Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of explicit instriction learning model toward 11th grade student‟s learning outcomes in accounting subjects at SMA Negeri 16 Makassar. The Variables in this research are explicit instriction learning model (X) and learning outcomes (Y). The population is the entire students of XI IPS clas at SMA Negeri 16 Makassar school 2016/2017 that consist of 147 students, while the sample determination uses purposive sampling technique with the number of sample is 36 students, technique of data collection used are test and observation. Technique of data analysis was done by using analysis of data validity and statistic analysis of SPSS 22 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis simple linear regression Y= -0.162+0,861X, where in every addition of one value of lerning model „explicit instruction‟, the lerning result incrased to 2.247. The mean score of pretest was 52 and posttest was 88.083 from the correlation coefficient of 0.247. Based on the t-test analysis, it was found that the tcalculation was 5.515 which was bigger than ttable 2.000. The R2 (R Square value was 0.247. The t-test result showed significant increase after treatment.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) program is Barru State Vocational School Teachers. The problem is: (1) the lack of knowledge about the field of accounting science that requires technology, (2) lack of skills to make an application-based accounting cycle (computer accounting) and, (3) the teachers in Barru Vocational High Schools in their activation are still complex and have not been revised into the actual accounting records. The external target is the process of recording and inputting accounting data (accounting cycles) based on the application's financial statements. The method used is: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and counterpart partners. The agreed results are (1) partners who have knowledge in the field of accounting knowledge that supports technology, (2) partners who have the skills to create application-based accounting cycles and, (3) partners who have the ability to increase knowledge, create, create, financial, efficient and effective

Abstract

The problems are: (1) lack of knowledge about scientific writing (2) lack of skills in writing scientific papers and, (3) teachers at SD Pangkep in carrying out their functions are required to be professionally. The external target is the process of compiling Scientific Writing. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and companion partners. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge in the field of Scientific Writing, (2) partners have the skills to compile Scientific Writing and, (3) partners have the ability to increase knowledge of the ability to write Scientific Papers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence or how big the influence of interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation partially or simultaneously on student achievement in class XI Accounting SMK PGRI Enrekang. The sample of this study was all students of class XI Accounting SMK PGRI Enrekang with a total of 35 students taken by total sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test, as well as hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression, t test, test F, coefficient of partial determination and coefficient of multiple determination by using spss version 25 for windows. The results of this study concluded that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation partially affect the learning achievement of students in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test showed that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation together had a significant influence on student achievement in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang. the most dominant variable is extrinsic motivation. The results of this study have implications that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation are things that need to be considered to improve student achievement in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independence and learning motivation on student achievement in accounting expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Sidrap. The population in this study were 66th grade students of the Accounting Skills Program, amounting to 66 students. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, instrument test and hypothesis test with non-parametric statistics. The results of this study indicate that learning independence and motivation influence student achievement with a significant level < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.538 or 53.8 percent. This means that students who have high independence and motivation to learn in accounting subjects will be able to improve student learning achievement itself by 53.8 percent while the remaining 46.2 percent is influenced by other factors beyond observation in this study. The increase in student achievement is dominated by learning independence with a coefficient of determination of 0.471 or 47 percent

