Abstract

Another aspect of Ramadan that is regulated by Islamic law is the concept and practice of welcoming the month of Ramadhan. This article aims to analyze what the concept and practice of welcoming Ramadhan should be. This article is written using a qualitative method with the type of living Quran and hadith research, the data sources are taken from the Quran and hadith, the results of ijtihad, the opinions of experts. In addition, the author also strengthens data sources from various previous research results that have been published in reputable international journals. All the data above were analyzed thematically using Milles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that there are eight concepts in welcoming Ramadhan. There are three concepts and six practices in Muslim communities that are ways to welcome the month of Ramadhan. This research can be used as a reference for further research on Islamic studies, encourage public awareness that the blessing of Ramadhan is more important than just carrying out traditions that do not necessarily bring blessings and become a guide for Muslims in welcoming Ramadhan as a special month in a special way.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi telah mengubah lanskap pemasaran secara drastis. Pelanggan saat ini lebih terhubung secara online dan menghabiskan banyak waktu di platform digital. Pelatihan digital marketing memberikan pemahaman tentang cara menggunakan data dan analitik untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami perilaku konsumen, sehingga memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengirim pesan yang relevan dan menarik kepada audiens yang tepat. Program pelatihan digital marketing ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMKN 1 Kabupaten Tangerang  dalam keahlian pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital. Metode tersebut antara lain yaitu metode ceramah dan demonstrasi praktik. Peserta Pengabdian Masyarakat ini seluruhnya dihadiri oleh 40 siswa dari jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMKN 1 Kabupaten Tangerang  . Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut berjalan lancar, hal ini dikarenakan partisipasi dan keterkaitan semua pihak terutama para siswa, guru, dan tim panitia. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu para peserta untuk memaksimalkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka dalam bidang digital marketing.

Abstract

Background: Sarcopenia has a notable impact on the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The prevalence of sarcopenia in patients with HCC is relatively high, with studies reporting rates between 39% and 41.7%. A substantial proportion of individuals diagnosed with HCC also exhibit muscle wasting and reduced muscle function. This study aims to determine the prevalence of sarcopenia in Indonesian patients with HCC (based on the Japanese Socuety of Hepatology (JSH) JSH criteria) and to examine its correlation with poor performance status.Methods: We performed a cross-sectional study of 85 HCC patients between January and October 2021). The skeletal muscle index at L3 (L3 SMI) was measured on CT scans (applying JSH cut-offs for sarcopenia). Clinical data, including Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status, were collected. Bivariate analyses and logistic regression were performed to identify factors associated with sarcopenia.Results: A total of 85 HCC patients (median age: 52 years) were included in the analysis. Sarcopenia was observed in 49.4% of the cohort. Bivariate analysis revealed a statistically significant association between sarcopenia and an ECOG performance status of 2+ (p = 0.003), as well as a MELD-Na score of ≥15 (p = 0.023). In multivariate analysis, poor ECOG-PS remained independently associated with sarcopenia (adjusted OR 4.17; 95% CI 1.50–11.56, p = 0.006).Conclusion: Sarcopenia is highly prevalent among Indonesian HCC patients, and it is strongly associated with poor ECOG performance status.

Abstract

This study discusses how recruitment influences employee performance in a private company in Tangerang City. Reliable and competent human resources are the main factors for competitive advantage, so that the development of Human Resource Competence is one of the key factors for success in achieving the company's vision and mission. The company must be able to understand how best to manage employees who come from different backgrounds, expertise, and abilities so that employees can work according to their expertise and the type of work given. The purpose of the study is to test the implementation of a procedure and to evaluate effectively, efficiently, and economically a system in an effort to achieve company goals. The research method used is a quantitative method. Researchers use primary data using a questionnaire given to 57 employee samples from 1 private company with a 5-point Likert scale directly. The data analysis technique for this study uses SPSS as a statistical method for data processing. From the results of the analysis, the value of the regression equation between X and Y is Y = 11.279 + 0.795X. The constant value a = 11.279 while the regression coefficient figure of 0.795 states that every additional effort (because +) 1 recruitment unit, will increase employee performance by 0.795. The results of testing with simple linear regression show that the Recruitment variable (X) on employee performance (Y) indicated by the R Square value of 50.1%, this shows that the recruitment variable has an effect of 50.1% on employee performance and the rest is influenced by factors other than recruitment. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Keberadaan lahan yang belum dioptimalkan penggunaannya akibat masyarakat lebih memilih untuk bekerja di industri daripada bertani atau bercocok tanam.. Tujuan kegiatan PkM untuk memberikan pemahaman dan edukasi mengenai pemanfaatan lahan sempit untuk menanam tanaman cepat panen. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 peserta dari unsur mahasiswa, dosen dan masyarakat Desa Ciakar. Metode yang digunakan dengan ceramah dan diskusi secara interaktif yang dipimpin oleh moderator. Hasil PkM berupa pemahaman dan edukasi masyarakat Desa Ciakar untuk memanfaatkan lahan sempit untuk menanam tanaman cepat panen untuk mendukung program pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa video kegiatan, berita dimedia online dan publikasi jurnal.
