Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh NPF, Murabahah, Mudharabah, dan Musyarakah terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia pada 2014-2024. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari OJK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPF dan Musyarakah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Murabahah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan Mudharabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financing to deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio, and total financing on non-performing financing of Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority published in the 2014-2022 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the ratio of financing to deposits, capital adequacy ratio, and total financing partially affect BPRS non-performing financing in Indonesia. The results of the study also show that the ratio of financing to deposits, capital adequacy ratio, and total financing simultaneously affect BPRS's non-performing financing in Indonesia. The results of the study also show that the variables Financing to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Total Financing are able to explain the BPRS Non-Performing Financing variable in Indonesia by 33.3%. Recommendations for regulators to provide incentive policies or technical assistance for BPRS that have high NPF levels in order to improve their financial performance.

Abstract

Action Link at the ami cell 2 store had received an award as the agenty with the most transactions gacor5000, but after receiving the award, the number of transactions obtained in August experienced a decrease in transactions, even though since the opening of Action Link, transactions have always been crowded. Lack of consumer trust in Action Link leads to a low level of purchase decisions, lack of trust because the withdrawal system uses an account book not using a machine, especially at this time fraud is rampant. This is the cause of consumer distrust, then the service from the store and the service provided by Action Link has not been optimal and the service is not optimal resulting in a low level of purchase decisions gacor5000. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of word of mouth, trust, and service quality on purchase decisions. The researcher uses quantitative methods in his research. The location studied was the Action Link agent at the Ami Cell 2¬ store located in Keude Blang Village, Idi Rayeuk District, East Aceh Regency. With a population of 97 respondents, the results of the research that have been conducted show that word of mouth (WOM) has an influence and is significant on the decision to purchase smart practice services in East Aceh. Based on the results of the study, trust has an influence on the decision to purchase smart practice services in East Aceh and the quality of service has an influence on the purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy (DER) and dividend policy (DPR) partially and simultaneously on firm value (PBV) listed on the LQ 45 index of the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data, based on financial statements on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis, using normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test through SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially debt policy has no effect on firm value with a t value of -0.389 with a significance of 0.698 > 0.5 (0.000 < 0.05), dividend policy proxied by the DPR has a positive and significant effect on firm value. proxied by PBV with a t-count value of 3.343 and a significance <0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneous hypothesis testing has a positive and significant effect on firm value, this is indicated by the calculated F value of 5.825 and a significance value of 0.04 which is <0.05. The value of R2 in this study is 0.070, this indicates that the firm value is influenced by debt policy and dividend policy by 7% while the remaining 93% is influenced by variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze working capital and profitability ratios on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, profitability ratios use the Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) indicators. This study uses data collected from the IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id. The data obtained is then processed and adjusted to the needs of researchers during the 2012-2021observation period. Calculation techniques and data analysis using multiple linear regression methods to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables Working Capital, Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) on Profit Growth. Based on the results of the study, working capital has a positive effect on profit growth with a value of 2.555. The Return On Assets (ROA) ratio has a positive effect on profit growth with a value of 42.369. The Return On Equity (ROE) ratio has a positive effect on profit growth with a value of 11,478. Simultaneously Working Capital, Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) simultaneously have a significant effect on profit growth with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Poverty tends to occur in developing countries, including Indonesia. Poverty is a complex problem and requires a comprehensive approach in efforts to eradicate it. Handling poverty must be carried out appropriately and cover various aspects of people's lives. The negative impacts of poverty not only affect people's welfare, but also hinder economic development in the long term. Poverty has a negative effect on the economy and social welfare. To determine the prediction of poverty levels, one approach that can be taken is a time series model (time series). In this research, method Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) is used for analysis and forecasting poverty levels. So that it can provide insight into poverty behavior and take appropriate steps both in controlling and alleviating poverty. ARIMA is a time series forecasting method that is suitable for forecasting various variables quickly, simply, cheaply and accurately. The research results show that the poverty rate for the next three years (2024-2026) is 14.17%, 13.93% and 13.72%, respectively. The ARIMA model is proven to be able to provide fairly accurate predictions and follow actual trends, making it useful for forecasting. The ARIMA(1,1,1) model can be used as a reference for future forecasting. The process of forecasting poverty levels does not only focus on predicting statistical figures, but also includes an in-depth analysis of the factors that cause poverty and the economic dynamics that influence it. This allows the government to develop policies that are more effective and responsive to social and economic changes occurring in society.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of company size, profitability, and Leverage ratio on Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) in Islamic banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. The type of data in this research is secondary data in the form of time series. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis, T-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The data sources in this research are financial reports, annual reports and sustainability reports of sharia banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2019-2023. From the results of the T-test analysis, it was found that company size, profitability had a significant positive influence, while leverage had no significant influence. From the results of the simultaneous analysis, it was obtained that Fcount (8.849) > Ftable (3.294) with a significance degree of 0.000 > 0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a significant influence between company size, profitability and leverage together (simultaneously) on ISR disclosure. This shows that when these three variables are analyzed together, they do make a significant contribution to corporate social responsibility disclosure in ISR reports.

