Abstract

The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, as the constitution of Indonesia, contains basic rules that are arranged to be used as guidelines or guidelines for the government in carrying out its functions and duties. The Constitution has a role as a barrier to government power in such a way as not to use power arbitrarily. Based on the background of the problems above, the issues that will be discussed are: How is the extension of the President's term of office according to the laws in force in Indonesia? What is the limitation of the term of office of the President in accordance with the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia? This study uses a normative juridical method that emphasizes library research. This means that this research is carried out by paying attention to the applicable laws and regulations. The type of research is qualitative and the approach used is the Statute Approach. This approach is carried out by examining all relevant laws and regulations. Then it is also carried out with a conceptual approach and expert opinion. Limiting the term of office of the President must be carried out according to the constitution, not according to the wishes of the authorities and not also based on political agreements.Keywords: Constitution; Position of President; Indonesia AbstrakUndang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, sebagai konstitusi Indonesia memuat aturan-aturan dasar yang disusun agar dijadikan pedoman atau pegangan bagi pemerintah dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya. Undang-Undang Dasar memiliki peranan sebagai pembatas kekuasaan pemerintah sedemikian rupa agar tidak menggunakan kekuasaan dengan sewenang-wenang. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan di atas, maka permasalahan yang akan  dibahas adalah: Bagaimanakah perpanjangan masa jabatan Presiden menurut aturan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Bagaimanakah pembatasan masa jabatan Presiden sesuai dengan konstitusi Negara Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Yuridis Normatif yang menekankan pada penelitian kepustakaan Artinya penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara memperhatikan aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Adapun jenisnya penelitian adalah kualitatif dan pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan Perundang-Undangan (Statute Approach) Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan menelaah semua peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan. Kemudian juga dilakukan dengan pendekatan konsep dan pendapat para ahli. Pembatasan masa jabatan Presiden harus dilakukan sesuai konstitusi, bukan sesuai keinginan penguasa dan bukan juga atas kesepakatan politik.  Kata Kunci: Konstitusi; Jabatan Presiden; Indonesia

Abstract

This research aims to describe the model of economic empowerment of the people through the waqf assets of the Darul Muttaqin Grand Mosque. The research problem is to find out the description of the model, analysis and transformation of economic empowerment of the people through waqf assets at the Darul Muttaqin Grand Mosque, Alang Alang Lebar District. The research method the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is known that the description of the economic empowerment model for the people is a consumptive model and a productive model which is useful in assisting in poverty alleviation programs and leading to a prosperous society by empowering an independent community economy. Useful for increasing economic welfare, helping to increase community income, economic independence and reducing poverty, and for economic empowerment of the people based on sharia values in congregation, carried out based on cooperation and based on the spirit of helping each other in goodness, and can be transformed into the community or congregation appropriate and in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

Sodium nitrite (NaNO2) is one of the most inorganic salts and is often used in processed meat products. Long-term consumption of sodium nitrite has been reported to cause of oxidative stress and spleen histological changes. Therefore, anti-oxidative effects are needed from natural ingredients such as Acorus calamus L. The study aims to determine the effect of A.calamus L. rhizome extract on anatomical structure and histological changes in the rat spleen induced with NaNO2. We used a completely randomized design with twenty-five male rats divided into 5 groups. Negative control (NC) was given 0.5% CMC for 40 days; positive control (PC) on days 1-15 was given NaNO2 (50 mg/kg BW); on days 16-30 given (50 mg/kg BW) NaNO2 + 0.5% CMC and on days 31-40 given 0,5% carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC). Treatment 1 (T1), Treatment 2 (T2), and Treatment 3 (T3) on days 1-15 were given NaNO2 doses of 50 mg; and; on days 16-30, groups T1, T2, and T3 were given NaNO2 + extract with each predetermined dose (250 mg/kg BW for T1, 500 mg/kg BW for T2, and 750 mg/kg BW for T3). For days 31-40 groups T1, T2, and T3 were given extracts with each predetermined dose. Results revealed that the extract of the A. calamus L. rhizome affects weight, length, and width of the spleen (P<0.05); and bleeding lesions; while having no noticeable effect (P<0.05) and having a noticeable effect on the area of the white pulp (P<0.05). Administration of ethanol extract of A. calamus L. at a dose of 250 mg/kg BW has an impact on improving spleen length; a dose of 500 mg/kg BW has an impact on the weight and length of the spleen; and a dose of 750 mg / kg BW has an impact on improving spleen length, but the size variation is still in the normal category. While extracts at doses of 250 and 500 mg/kg BW have a repair impact on tissue shrinkage in damaged white pulp.