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk melatih para guru dalam pembutan dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital di SMK Negeri 7 Takalar agar mereka nanti dalam membuat dan memanfaatkan perangkat pembelajaran terutama media pembeljaran yang berbasis digital ini memang memberikan manfaat untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam kondisi pandemic  seperti sekarang, sehingga manfaatnya yaitu : mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan materi. memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berbeda dan bervariasi sehingga merangsang minat siswa untuk belajar. Secara umum tujuan penggunaan media pembelajaran adalah membantu guru dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan atau materi pelajaran kepada siswanya, agar pesan lebih mudah dimengerti, lebih menarik, dan lebih menyenangkan kepada siswa. Pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital di SMK Negeri 7 Takalar ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh tim pelaksana. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan antusiasnya peserta pelatihan dalam mengikuti materi yang diberikan. Berhasilnya pelaksanaan kegiatan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu Pemerintah Kabupaten Takalar dalam hal ini Dinas Pendidikan, Pengawas SMK Kabupaten Takalar, Kepala sekolah dan seluruh guru yang ada di SMK Negeri 7 Takalar sehingga memudahkan mengarahkan mereka, materi pelatihan sangat dibutuhkan oleh para guru guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mereka dalam membuat dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital pada masa pandemic Covid-19 untuk mempermuda guru dalam menyampaikan materi, memberikan pengelaman belajar yang berbeda dan bervariasi sehingga merangsang minat siswa untuk belajar, juga membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran kepada siswa, agar lebih mudah dimengerti, lebih menarik, dan lebih menyenangkan kepada siswa. Keterbatasan yang dirasakan oleh tim pelaksana adalah terbatasnya waktu dan akses ke lokasi pelatihan karena tempatnya berada di Desa Pakkabba Kecamatan Galesong Utara Kabupaten Takalar yang berjarak sekitar 13,9 KM dari Kampus Universitas Negeri Makassar. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan belum 100% Guru tetap dan Guru honorer memahami dengan baik sehingga masih perlu dilakukan pelatihan lebih lanjut dimasa-masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The problems of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in the Pangkep Regency Islamic Boarding SchoolIslamic Boarding School students (partners) are as follows: (1) The curriculum is mostly religiously loaded, very little is publiclycharged, and there is no skillful skill, for example craft skills in making souvenirs from environmental waste , (2) Knowledge andskills both craft skills and similar skills are very limited, (3) The availability of environmental waste at the location of theapplication of PKM which is a raw material for making various kinds of souvenir crafts by utilizing environmental waste, (4)Limited parties who can train in terms of designing various kinds of souvenirs by utilizing environmental waste, (5) Limitedskills of students (partners) in terms of making and assembling various kinds of souvenirs by utilizing environmental waste, (6)Limited skills of students (partners) in terms of fnishing work various kinds of souvenirs with utilize waste environment, (7)Limited knowledge of santri groups (partners) in terms of entrepreneurship of various kinds of souvenirs by utilizingenvironmental waste. The solution offered by the Community Partnership Program (PKM) at the Pangkep Regency IslamicBoarding School Islamic Boarding School students (partners) is to provide: (1) knowledge of utilizing environmental waste intosouvenirs of various shapes and models. (2) skills in using hand tools and machines in making souvenirs by utilizingenvironmental waste in various shapes and models, (3) skills in preserving environmental waste that will be used as souvenirs,(4) skills in forming souvenirs by utilizing environmental waste, (5) assembling skills souvenirs by utilizing environmentalwaste, (6) skills of finishing souvenir work by utilizing environmental waste, (7) knowledge of marketing the results of variouskinds of souvenirs by utilizing environmental waste. The expected outputs in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) on thestudents of the Pangkep Regency Al-Qur'an Tourism Boarding School (partners) are: (1) having the knowledge of utilizingenvironmental waste into souvenirs of various shapes and models. Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of giving rewards and punishment partially and simultaneously on improving the quality of education and 2) the variables that have a dominant influence on improving the quality of education. The variables in this study are reward as the first independent variable (X1), punishment as the second independent variable (X2) and quality of education as the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study were all students at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar, totaling 1400 students consisting of 415 male students and 985 female students with a total of 40 groups. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, the sample was based on interests and limitations so that it takes 5% of the entire population, namely 70 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and relevant school document data. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive analysis with percentages, instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Instrument test consists of validity test and reliability test. The classic assumption test consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), multiple determination coefficient (R2), partial test (t test) and partial determination coefficient ( r2). The results of this study indicate that giving rewards partially has a significant effect on improving the quality of education with a significant level <0.05 and punishment partially has a significant effect on the quality of education with a significant level <0.05. Giving reward and punishment simultaneously has a significant effect on the quality of education with a significant level of <0.05, and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.547 (54.7%) which means that the effect of reward and punishment on the quality of education is 54. 7% while the remaining 45.3 is influenced by factors that have not been studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability of Islamic banking companies before and after the merger, which is measured using financial ratios. The population used is all financial statements of companies in the Islamic banking sector that have merged and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2 years. The research sample was taken using the non-probability sampling method used is saturated sampling, namely in particular the financial reports of BRI Syariah (BRIS), BNI Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) for the quarterly period of 2020 as well as the financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) quarterly period in 2021. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data were analyzed by summarizing financial statements, by calculating profitability ratios using Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE), and comparing ratio calculations from the year before and after the merger, as well as analyzing and interpreting calculation of the three ratios. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the average BOPO ratio of Bank BRI Syariah (BRIS), Bank BNI Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) before the merger was 80.17%. Meanwhile, in the 2021 period, the average BOPO ratio for Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) after the merger is 79.29%. The average ROA ratio for Bank BRI Syariah (BRIS), Bank BNI Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) before the merger was 1.34%. Meanwhile, in the 2021 period, the average ROA ratio for Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) after the merger is 1.63%. The average ROE value of Bank BRI Syariah (BRIS), Bank BNI Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) before the merger was 10.17%. Meanwhile, in the 2021 period, the average ROE ratio for Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) after the merger is 12.62%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative burden on profitability at the Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) of Higher Education in Makassar City. The population of this research is all KPRI Universities in Makassar City, while the sample in this study is KPRI Universities in Makassar City which have financial reports for the last five years (2015-2019). Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis techniques, correlation coefficient, and t-test. The results showed that an increase in the cooperative burden on the KPRI of Higher Education in Makassar City would result in a decrease in profitability at the KPRI. Vice versa, if the burden of cooperatives has decreased, the profitability of the KPRI of Higher Education in Makassar City will increase. This can occur because the operating expense is one of the deductions from the income in the KPRI to generate SHU. So that if the cooperative load is in a small amount, the resulting SHU is quite large.
