data , penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa komunikasi persuasif Pimpinan Universitas Dalam Mengatasi Demonstrasi Merujuk 2 aspek yaitu : (1). Pola Komunikasi persuasif kognitif yaitu dengan memberikan penjelasan serta pemahaman untuk demonstran dan (2). Pola Komunikasi efektif yaitu dengan membangun kepercayaan dengan demonstran.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the strategy for developing Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in Mattiro Ade Village, Patampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative and phenomenological approach with a total of four informants. The results showed that the organizational strategy seen from its relationship with the program being implemented had met the indicator criteria of the organizational strategy. The strategy for supporting resources had not been fully achieved, although the facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and financial resources had run well, but the utilization of natural resources had not been implemented. The program strategy had been fulfilled through a hydroponic lettuce cultivation program which had implications for the community and organizations from the profits obtained. The institutional strategy was also going well, seen from the communication and coordination between the management and the evaluation to see the progress of the performance of the Sipakalebbi BUMDesa management.

Abstract

This study aimed  to find out  the leadership of  Village Head in increasing community participation in development in Balle Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. This study used a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results showed that the leadership  of the Village Head in Increasing Community Participation in Development in Balle Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency was still not optimal, while for Community Participation, there were still many people who did not have awareness and willingness when viewed from aspects 1) Motivator, the village head needed skill to improve in giving motivation. The village head motivated his subordinates to develop talent, the ability to create a better village office in carrying out all the tasks given by the balle village head. 2) Facilitator, considered optimal in facilitating development activities. the village head had provided facilities and infrastructure for the community and village officials to facilitate the development of the village of Balle. 3) Mobilizers were good because they  do something related to development for the public interest, the village head always encouraged the community and government officials to actively participated in implementing village development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the public works department in managing roads in Enrekang district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are the performance of the public works department in managing roads in Enrekang district using by using indicators of responsiveness regarding performance capabilities and how to maintain the performance capabilities of the public works department in the management of enrekang district roads it has shown very good performance results where workers always try their best to maximize their work even though the working conditions are so tough then the workers are always patient and motivating themselves that about the duties and responsibilities that must be carried out even with any conditions
