Abstract

This study aimed to describe and explain the implementation of the Family Planning Village in Langnga Village, Mattiro Sompe District, Pinrang Regency. The research used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study showed that the standard and target aspects of the implementation of the KB village policy were quite good. This seen from the existence of the SOP in the form of a technical manual for the KB Village and the implementor's understanding of the standards and objectives of the policy itself. Communication aspects between organizations, communication to the community regarding the implementation had been running effectively, especially in terms of socialization, the characteristics of the executing agent, the bureaucratic structure of the division and authority and the character of the KB Village officers in its implementation was quite clear and good, it seen from  bureaucratic structure and its officers the characteristics of a good policy implementing agent. and the Social, Political and Economic Environment, the response of the community and all parties in the implementation of the KB Village could run well and maximally. The indicators were not going well and had shortcomings include resources and the disposition or attitude of the implementers.Keywords: Implementation, Family Planning Village

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Bureaucratic Ethics in Public Services at the Duampanua Sub-District Office, Pinrang Regency. This research uses qualitative research with case study type. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Research informants amounted to 12 people. Validation of data through triangulation of sources, techniques and time, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Bureaucratic Ethics that existed or was applied by the sub-district office were not in accordance with 1) Standardization and formalization, namely there were still many employees who did not follow the SOP. 2) Division of work and specialization, namely the placement of employees is not in accordance with their abilities. 3) Hierarchy of authority, namely the absence of written sanctions related to violations. 4) professionalization, ie there are no specific criteria for position placement. 5) Written documents, namely the filing system still needs improvement.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out  the implementation of public relations in disseminating information at the Library and Archives Service in Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research methods and the type of research used descriptive. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of public relations in disseminating information at the Library and Archives Service in Bone Regency, showed that from four indicators of credibility, in the form of delivering information needed by the community, both direct and indirect communication. Context, education related to the problems that often occured in  society, as well as inviting and fostering children to love reading, love and make the library a fun place for learning and playing. Channels, channels that could be used by the public to access news related to information, were the official website of the village library and library service. Audience capacity, ability and skill in good and correct communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how e-procurement (electronic procurement of goods and services) in realizing the effectiveness of e-procurement at the Electronic Procurement Service office in Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research methods to describe the conditions or phenomena that occured in the procurement of goods and services in Bone Regency. Objectively by using logic and appropriate theories in the field. The results of the study showed that: (1) target achievement, indicating that there was a target that has been determined through planning and then the target was achieved (2) adaptability, namely the ability to adapt to situations or circumstances that occured (3) job satisfaction, the work is said to be of high quality if it could provide satisfaction(4) Responsibility, after the division of tasks were required to carry out according to their respective jobs. Keywords: Effectiveness, E-procurement, Goods and Services

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the Family Planning Village program in Boddie Village, Mandalle District, Pangkep Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The data collection technique used Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results of the study in conducting the analysis have four indicators, namely: (1) communication could be seen from the delivery of information and clarity of information. The socialization had run well, and was in line with expectations because the target group already understood what the implementor had explained. (2) There were two sub-resources, namely human resources and facility resources. In the implementation of the KB village program in Boddie Village, it was optimal because human resources were still unable to support the success of the KB village program, while facility resources had been able to help facilitate implementation of information to the public. (3) The disposition of the attitude of the implementor from the implementor was quite optimal because it could provide information to the public. (4) Bureaucratic structure In implementing the program, it was inseparable from the structure that has been given the task of carrying out these activities. Keywords: Implementation, Family planning village program

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of Soppeng Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive type of research which seeks to describe . Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data, namely the staff of the Office of Education and Culture of Soppeng Regency, collected 57 employees. While secondary data in the form of documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this quantitative research are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, and hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the regression results (influence) of Variable X on Variable Y simultaneously are 0.246 or 24.6%, meaning that the influence of discipline on the performance of employees in the office is low. While the effect of the variable Discipline (X) on employee performance (Y) partially shows the results per indicator that have an effect of no more than 0.277 or 27.7%, it shows discipline on the performance of low-level employees. So thus the effect of discipline in improving employee performance is low.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pelayanan publik dalam meningkatkan Public Trust di Desa Kanjilo Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelayanan publik yang diterapkan di Kantor Desa Kanjilo Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa dilihat dari aspek seperti integritas, niat, kemampuan, dan hasil di Kantor Desa Kanjilo. 1.) Integritas, Integritas pemerintah desa dan aparat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, dimana kejujuran yang diperlihatkan oleh aparat desa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan sudah baik. 2.) Niat, Niat pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yaitu Keramahan dan kesopanan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa niat aparat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik menunjukkan niat yang baik. 3.) Kemampuan, Kemampuan pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik tersebut berdasarkan pelayanan yang diberikan aparat desa dalam melayani kebutuhan masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan aparat desa cukup tapi kemampuan yang dimiliki terbatas. 4.) Hasil-hasil, Hasil-hasil kegiatan pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, dimana masyarakat merasa puas dengan sistem pelayanan yang diberikan di Kantor Desa Kanjilo.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the implementation of policies mineral and coal mining business license and to know the factors that influence the implementation of duties in Kolaka district. The number of informants in this study were 9 people. The type used in this research was qualitative with selecting certain people who are considered to have knowledge about the implementation of mining business license policy. The research findings show that the implementation of mining business license policy in the regency can not be said to run in accordance with the rules applicable this is seen from the technical requirements and environmental requirements still not run in accordance with the rules. From administrative requirements and financial requirements can be said to be in accordance with the rules. Keywords: Implementation of policies, mining business licenses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the evaluation of the maternity insurance program at the Bontobahari Health Center, Bulukumba Regency. The research method used descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the guarantee of delivery at the Bontobahari Health Center had not been achieved optimally due to several inhibiting factors. The first inhibiting factor was the provision of facilities and infrastructure where the existing service support facilities at the Bontobahari Health Center were not adequate, for example patient parking facilities, comfortable waiting rooms for the community and patients, adequate room lighting, and much more. Second, there was a lack of communication between the parties involved where the government was lacking in socializing the Jampersal program and explaining clearly  in the maternity insurance program ( Jampersal service process)
