Abstract

Pembuatan dan penyebaran kuesioner secara konvensional berdampak dalam pengumpulan data dan penyelesaian skripsi menjadi lebih lama. Sementara di sisi yang lain mahasiswa harus dapat menyelesaikan kuliah tepat waktu. Ketepatan mahasiswa menyelesaikan kuliah berimbas juga pada akreditasi program studi dan perguruan tinggi. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk menumbuhkan pengetahuan dan wawasan agar mahasiswa dapat mempergunakan aplikasi Zoho Form dalam pembuatan kuesioner dan pengumpulan data karya ilmiah secara online. Mengingat masih banyaknya mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Lancang Kuning yang belum mengetahui cara pembuatan kuesioner menggunakan aplikasi Zoho Form. Selama ini mahasiswa masih menggunakan cara konvensional dalam pembuatan dan penyebaran kuesioner. Pelatihan diikuti oleh mahasiswa semester akhir Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Lancang Kuning sebanyak 10 peserta. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan ceramah, bimbingan praktek secara langsung dan diskusi agar peserta dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan. Berdasarkan hasil Pretest dan Posttest memperlihatkan bahwa setelah seminar semua mahasiswa dapat memahami penggunaan aplikasi Zoho Form untuk pembuatan kuesioner dan pengumpulan data karya ilmiah.

Abstract

SMK teachers as professional educators who act as facilitators in learning find innovations to find potential sources and learning media in the environment so that they can teach their students effectively. In order to become good facilitators, vocational school teachers are expected to be able to equip themselves with insight and skills in developing design and making learning media so that teachers can ensure good games. The reality shows that the teachers of SMKN 2 Pinggir in general have difficulty in improving the quality and effectiveness of learning at SMKN 2 Pinggir. This situation is due to the lack of buffer facilities and infrastructure that support the activity and enjoyment of students in learning and also because teachers do not yet have adequate insight and skills to make learning media that is fun for children. Therefore, the Service Team for the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Lancang Kuning provided Training on Making Learning Media Using Canva for Teachers at SMKN 2 Pinggir with the hope of increasing the effectiveness and quality of the learning process at SMKN 2 which will ultimately support the achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

A good and accurate stock management system is crucial in any institution or organization that conducts product buying and selling transactions. This is done to improve stock efficiency, reduce storage costs, be more effective, and meet customer expectations. This research produced three groups of the most desirable products for large stock quantities, moderate stock quantities for products of interest, and low stock quantities for products that were less or not in demand. Data was processed using the clustering method, specifically the K-Means method, which was based on historical sales data that includes the product code, number of transactions, and average sales. This study was carried out using web-based calculations. Testing with the rapid miner application. The research yielded three members of the product group for large stock, 238 large stock, 273 medium stock, and 25 low stock.

Abstract

Pelatihan bagaimana membuat buku ajar digital. Guru sebagai pendidik dituntut kreatif dalam menyampaikan materi melalui media pembelajaran online. Seorang guru dapat dikatan professional jika mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta mampu menerapkan model, metode, media, maupun pendekatan pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, maka perlu dilakukan upaya berkesinambungan seperti kegiatan pelatihan maupun pembimbingan bagi guru. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui kegiatan Pelatihan Pembuatan buku ajar digitar berbasis Flipbook dengan unsur (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge Framework. Bentuk kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu 1) memperkenalkan konsep Flipbook animation; 2) memperkenalkan tahapan pembuatan media ajar berbasis animasi dari mulai pra produksi, produksi, hingga pasca produksi; 3) mengenalkan bahan ajar digital berbasis Flipbook tematik TPACK sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu.

Abstract

Covid-19 has hit many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The rapid and deadly spread of Covid-19 reached Indonesia in early 2020. This pandemic of course had a detrimental impact on the Indonesian people in terms of health, economy, education and others. The Indonesian government certainly does not remain silent, the government is aggressively making efforts to break the Covid-19 chain in various ways, one of the efforts made is to continuously inform about the health protocols recommended by the government to prevent transmission. The Indonesian Ministry of Health (in Mardhia et al., 2020) Efforts that can be made in the prevention phase by each individual include: Wearing a mask, Wearing gloves, Using hand sanitizer/disinfectant, Washing hands with soap, Avoiding touching the face, Avoid shaking hands, Avoid gatherings or long queues, Avoid touching objects/object surfaces in public areas, Avoid taking public transportation, Maintain a distance of at least two meters from other people when outside the house, and If you show symptoms of illness, immediately notify the people around. Even though they have been informed about the prevention of Covid-19, the public tends to be negligent in implementing health protocols, one of which is the application of Social Distancing. Therefore, this study will create a distance detector using the YOLOv3 algorithm as one of the detection objects for the implementation of community activity restrictions

Abstract

Covid-19 is a global pandemic that requires a coordinated worldwide response across all national health and healthcare systems. Identifying patients who are at high risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus is important to increase awareness before patients are further infected by the Covid-19 virus which can cause severe respiratory illness that requires special treatment in intensive care units (ICU). This study aims to predict ICU needs in patients infected with the Covid-19 virus. The value results from the prediction of ICU needs are used as a reference for hospitals to meet ICU needs for patients infected with Covid-19 so that they can increase ICU supplies. The prediction will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method with optimization using the PSO algorithm. Based on the results of the study, the population size 20 with an accuracy value of the NBC algorithm was 87.03%, population size 40 with an accuracy value of 87.28, population size 60 obtained an accuracy of 87.13%, population size 80 with an accuracy value of 87.16 % and population size 100, the results obtained are 87.26% so that each population has an increase in the accuracy value.

