Abstract

This research is a qualitativeresearch, using a historical and descriptive approach. In this study, researchers will dig up in-depth information regarding the Njawar Temple as a Public Space, as well as how the public's perception of the Njawar Temple as a public space is also a source of local history, of course. The results of this study can be concluded that why is Njawar Temple not as famous as other temples because of its location which tends to be far from the reach of the public, also difficult access to the location and sofar the Njawar Temple which has functioned as a public space is located far from the crowds, until now the Jawar Temple is still full with mystery because not many historical studies have been revealed in it. The function of Jawar Temple in the aspect of public space is as a historical source and as a tourist destination for cultural heritage in the past. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian Kualitatif, dengan menggunakan jenis pendekatan historis dan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan menggali informasi sedalam-dalamnya terkait Candi Jawar sebagai Ruang Publik,juga bagaimana pemanfaatan candi Jawar sebagai sumber sejarah lokal. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Candi Jawar mengapa tidak se famous Candi lainya karena lokasi nya yang cenderung jauh dari jangkauan Hingga kini candi Jawar masih penuh dengan misteri lantaran belum banyak kajian sejarah yang terungkap didalamnya. Fungsi Candi Jawar dalam aspek ruang public adalah sebagi sumber sejarah dan sebagai destinasi wisata warisan budaya, dahulu dimasa Kerajaan Majapahit Candi Jawar digunakan sebagai tempat Pendidikan atau Mandala Kedewaguruan dan saat ini fungsi candi Jawar dalam aspek ruang public adalah sebagai objek kajian sejarah dan sebagai tempat peribadatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh industri rumah tangga di wilayah Malang. Dengan menggunakan studi kasus, peneliti menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan catatan lapangan untuk mendapatkan data. Data yang terkumpul ditranskrip, direduksi, ditampilkan dan ditriangulasi agar jenuh. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kedua industri rumah tangga tersebut masih menerapkan cara yang sangat konvensional untuk menjangkau target pelanggannya. Mereka hanya melakukan penjualan langsung di pasar tradisional dan kepada mereka yang datang ke tempat-tempat wisata setempat. Dan juga, mereka mengandalkan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut untuk mencapai target pasar mereka. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, peneliti ingin memberikan beberapa saran kepada beberapa pihak. Untuk subjek penelitian, disarankan untuk melibatkan generasi muda dalam mempromosikan produknya. Selanjutnya, pemangku kepentingan dan peneliti lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat mendukung industri rumah tangga tersebut baik secara material maupun non material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah hubungan antara kegiatan fisik dan kegembiraan, hubungan kegiatan fisik dan kebugaran fisik, serta keterkaitan antara kegiatan fisik dan ketangguhan diri, baik secara langsung ataupun tida langsung melalui kegembiraan berolahraga dan kebugaran fisik. Penelitian ini bersifat sekunder dan mengadopsi metode Internet Mediated Research (IMR). Hasil penelitian membuktikkan bahwasannya terdapat hubungan positif antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dan kebugaran fisik siswa SMA di Indonesia. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa terdapat hubungan kegiatan fisik dan kebugaran fisik dapat memiliki pengaruh yang langsung dan tidak lewat kegembiraan berolahraga siswa SMA di Indonesia. Namun, berbeda dengan hasil sebelumnya bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan secara langsung antara Kegiatan Fisik, dan Ketangguhan Pribadi namun terdapat hubungan secara tidak langsung melalui Kegembiraan Berolahraga dan Kebugaran Fisik Siswa SMA di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah adanya hubungan antara partisipasi dalam kegiatan fisik dengan tingkat kegembiraan dalam berolahraga, terdapat hubungan antara partisipasi dalam kegiatan fisik dengan tingkat kebugaran fisik, baik melalui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari tingkat kegembiraan dalam berolahraga, meskipun tidak ada keterkaitan langsung antara partisipasi dalam kegiatan fisik dan tingkat ketangguhan pribadi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga terdapat hubungan tidak langsung dari tingkat kegembiraan dalam berolahraga dan tingkat kebugaran fisik pada siswa SMA di Indonesia