Abstract

This study explores how e-wallets promote financial inclusion in Besitang, a non-metropolitan Indonesian city. We investigate the influence of features, promotions, and brand image on e-wallet purchasing decisions. A quantitative survey targeting 100 smartphone-owning workers and students was conducted. Analysis revealed that all three factors (features, promotions, and brand image) have a significant positive impact on e-wallet usage (p < 0.05). Together, they explain 80.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions, highlighting their crucial role in e-wallet adoption. These findings emphasize the importance of e-wallet providers implementing innovative features, attractive promotions, and a strong brand image to drive financial inclusion in non-metropolitan areas. The study offers valuable insights for e-wallet companies and opens avenues for further research on e-wallet adoption drivers.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of Islamic values, service quality and product excellence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Islamic Banking Products. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, the author took data from the Langsa City Community which amounted to 100 samples. The analytical tool used in this study is the Structural Equotion Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) mediation effect using the Smart PLS 3.00 Application. Findings: The results revealed that the variable t test hypothesis test showed that the application of Islamic values directly positive was not significant and through customer satisfaction was positive and significant. The variable of service quality is directly positive and significant to customer loyalty, while through positive customer satisfaction is not significant, besides that product excellence is directly positive significant, while product excellence through customer satisfaction is positive significant to customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with customer loyalty is positive and insignificant for customer loyalty to Islamic Banking Products. Research limitations/implications: The results of this study can enrich the literature on customer loyalty in Islamic banking by adding insight into how the application of Islamic values, service quality, and product excellence affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. Practical implications: Islamic banking management can use these findings to improve their service and product strategies. Strengthening the application of Islamic values, improving service quality, and introducing superior products can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Penerapan nilai-nilai Islam, Kualitas pelayanan dan Keunggulan produk terhadap Loyalitas nasabah melalui Kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening pada Produk Perbankan Syariah. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Penelitian ini penulis mengambil data Masyarakat Kota Langsa yang berjumlah sebanyak 100 orang sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equotion Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) efek mediasi dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Smart PLS 3.00. Temuan: Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pada uji hipotesis uji t variabel menujukkan bahwa Penerapan nilai-nilai Islam secara langsung positif tidak signifikan dan melalui Kepuasan nasabah positif dan signifikan.Variabel Kualitas pelayanan secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah, sedangkan melalui Kepuasan nasabah positif tidak signifikan, selain itu Keunggulan produk secara langsung positif signifikan, sedangkan Keunggulan produk melalui Kepuasan nasabah positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah. Selanjutnya Kepuasan nasabah terhadap Loyalitas nasabah positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah pada Produk Perbankan Syariah. Keterbatasan / implikasi penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini dapat memperkaya literatur tentang loyalitas nasabah di perbankan syariah dengan menambahkan wawasan tentang bagaimana penerapan nilai-nilai Islam, kualitas pelayanan, dan keunggulan produk mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Implikasi praktis: Manajemen perbankan syariah dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk meningkatkan strategi layanan dan produk mereka. Memperkuat penerapan nilai-nilai Islam, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, dan memperkenalkan produk yang unggul dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges faced by Generation Z in Langsa City in adopting sharia financial planning. Although sharia financial planning offers many benefits, many of them have difficulty understanding and implementing sharia financial principles effectively. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive qualitative approach, involving five informants from Generation Z selected through the Snowball Sampling technique. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews, while secondary data came from literature studies. Key findings indicate variations in the understanding and implementation of sharia financial planning, where some informants have implemented planning systematically, while others are more spontaneous and less organized. The main obstacles faced include a lack of in-depth understanding of sharia principles, as well as the influence of a consumptive lifestyle that hinders the implementation of sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, gharar, and maysir. This study emphasizes the importance of sharia financial education and literacy to improve financial management in accordance with sharia principles among Generation Z.