Abstract

Sparkling-soft drinks are calorie-carbonated drinks that contain a mixture of water, flavorings, and sweeteners. Sparkling drinks contain a lot of artificial sugars which can burden the liver's work to filter toxins. Consuming too many soft drinks can lead to fat buildup that is harmful to the liver. Pineapple (Ananas comosus L.) is a plant rich in calcium, phosphorus, sodium and bromelin enzymes. Pineapple (Ananas comosus L.) also contains vitamin C which functions to stimulate the production of liver enzymes and absorb toxins in the blood circulation that are excreted through the urine. In conditions of impaired liver function, it can be indicated by changes in the levels of Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transminase (SGOT) and Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transminase (SGPT). The research procedures include plant determination, making pineapple fruit extract, phytochemical screening tests, animal preparation, blood collection and surgery on animals, measuring SGPT and SBOT levels, and data analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of administration of pineapple fruit extract (Ananas comosus L.) on morphology, SGPT and SGOT levels in the liver of male white rats induced by soft drinks. The study used a complete randomized design method (RAL) with 25 male white rats from 5 groups and 5 replicates, conducted for 30 days, and 7 days of acclimatization. The results of administration of pineapple fruit extract had no significant effect on liver morphology and the dose of 400 mg/kg BB was a good enough dose in reducing SGPT and SGOT levels

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi digital menjadi solusi strategis dalam mendukung pengelolaan pertanian dan pemasaran hasil tani. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas petani melalui pengenalan dan implementasi aplikasi berbantuan teknologi informasi. Pelatihan ini dilakukan secara bertahap, dimulai dari seminar dan lokakarya, demonstrasi langsung, hingga pendampingan praktik lapangan. Peserta pengabdian dibekali kemampuan dalam menggunakan aplikasi untuk melihat produktivitas petani waktu tanam dan jadwal tanam. Selain itu, aplikasi web yang dijelaskan memungkinkan petani memasarkan produk secara langsung kepada konsumen tanpa perantara, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan. Kegiatan ini juga mendukung adopsi metode pertanian yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan kenaikan peserta lebih mengetahui dan lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan teknologi, meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti literasi digital yang rendah dan akses internet yang terbatas. Solusi berupa pelatihan intensif, penyediaan hotspot internet sementara, dan panduan digital mampu mengatasi kendala tersebut. Dengan pendekatan menyeluruh, kegiatan ini berhasil mentransformasi sektor pertanian menjadi lebih modern, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan, memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional dan kesejahteraan petani petani garam.

Abstract

Kadmium klorida (CdCl2) berasal dari pembentukan radikal bebas yang dapat menimbulkan stress oksidatif dan dapat merusak organ pada hati serta meningkatkan kadar SGPT dan SGOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun salam (Syzygium polyanthum) terhadap kadar SGOT, SGPT, Indeks hepatosomatik dan morfologi hati tikus putih yang diinduksi kadmium klorida (CdCl2). Penelitian ini menggunakan RAL dengan 20 tikus yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif, kelompok kontrol positif, kelompok perlakuan (P1), kelompok perlakuan (P2), kelompok perlakuan (P3) yang diberi ekstrak daun salam (Syzygium polyanthum) dengan dosis 200 mg/kg BB (P1), 300 mg/kg BB (P2), 400 mg/kg BB (P3). Pemberian ekstrak daun salam (Syzygium polyanthum) dan penginduksian kadmium klorida (CdCl2) dilakukan selama 14 hari. Pengambilan darah dilakukan pada hari ke 15 melalui sinus orbitalis. Hasil uji Duncan dapat dilihat bahwa kadar SGPT pada P1 (73,50 U/L), P2 (66,75 U/L), P3 (62,00 U/L). Pada kadar SGOT kelompok positif berbeda nyata terhadap kelompok perlakuan dengan nilai sebesar P1 (166,00 U/L), P2 (156,25 U/L), P3 (152,75 U/L). Hasil pengamatan morfologi hati tikus putih berbeda nyata antara kelompok kontrol positif terjadi perubahan warna menjadi coklat pucat terhadap kelompok perlakuan P1, P2, dan P3 yang masih berwarna coklat kemerahan. Rata-rata indeks hepatosomatik P1 (4,1725), P2 (4,3275), P3 (3,9770). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh bahwa ekstrak daun salam (Syzygium polyanthum) mampu dalam menurunkan kadar SGPT, SGOT serta menurunkan rata-rata indeks hepatosomatik tikus putih yang diinduksi kadmium klorida (CdCl2) pada dosis 400 mg/kg BB. Abstract