Abstract

Jelajah Jejak Malang merupakan sebuah perkumpulan masyarakat yang begerak pada penelitian, pemeliharan, dan pengembangan situs-situs warisan budaya di wilayah Malang. Dari hasil analisis awal JJM mempunyai beberapa faktor yang menghambat dalam menggali informasi dan mempromosikan warisan budaya di wilayah Malang kepada masyarakat yang tertarik dengan wisata warisan budaya. Tujuan dari Pengembangan Classroom E-Museum berbasis Augmented Reality sebagai media informasi Komunitas Jelajah Jejak Malang (JJM) untuk meningkatkan Branding wisata warisan budaya di Malang adalah untuk mengenalkan dan mempromosikan peninggalan warisan budaya Malang kepada masyarakat luas melalui teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dengan mengembangkan website www.jelajahjejakmalang.com dan platform digital Classroom E-Museum, meliputi pemetaan konten-konten yang akan dimasukkan dalam website, dan pengambilan data lapangan untuk website dan aplikasi android. Selanjutnya pelatihan dan sosialisasi dilakukan setelah website www.jelajahjejakmalang.com dan platform digital Classroom E-Museum selesai dibuat sesuai dengan standar , peran komunitas JJM selanjutnya adalah terlibat dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan sosialisasi dalam penggunaan media digital yang telah dikembangkan tersebut. Komunitas Jelajah Jejak Malang juga memiliki peran penting dalam melakukan evaluasi dan pemeliharaan website www.jelajahjejakmalang.com dan platform digital Classroom E-Museum. Komunitas JJM berkerja sama dengan institusi pengabdi saling berkolaborasi dalam peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas konten media digital yang terdapat dalam website dan aplikasi Classroom e-museum agar memberi kebermanfaatan kepada lingkungan Pendidikan dan masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

The inclusion of Hindu-Buddhist history in the Social Studies (IPS) curriculum plays a pivotal role in fostering historical thinking skills among students. However, the reality at SMP Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo Malang suggests that the IPS learning process on this subject matter often relies heavily on lecture-based methods, failing to engage students actively. While discussion methods have been introduced to address this issue, a comprehensive presentation of the historical material has yet to be achieved. Therefore, the researchers undertook the development of the IPS learning process at SMP Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo. This study aims (1) to elucidate the development of monopoly learning media in enhancing student motivation and interest in IPS subjects, and (2) to explain the evaluation results of the development of monopoly learning media in improving student motivation and interest in IPS subjects. The method used in this design is developmental research utilizing the ADDIE planning technique. The design process comprises five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the validation results from subject matter experts and media experts, including IPS teachers from the school and experts from Insan Budi Utomo University in Malang, it can be concluded that the Monopoly media development received a final assessment of 87.5% from media and subject matter expert validation, falling under the "highly valid" category. Meanwhile, the student response questionnaire yielded a score of 88%, meeting the criteria of "excellent." The monopoly learning media that has been developed meets validity standards both in terms of media and material, so it can be concluded that the use of monopoly learning media can increase students' motivation and interest in learning in social studies learning.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the field of education encourages the utilization of technology-based learning media in the teaching and learning process. One educational institution, specifically SMP Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, is expected to adopt learning media in its teaching process, as it currently predominantly relies on conventional teaching methods. The habitual use of conventional teaching has resulted in unengaging learning experiences and low achievement, particularly in the evaluation of seventh-grade Social Sciences (IPS) lessons on the topic of "Sosialisasi Dalam Masyarakat" (Getting to Know Society). To address these issues, the researcher developed a learning media product based on the Wordwall game to enhance the learning outcomes of the students. The research employed the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation) model as the development method, with 27 eighth-grade students at SMP Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo as the research subjects for the "Sosialisasi Dalam Masyarakat" topic in Social Sciences. The evaluation shows that students are satisfied with the ease of use (56.33%), operability (85%), and effectiveness (80%) of Wordwall. Additionally, they feel comfortable (93.33%), interested (84.84%), and observe an overall improvement in test scores. The findings indicate that the use of the interactive learning media Wordwall resulted in improved learning outcomes and increased student interest in participating in the lessons.

