Abstract

Kesiapan kerja siswa SMK menjadi aspek penting dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy, motivasi kerja, dan praktik kerja lapangan (PKL) terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMKN 1 Mojokerto tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 495 siswa, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert 1–5. Sampel berjumlah 85 yang ditentukan melalui teknik proportionate random sampling, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 1 Mojokerto, motivasi kerja meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 1 Mojokerto, dan PKL juga meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 1 Mojokerto.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Kejawan Putih Tambak masih menghadapi permasalahan mendasar dalam pengelolaan keuangan, terutama tidak adanya pemisahan antara keuangan pribadi dan usaha serta ketiadaan pencatatan transaksi harian. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pelaku usaha tidak mampu mengetahui laba bersih, menentukan harga jual berbasis biaya, maupun merencanakan perkembangan usaha. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan UMKM melalui pendampingan pencatatan keuangan terintegrasi menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research dengan pendekatan door-to-door mentoring. Sebanyak 24 UMKM terlibat dalam pemetaan awal, dan 9 UMKM bersedia mengikuti pendampingan menggunakan dua instrumen pencatatan: manual dan digital. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan terjadinya perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku keuangan pelaku usaha, termasuk kemampuan mencatat transaksi secara rutin, memahami HPP, menentukan harga jual yang rasional, serta membaca arus kas. Studi kasus pada usaha Susu Murni/STMJ memperlihatkan peningkatan laba dan stabilitas keuangan setelah menggunakan template pencatatan secara konsisten. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendampingan personal yang adaptif lebih efektif dibandingkan pelatihan massal, serta berpotensi menjadi model intervensi yang dapat direplikasi untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan UMKM mikro di wilayah lain

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier dan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada pegawai ASN di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 383 orang, sedangkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan probability sampling menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship behavior; dan (2) perceived organizational support juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai ASN di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

This research study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT Leble Boga Adiperkasa. The type of research used is quantitative, with the entire employee population totaling 78 individuals. Due to the relatively small population size, the saturated sampling technique (census) was employed, making the entire population the sample. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) via the SmartPLS software. A series of tests were conducted, including validity, reliability, and R-square analysis. The results of the structural model testing consistently prove that both work discipline and compensation are partially confirmed to have a positive and significant influence on the employee performance of PT Leble Boga Adiperkasa.

Abstract

Business legality is an important aspect for the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, there are still many MSME players in Kalijudan Village, Surabaya City, who do not have a Business Identification Number (NIB) as an official business identity. This community service activity aims to increase understanding and assist MSME operators in the process of issuing NIBs through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The methods used include socialization, technical assistance, and evaluation of NIB issuance results. Of the 20 MSME operators who were assisted, 12 successfully issued NIBs after participating in the assistance program, while the other 8 already had NIBs. The results of the activity showed an increase in awareness of the importance of business legality in obtaining access to financing, training, and marketing networks. Thus, this activity was effective in strengthening legality and encouraging economic independence among the community in Kalijudan Village.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Asta Jawa Dwipa, Surabaya. The method in this study uses an associative quantitative approach with the distribution of questionnaires and short interviews as data collection techniques. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Asta Jawa Dwipa Surabaya which is in the field of technicians using a saturated sampling technique, which is 72 employees. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Accordingly of this research show that compensation has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction can mediate compensation for turnover intention at PT. Asta Jawa Dwipa, Surabaya.

Abstract

The success and sustainability of an organization can be determined by one of its factors, namely employee performance. Factors related to employee performance such as work discipline and organizational commitment are the problems in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and commitment on employee performance at PT Tunggal Djaja Indah. This research method uses a quantitative approach with SmartPLS analysis techniques. The tests carried out include outer model tests, inner model tests, and hypothesis tests. The number of samples used was 56 employees in the production department of PT Tunggal Djaja Indah. The results of the study showed a significant positive effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as a significant positive effect of organizational commitment on employee performance.