Purpose: This study addresses the marginalization of persons with disabilities in rural Indonesian villages, specifically examining the implementation of Law No. 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. This research seeks to enhance the status of persons with disabilities, ensuring equal rights and opportunities for their active participation in village development. Research methodology: This study employs a normative juridical methodology, analyzing data from legal documents and literature, complemented by an empirical approach through interviews with key stakeholders. This mixed-methods approach helps clarify the legal rights of persons with disabilities and gather insights into the perspectives of village governments on inclusion. Results: This study highlights the need for a community-centered development model that integrates the interests of persons with disabilities. This underscores the importance of adhering to human rights principles in ensuring the well-being of persons with disabilities in Lheu Eu Village, Darul Imarah District, and Aceh Besar. The study also emphasizes the necessity of collaborative efforts among village governments, businesses, academics, and disability advocates to implement legal mandates and regulatory frameworks for disability inclusion effectively. Limitations: The findings of this study are primarily based on qualitative data, which may not capture the full extent of the issues faced by people with disabilities in different rural contexts. Additionally, the research was limited to a specific geographic area, which may limit the generalizability of the results to other regions. Contribution: This study contributes to the body of knowledge on rural development and disability rights in Indonesia by providing a comprehensive analysis of the legal and social frameworks necessary for the inclusion of people with disabilities in village development. It offers practical recommendations to policymakers, village authorities, and other stakeholders to enhance the implementation of inclusive policies and practices.

Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3) di rumah sakit merupakan isu krusial yang mempengaruhi kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Limbah B3 yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas medis, jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat menimbulkan risiko kesehatan yang serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan limbah B3 di RSUD Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam mendukung kebijakan lingkungan dan kesehatan yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi dan wawancara terhadap petugas pengelola limbah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kemajuan dalam pengelolaan limbah B3, masih ada tantangan signifikan, terutama dalam pemilahan, pengangkutan, dan penyimpanan limbah. Selain itu, kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi perlu ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan dan edukasi. Kesimpulannya, pengelolaan limbah B3 yang efektif memerlukan peningkatan kesadaran, pelatihan, dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang ada, serta kolaborasi antara pihak rumah sakit dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan sehat.

Abstract

Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) is a chemical substance in the form of a clear liquid, volatile and toxic with a sweet odor. Palm fruit (Arenga pinnata Merr.) is a plant that has high antioxidants and is able to reduce the effects of free radicals in the body. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of ethanol administration of palm fruit (Arenga pinnata Merr.) on total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL levels of white rats (Rattus norvegicus L.) which were induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). This study used a completely randomized design with 20 mice divided into 5 treatments and 4 replications. Negative controls were given food and drink, positive controls were given carbon tetrachloride 1 mL/kg BW + olive oil ratio 1:3, Treatments 1,2, and 3 were given carbon tetrachloride 1 mL/kg BW + olive oil with a ratio 1:3 + palm fruit ethanol extract in graded doses (P1=90, P2=180, and P3=360 mg/kg BW) for 15 days. Data analysis used one way ANOVA and continued with the Duncan test. The results showed that 1 mL/kg BW of carbon tetrachloride could damage the lipid profile of white rats. Giving ethanol extract of palm fruit (Arenga pinnata Merr.) to P1 and P2 at a dose of 90 mg/kg BW and 180 mg/kg BW had no significant effect. Meanwhile, P3 with a dose of 360 mg/kg BW had a significant effect on reducing total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL levels and could significantly increase HDL levels at a significant level (p<0.05).

Abstract

Peternakan sapi potong di Desa Blangkeutumba, Kabupaten Bireuen, menghadapi tantangan dalam penyediaan pakan yang berkualitas dan bernutrisi seimbang. Salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pemberian pakan dan produktivitas ternak adalah melalui pembuatan pakan konsentrat berbasis bahan lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada peternak mengenai teknik pembuatan pakan konsentrat dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, seperti dedak padi, bungkil kelapa, ampas tahu, kulit jagung, dan batang pisang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan peternak, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan teori dan praktik, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan evaluasi pelatihan menggunakan perbandingan nilai pre-test dan pos-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan  pemahaman peserta sebesar 66.67%. Pelatihan ini dapat memotivasi peternak untuk menggunakan pakan konsentrat berbasis bahan lokal untuk ternak selain pakan hijauan. Selain itu, pemanfaatan bahan lokal juga berkontribusi dalam mengurangi limbah pertanian dan menciptakan sistem peternakan yang lebih berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya modul pelatihan, peternak dapat terus menerapkan teknologi pakan konsentrat secara mandiri. Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, program ini dapat diperluas dengan dukungan dari pemerintah daerah, akademisi, dan industri pakan ternak guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan usaha peternakan di desa ini.