Abstract

Salah satu tradisi yang masih dijumpai di Desa Tirtomarto salah satunya adalah tradisi membuang ayam atau orang jawa menyebut mbuak balak, tradisi ini dilaksanakan saat iring-iringan pengantin dari rumah pengantin pria ke pengantin perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang tradisi mbuak balak dan untuk mengetahui perkembangan atau dinamika dalam tradisi mbuak balak di Desa Tirtomarto. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan yang mempelajari fenomena di lingkungan secara langsung kehidupan masyarakat yang masih melaksanakan tradisi ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer data yang diperoleh dari lapangan, dengan wawancara kepada para sesepuh, dan tokoh agama serta beberapa masyarakat yang pernah melakukan tradisi mbuak balak. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan buku-buku. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Tradisi mbuak balak yang ada di Desa Tirtomarto memang tidak mengalami dinamika atau perubahan dari mulai prosesi, makna tidak ada perubahan dari dulu sampai sekarang tetap sama asli dari budaya nenek moyang. Meskipun tradisi ini sedikit bertentangan dengan syariat agama tetapi tradisi ini patut dilestarikan untuk perkembangan kearifan lokal serta budaya yang ada

Abstract

The point in this community service activity (PKM) is to improve the quality of literacy through the Literacy Movement. This activity was carried out at SDN 3 Bandungrejo during September to December 2021. The targets of service include teachers, students, and parents/guardians. The method used is the use of the literacy corner in assisting the Literacy Movement. The service program is structured based on the problems found during the observation process. The absence of libraries as literacy facilities encourages the development of the School Literacy Corner program to improve the quality of literacy, especially the numeracy literacy of students. In addition, it was found that two students in fourth grade and one student in third grade were not fluent in reading. In maintaining the sustainability of the program, this service involves several parties, namely teachers, parents, and the literacy driving community. The existence of collaboration between parties makes this activity successful and sustainable in improving student literacy

Abstract

The development of Evernoted Learning Media Center aims to introduce inclusive learning innovations for people with disabilities. This study presents the design and implementation of an Evernoted-based learning platform with accessibility features. Employing the Research and Development (R&D) method, a need analysis was initially conducted through interviews with teachers and principals at three Special Needs Schools (SLB/Sekolah Luar Biasa) in Malang City. The analysis results were used to design an appropriate Evernoted Learning Media Center design. The platform incorporates accessibility features, including alternative text, contrast settings, and layer readers. Findings revealed that Evernoted could be configured into an effective learning medium, offering flexibility, personalization, and ease of  users access with various types of disabilities, especially deaf people. The analysis results demonstrated that Evernoted Learning Media Center could be an effective alternative for meeting the varied learning needs of students with disabilities, particularly deaf people, through two versions: an augmented reality (AR)-based Android application and a virtual tour-based website. Validation results indicated the platform’s feasibility at 83.17%, categorizing it as very feasible to be tested on students with disabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to portray the resilience of Using culture through a phenomenological study of 'street singers' (pengamen) in Banyuwangi. The street singers of Banyuwangi also colore the richness of Using culture and appear to present Using ethnic songs in expressing their artistic activities. The influence of global culture is increasingly difficult to be blocked [1] [2], meanwhile geographically, the location of the cultural existence is precisely at the crossroads of two major cultures, namely Javanese and Balinese cultures [3]. Qualitative research through phenomenological studies was conducted through in-depth interviews with cultural actors (street singers) and the Using supporting community of Banyuwangi. The data is then analyzed through the sequence stages: (1) transcribing the recorded interview results to written form, (2) bracketing (epoche), (3) taking an inventory of important statements (horizonalization), (4) formulating into the meaning (cluster of meaning) and (5) performing the descriptions of the essence. The results of this study cover two important things. First, Using culture can survive because of the aclak (active), bingkak (creative) and ladak (innovative) spirits of Using cultural actors. Second, the acceptance of the Banyuwangi community in general for the artistic expression of Using songs due to the consequences of the defense (uri-uri) spirit of the community. This study concludes that the preservation of Using culture is based on the internal spirit (active, creative, innovative) of cultural actors and external spirit, namely the process of preservation (uri-uri).
