Abstract

HRD (Human Resources Departement) atau pimpinan sering merasa sulit dalam memilih sesuatu mulai dari memilih sesuatu yang ringan dan sederhana hingga sampai ke hal yang sangat berat dan rumit. Pihak puskesmas kesulitan dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai yang sering terjadi kekeliruan data dari bagian administrasi seperti penilaian kriteria dan nilai lainnya sering terlihat tidak singkron, jadi diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini nanti nya bisa membantu pihak puskesmas dalam meng query data tersebut. Maka solusi dalam sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja pegawai tersebut diperlukanlah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dan menerapkan Metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process).Sehingga dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai dapat dapat lebih terarah dan terstruktur.Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan metode AHP karena metode tersebut dapat memecahkan permasalahan yang kompleks melalui pendekatan sistem dan pengintegrasian secara deduktif. Beberapa metode yang penulis bandingkan seperti SAW (Simple Addictive Weighting) yang dapat digunakan pada elemen-elemen sistem yang saling bebas dan tidak memerlukan hubungan linier. Dengan menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Sapta Taruna Pekanbaru dapat membantu dan memudahkan user dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai dan dapat mempermudah pengolahan nilai masing-masing kriteria. Abstrak (Human Resources Department) or leaders often find it difficult to choose anything from choosing something that is light and simple to something that is very heavy and complicated. The health center has difficulty in evaluating employee performance, where data errors from the administrative section often occur, such as the assessment of criteria and other values ​​that often look out of sync, so it is hoped that this application will later be able to help the puskesmas in querying the data. So the solution in the employee performance appraisal decision support system requires a decision support system and applies the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. So that employee performance appraisals can be more focused and structured. In this case the author uses the AHP method because this method can solve problems through a systems approach and deductive integration. Some of the methods that the authors compare, such as SAW (Simple Addictive Weighting), can be used on independent system elements and do not require a linear relationship. By implementing a decision support system for employee performance appraisal of the Sapta Taruna Public Health Center in Pekanbaru, it can be more helpful and easier for users to assess employee performance and can simplify the processing of the value of each criterion.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate methods for handling class imbalance in machine learning models, with a focus on the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. We apply oversampling (SMOTE) and undersampling techniques to a dataset with class imbalance and evaluate the performance of SVM using these methods. Experiments are conducted using data from Twitter social media regarding the 2024 general electionsThe findings indicate that incorporating SMOTE effectively enhances the performance of SVM models, particularly within the SVM Polynomial variant. However, the use of undersampling shows limited impact on improving SVM model performance. This study provides valuable insights for researchers and practitioners in choosing the appropriate strategy for handling class imbalance in machine learning models.

Abstract

Abstrak- Dalam suatu jaringan telekomunikasi, Base Transceiver Station (BTS) sangatlah penting, karena menghubungkan jaringan suatu operator telekomunikasi seluler dengan pelanggannya. Keterbatasan tenaga ahli yang berpengalaman dalam maintanance BTS akan menghambat pelayanan operator yang optimal kepada pelanggan, sehingga diperlukanlah suatu sistem pakar yang dapat menggantikan kemampuan dari tenaga ahli dalam melakukan penanganan troubleshooting BTS. Desain program troubleshooting BTS pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 bagian utama yaitu bagian pertama user interface dimana user memilih jenis alarm yang muncul kemudian user dapat melakukan diagnosa kerusakan berdasarkan alarm yang muncul; bagian kedua admin interface, pada bagian ini diperuntukan bagi admin untuk menginputkan pengetahuan (knowledge), aturan (rule), selain itu digunakan untuk mengatur database; bagian ketiga pakar, pada bagian ini diperuntukkan bagi pakar untuk menginputkan pengetahuan (knowledge), user yang login sebagai pakar memiliki hak akses penuh untuk menginputkan basis pengetahuan. Kata kunci: Base Transceiver Station, Sistem Pakar, Troubleshooting Abstract- prepared well, allowing the reader to identify the basic content of a document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus they can decide whether to read the document as a whole or not. Abstracts should be informative and really clear, providing a clear statement of what the existing problems, approaches or solutions proposed, and shows the main findings and conclusions. The length of abstract should be 100 to 150 words. Abstracts must be written in the form of passive / past. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. There was no citation in the abstract. List of key words provides an opportunity to add keywords, which are used to layaan's index pengabstrakan right and, in addition to the existing ones in the title. The use of the right keywords can improve the convenience of interested parties to be able to find our articles. Keywords: maximum 5 most important words in papers.