Abstract

Frekuensi persaingan dunia kerja, dibutuhkan lulusan yang memiliki kemampuan hard skills dan soft skills yang seimbang. Setiap universitas harus mengidentifikasi mahasiswa yang dapat melakukan keduanya dan diberi penghargaan sebagai mahasiswa  berprestasi. Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lancang Kuning, penentuan mahasiswa berprestasi masih bersifat subjektif. Setelah dilakukan studi pustaka, metode AHP dan SAW merupakan metode untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik yang paling banyak digunakan. Maka dilakukan analisis perbandingan metode untuk menentukan metode yang akurat dalam penentuan mahasiswa berprestasi. Pada metode AHP, alternatif terbaik adalah Mahasiswa2 dan Mahasiswa4 dengan nilai 1,01 sedangkan pada metode SAW alternatif terbaik adalah Mahasiswa2 dengan nilai 1. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, masing-masing metode memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Namun, metode AHP lebih direkomendasikan karena lebih akurat dalam proses perhitungan pada kasus penentuan mahasiswa berprestasi.Kata kunci: Perbandingan Metode, Mahasiswa berprestasi, AHP, SAW. The frequency of competition in the world of work requires graduates who have balanced hard skills and soft skills. Each university needs to identify students who can do both and be awarded as outstanding students. At the Faculty of Computer Science, Lancang Kuning University, the determination of outstanding students is still subjective. After conducting a literature study, the AHP and SAW methods are the most used methods to determine the best alternative. For this reason, a comparative analysis of methods was carried out to determine an accurate method for determining outstanding students. In the AHP method, the best alternative is Mahasiswa2 and Mahasiswa4 with a value of 1.01 while in the SAW method the best alternative is Mahasiswa2 with a value of 1. From the research that has been done, each method has advantages and disadvantages. However, the AHP method is recommended because it is more accurate in the calculation process in the case of determining outstanding students. Keywords: Comparison of Methods, Outstanding Students, AHP, SAW

Abstract

Realizing a generation of talented future leaders requires special programs from educational institutions which of course, are massively and consistently accepted by individuals every day. Talent development must be realized through the development of a positive psychological climate, supporting student leadership potential. Talented leaders will create positive perceptions for the members of the organization or institution they lead. The perception that the individual has is psychological climate. This research aims to develop a model for higher education policies to develop talents and future leaders through a valid, effective, practical Psychological Climate. The methodology used is Research and Development, development methods and procedures apply an analytical, conceptual model that describes the product components to be developed. The effectiveness and practicality test was carried out by applying the product to 100 students from 10 faculties. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and different tests using SPSS version 20.00. The results of this study are that the preparation of basic leadership training manuals and the acquisition of talents and student leadership based on psychological climate has increased between before and after being given basic leadership training based on psychological climate.

Abstract

Kantor Camat Siabu Kabupaten Mandailing Natal memiliki permasalahan dalam penilaian Kinerja pegawai berprestasi yang dilakukan sekarang masih dilakukan secara manual pada lembar penilaian berdasarkan nilai disiplin dan sasaran kerja yang dicapai pegawai itu sendiri. Sehingga pegawai yang berpotensi memiliki kinerja yang berprestasi tidak terlihat secara jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan dalam melakukan pemilihan pegawai berprestasi berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja pegawai dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Berdasarkan penilaian dua puluh enam orang pegawai ASN dan empat orang pejabat penilai atau responden, tahapan implementasi perhitungan SAW dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan pegawai berprestasi antara lain menentukan kriteria, menentukan kriteria penilaian, menentukan normalisasi bobot kriteria, rating kecocokan dari setiap alternatif pada setiap kriteria, normalisasi matriks, nilai akhir dari alternatif, dan hasil perankingan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan pegawai berprestasi berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja dengan metode SAW dan telah memudahkan kecamatan siabu dalam pemilihan pegawai berprestasi

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dirasa begitu cepat dewasa ini, baik dari segi perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Berbagai macam teknologi merupakan salah satu dampak perkembangan ini. Berbagai jenis aplikasi untuk mempermudah kerja manusia. Salah satu aplikasi tersebut adalah visme. Visme adalah salah satu aplikasi yang banyak digunakan untuk keperluan desain grafis, seperti membuat poster, banner, pamflet, dan konten visual dan bahkan sering digunakan untuk membuat media pembelajaran. Untuk membuat media pembelajaran dengan desain grafis butuh keahlian khusus agar dapat menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila aplikasi Visme dimanfaatkan secara positif dan benar akan memberikan daya tarik yang berbeda ketika menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Namun masih banyak user yang tidak mengetahui aplikasi ini, Setelah diamati hampir keseluruhan para guru di SLB Negeri Pembina tidak mengetahui aplikasi ini, bahkan belum ada kita-kita signifikan yang menunjukan bahwa guru SLB Negeri Pembina sudah pernah menggunakan aplikasi ini sebagai media ajar ataupun media presentasi. Sehingga perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan Visme, agar SLB Negeri Pembina memahami bagaimana memanfaatkan aplikasi ini secara benar untuk berbagai kepentingan. Disamping itu guru diajarkan bagaimana agar tampilan media pembelajaran yang akan mereka buat semenarik mungkin. Agar terlihat berbeda dari slide presentasi yang biasanya dibuat dengan PowerPoint.
