Abstract

This research aims to answer marketing strategy problems in improving gold savings products at PT. Sharia Pawnshop Untung Suropati Pasuruan Branch. This type of qualitative research uses descriptive analysis methods. Research data collection techniques from field research were obtained through interviews and documentation sourced from library research in the form of reading books. The results of this research indicate that the marketing strategy in increasing gold savings products at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Untung Suropati Pasuruan Branch, provides quite satisfactory information, carries out segmentation in the form of outreach to all levels of society with the target market, carries out literacy (introduction) of gold installment savings products to the community, offices and schools, as well as relating to the marketing mix including product, price, promotion and place. And carry out promotions via social media. The best marketing strategy is literacy (introduction) of gold savings products to the public, so that they are in great demand among housewives (IRT) and non-PNS employees, PKK women.

Abstract

Proses pendidikan yang berlangsung selama ini lebih menekankan pada pengembangan ranah kognitif peserta didik dan cenderung mengabaikan ranah afektif dan psikomotorik. Pembentukan nilai kultur dan karakter bangsa harus dimulai sejak anak usia dini. Sebab, anak usia dini merupakan masa peka yang memiliki perkembangan fisik, motorik, intelektual, dan sosial sangat pesat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan ini meneliti tentang bagaimana membentuk nilai kultur dan karakter bangsa bagi anak usia dini. Adapun teknik analisa datanya menggunakan contens analisis dengan memilah-milah data yang sesuai dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Tulisan ini menghasilkan beberapa hal sebagaimana berikut. Pertama, beberapa nilai kultur dan karakter bangsa yang harus dibentuk dalam diri anak usia dini sesuai Kemendiknas, antara lain: religious, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli social, dan tanggungjawab. Kedua, beberapa unsur karakter lain yang harus dibangun dalam diri anak usia dini, antara lain: inisiatif, etika, berpikir kritis, kemauan belajar, komitmen, motivasi, bersemangat, dapat diandalkan, komunikasi lisan, kreatif, kemampuan analitis, dapat mengatasi stress, manajemen diri, mampu menyelesaikan persoalan, dapat meringkas, kooperatif, fleksibel, kerja dalam tim, mandiri, mampu mendengarkan, tangguh, berargumentasi logis, dan manajemen waktu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai bagaimana kebijakan pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi peserta didik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di MANU Putra Buntet Pesantren, Buntet Pesantren. Tujuannya agar bisa mengetahui kebijakan apa saja yang dibuat untuk berjalannya proses pendidikan di masa pandemi mengingat kendala-kendala yang mungkin akan lebih banyak dihadapi dan membutuhkan adaptasi lebih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan melihat secara langsung kebijakan yang ditetapkan dan studi dokumen di MANU Putra Buntet Pesantren. Analisis informasi yang digunakan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik sulit beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebijakan pembelajaran daring yang ditetapkan sehingga tingkat keaktifan dan motivasi belajar pun berkurang

Abstract

The existence of Shariah financial institutions in marketing products in the information age affects public interest in obtaining alternative investment options. In today’s information age, Fintech’s P2P Lending products have grown to be one of the most popular financial products among Indonesian entrepreneurs. This research aims to understand the role of the Financial Services Authority (FATF) in improving the investment climate in the Indonesian Shariah financial industry. Qualitative descriptive research with this type of library study is written based on literature studies of various books and research journals related to Shariah economics and investment. From the results of the survey it can be concluded that the OJK agency has a role in boosting the economy in Indonesia by means of authority and developing alternative investment options that result in increased returns. Supervision by regulation of the activities of the Financial Services Authority is necessary in supervising the operation of the Shariah financial institutions to guarantee the level of security of public funds and the security of funds owned by fintech invested in financing products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat dalam memilih produk Koperasi Syariah Alfa Mabruk, khususnya Cabang Grati. Koperasi ini merupakan lembaga yang mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam memberikan produk dan layanan kepada anggotanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sampling dengan wawancara kepada anggota koperasi untuk menggali informasi terkait faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi keputusan mereka dalam bergabung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik dari dalam diri individu (seperti pengetahuan, kepercayaan agama, dan kebutuhan pribadi) maupun faktor eksternal (seperti promosi, kemudahan akses, dan layanan yang diberikan oleh koperasi). Produk-produk inovatif, pelayanan yang cepat dan ramah, serta pemahaman yang mendalam tentang prinsip syariah menjadi faktor utama yang menarik minat masyarakat. Edukasi mengenai keuangan syariah juga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan literasi anggotanya dan membangun kepercayaan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya pemahaman terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah dan kualitas layanan dalam menarik minat masyarakat untuk bergabung dengan koperasi syariah.

Abstract

Financial inclusion is an important aspect of sustainable economic development. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as the largest sharia bank in Indonesia, has a strategic role in expanding access to public financial services, especially through micro sharia products. This article aims to explore BSI's role in increasing financial inclusion and the challenges it faces in implementing sharia micro products. Through empirical data analysis studies, this article identifies various challenges such as low financial literacy, technological limitations, and high operational costs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research results show that BSI has great potential in expanding financial access for lower society, but requires more effective strategies to overcome various obstacles.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing consumer interest in using the Emaal application at Basmalah Supermarket, Ngempit branch. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, involving interviews with active users of the Emaal application. The findings reveal that key drivers include perceived usefulness, ease of use, transaction convenience, and transaction security. Consumers value features such as cashless payments, loyalty rewards, and the ability to track transaction histories. However, barriers such as limited consumer awareness, slow application response times, and competition with conventional payment methods also impact adoption. The study underscores the need for strategic marketing, consumer education, and technological optimization to enhance user adoption rates. These insights provide practical guidance for Basmalah in tailoring its digital marketing strategies to the needs of the Ngempit demographic.

Abstract

Tax is a primary source of government revenue that supports infrastructure development, social services, and various other government programs. Tax collection and taxpayer compliance are essential for maintaining a country's economic stability. To improve tax efficiency and compliance, the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia introduced the e-filing system, which simplifies the process of filing tax reports electronically, enhances transparency, and reduces human error. Despite the positive impact of this innovation, challenges such as tax literacy and access to technology in some regions remain obstacles. Additionally, improving human resource quality in Indonesia is crucial for enhancing the nation's competitiveness, by providing practical experience for students. This study examines the procedures for eliminating duplicate Taxpayer Identification Numbers (NPWP) and the revocation of Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP), aimed at improving tax administration efficiency and encouraging taxpayer compliance. The research uses primary data obtained through interviews with taxpayers at the Pratama Tax Service Office in Pasuruan, conducted from September to November 2024. The data collected is qualitative, including detailed descriptions, direct quotes, and case documentation.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have brought innovation to the financial sector through Financial Technology (Fintech). In the sharia context, Sharia Fintech exists as a financial service solution based on Islamic principles designed to encourage financial inclusion and support economic growth, especially in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. This research aims to identify the benefits of Sharia Fintech on the development of MSMEs in Pasuruan Regency. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach through data collection from observation and document analysis. The research results reveal that Sharia Fintech provides easy access to financing, increases the efficiency of financial transactions, and contributes to sharia financial literacy. Utilizing Sharia Fintech helps MSMEs expand market reach, increase productivity and maintain business sustainability in accordance with Sharia values. This research suggests increasing the application of Sharia Fintech to strengthen the sharia economic ecosystem and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era