Abstract

Abstrak- Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) dalam perkembangannya dapat diimplementasikan dalam berbagai bidang salah satunya dalam bidang pariwisata. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi website, SIG pariwisata dapat dirancang dan dikembangkan sebagai sebuah sistem informasi. Sungai Mempura merupakan kota kecil yang memiliki keunikan di sektor pariwisata. Akan tetapi informasi pariwisata masih terbatas pada media cetak (koran, spanduk, papan), dan radio. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) mampu menampilkan lokasi pengguna dan lokasi obyek wisata, serta menampilkan daftar obyek wisata. Sistem juga dapat menampilkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan pariwisata antara lain informasi restoran, informasi, hotel, informasi ATM dan informasi SPBU. Selain untuk promosi Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) dibuat untuk mempermudah user untuk sampai ketujuan tempat wisata. Abstract

Abstrak- Setiap perusahaan maupun organisasi yang ingin tetap bertahan perlu untuk menentukan strategi promosi yang tepat. Penentuan strategi promosi yang tepat akan dapat mengurangi biaya promosi dan mencapai sasaran promosi yang tepat. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk penentuan strategi promosi adalah dengan menggunakan teknik data mining. Teknik data mining yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah dengan menggunakan algoritma Clustering K-Means. Clustering merupakan pengelompokkan record, observasi, atau kasus ke dalam kelas-kelas objek yang mirip. K-Means adalah metode klaster data non-hirarkis yang mencoba untuk membagi data ke dalam satu atau lebih klaster. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengamati beberapa variabel penelitian yang sering dipertimbangkan oleh perguruan tinggi dalam menentukan sasaran promosinya yaitu asal sekolah, daerah, dan jurusan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa pola menarik hasil data mining yang merupakan informasi penting untuk mendukung strategi promosi yang tepat dalam mendapatkan calon mahasiswa baru. Kata kunci: Data Mining, Clustering, K-Means Abstract- Each company or organization that wants to survive needs to determine appropriate promotional strategies. Determination of appropriate promotional strategies will be able to reduce costs and achieve the goals the promotion of proper promotion. One way that can be done to determine campaign strategy is to use data mining techniques. Data mining techniques used in this case is to use a K-Means clustering algorithm. Clustering is the grouping of records, observation, or in the case of the object classes that are similar. K-Means is a method of non-hierarchical clustering of data that is trying to divide the data into one or more clusters. The study was conducted by observing some of the variables that are often considered by the college in determining the target of promotion that the school of origin, region, and department. Results of this study are interesting pattern of results in the form of data mining that is important information to support appropriate promotional strategies in getting new students. Abstract

Abstrak- Base Transceiver Station (BTS) terdiri dari modul-modul yang memiliki indikator alarm untuk mengindikasikan adanya error pada komponen dalam sistemnya. Kurangnya tenaga ahli alarm BTS, menyebabkan para operator harus terlebih dahulu membuka buletin atau referensi lainnya untuk mengetahui penanganan dari tiap alarm sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan fatal. Keterbatasan itulah yang menyebabkan PT.KMS Pekanbaru cukup kesulitan untuk melakukan troubleshooting dengan cepat. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of ethical judgment on whistleblowing decision making which is mediated by mood. The location of the research was carried out at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan with a sample size of 248 and consisting of 3 work areas. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The data analysis technique in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SMArtPLS as a data processing tool. The results of this research show that ethical judgment has a positive and significant effect on whistleblowing decision making which is mediated by mood, so it is known that mood can mediate the relationship between ethical judgment and whistleblowing decision making. Apart from that, this research is also expected to contribute to the development of human resource management theory and practice, especially in increasing employee professionalism through these factors

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the extent of the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and training on employee performance at the Meranti Islands Regency Communications, Information, Statistics, and Coding Service to analyze the extent of the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and training simultaneously on employee performance in the Department Informatics Communication, Statistics, and Coding, Meranti Islands Regency. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, with data analysis techniques using research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results found that leadership style, work discipline, and training had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Meranti Islands Regency Communications, Information, Statistics, and Coding Service. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, it can be concluded that leadership style, work discipline, and training have a simultaneous or joint influence on improving employee performance at the Meranti Islands Regency Communications, Information, Statistics, and Coding Service. So it can be said that the fourth hypothesis proposed is proven to be true

Abstract

Pelatihan Digital Marketing di SMKN 6 Pekanbaru merupakan upaya untuk mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital. Tujuan utama dari pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang konsep-konsep dasar pemasaran digital, termasuk optimisasi mesin pencari (SEO), pemasaran melalui media sosial, dan manajemen kampanye iklan online. Selain itu, pelatihan ini mengutamakan pendekatan praktis di mana siswa tidak hanya menerima teori, tetapi juga terlibat langsung dalam proyek-proyek pemasaran digital nyata yang memungkinkan mereka merancang dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran secara langsung. Melalui kegiatan kolaboratif dan kreatif, siswa diharapkan dapat mengembangkan keterampilan kerja sama tim serta pemecahan masalah dalam konteks pemasaran digital. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis yang akan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar kerja, khususnya di bidang pemasaran dan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Jobsheet is a set of documents that contain instructions or guidelines for carrying out a specific task or job, usually in the context of education or training. Therefore, this study explores the implementation of English for Engineering (EFE)-based Jobsheets in the Light Vehicle Engineering Expertise Program at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Aditionally, using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved 38 students and several teachers who are directly involved with EFE Jobsheets. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. At the same time, it was found that the EFE Jobsheets had a positive impact on students' understanding and application of technical English, improving their competencies in terms of both technical and language skills. However, challenges such as students' weak English foundation, inadequate teacher competence, and limited resources were identified. Solutions to these issues include continuous teacher training, development of interactive materials, and collaboration with industry to offer practical experience. In spite of the promising results of the EFE-based Jobsheet implementation, continuous improvements in developing multimedia-based interactive materials and industrial simulations are essential to optimize learning outcomes.
