This research is a mass communication entitled "NEWS OF CRIMINAL AND ATTENTION PARENTS (Crime News Presentation Effects in Pos Metro Metro Parents Against Attention in Children in the village of Bandar Sei Tuan Klippa Kecataman Percut Deli Serdang)?. The problem in this study is whether the effect of the presentation of crime news in Medan Post Metro Parents Against Attention in Children in the Village District Klippa Percut Bandar Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. The purpose of this study is how the presentation of crime news in Medan Post Metro Parents Against Attention in Children in the Village District Klippa Percut Bandar Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. This research was conducted with the population of 12 neighborhood take 6 environment with the proposed population is 835 people.

Effectiveness is the degree to which a social system reaches its goal. While performance is a result of a whole during a certain period in carrying out his duties. The National Narcotics Agency Sumatra Province serves to assist the recovery of narcotics addicts or abuse by means of outpatient rehabilitation. As for the outpatient rehabilitation involves teams of doctors and nurses trained, Standard Operational Procedure that is conducted by a team of medical assesment service is to know the degree of severity and therapeutic rehabilitation plan for the client. This type of research is qualitative research methods focusing to clinical performance effectiveness pratama in outpatient rehabilitation for addicts of narcotic drugs. The nature of this research is descriptive. The location of the research carried out in the way of West V William Iskandar Market Numbers.1A Field Estate. The results showed that the performance of the employees Klinik Pratama is said to be quite effective due to obstacles. Factors that play a role in achieving clincial effectiveness pratama is the achievement of targets, adaptability, job satisfaction, and responsibility. The existing barriers in the form of skimpy budgets, a lack of medical personnel and the lack of infrastructure repair facility.

This research title is ?Services Building Permit in Achieving Optimal Quality Public Services are held at Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang Siantar?. So far, in the minds of the public, that the quality of service Building Permit less bureaucracy and process sounds a bit complicated, and less than optimal. The main problem in this research is how the quality of public services in the granting of building permit in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang Siantar. The methods of data collection to use in this research were kuesioner, observation and documentation. The results showed that the quality of public services in the Service Agency of Integrated Licensing Pematang Siantar has been running well although there are still some constraints. This research uses the service quality theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry consisting of 5 indicators of service quality that is tangible (physical evidence), reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. The survey results obtained from the respondents are tangible (physical evidence) of 51.9% (Pretty Good), Reliabelity of 77.2% (Good), Responsiveness of 73,4% (Good), Assurance 65,8% (Good), and Emphaty of 60,76%(Good). From these indicators can be concluded that the quality of service in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang siantar included in good category

The research wants to explore the effect of internet for children under 17 years. There are positive yet negative effect of internet. This research aim is to describe both effects and make teenagers to be more understanding about internet for their mental health and social life. Through descriptive method, researcher make interview with teenagers age 14-17 who access internet in ?Amal Net? in Amal St, Medan Sungal. The result of research shows that internet effects behavior pattern of teenagers, positively and negatively. Teenagers able to search information, knowledge that they have not received from teachers. But internet also give negative effect for teenagers (pornography, gambling, and addiction to social network). Through better understanding about pattern of teenagers behavior on using internet will create a better communication relation among teenagers, parents, society, and government.

Communication is a basic social process in social life. In communication, we often find many obstacles in delivering the message. Especially delivering a message to a deaf people. Deaf people is a people who can?t hear because they have disturbance in hearing and usually they also can?t talk. There are 2 types of deaf people, deaf people that can?t hear totally and deaf people that can still hear a little. Special skill is needed for a teacher to teach them and can give them instruction and knowledge following the school?s curriculum. One of the technic is called Nonverbal Communication. The purpose of this study is for knowing the Nonverbal Communication technics that usually use by the teachers to teach the students to improve their ability to do social interaction in the state extraordinary primary school no 027701 located in te city of Binjai. The method used in this study is qualitative method usually explain the phenomena by collecting the data, and then analyse the data to get the conclusion. This study is done by direct observation and interviews that involving the teachers. And the result of this study, we can say that the role of the teachers in delivering the Nonverbal Communication is very important for the students ability to do interaction and communication.

The purpose of this research is to find out how its role is civil service police unit policing addresse in district Deli Serdang With effort and impeding factors. The methods used by researchers are qualitative research methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research shows that the role civil service police unit in district Deli Serdang judging from the action and according to standard operational procedures the procedure can be done well including punctuality, facility and personnel. Inhibiting factors include the insufficient number of Satpol PP personnel, human resources doesnâ€™t have appropriateÂ skill, storage facilities, , and the lack of regulations as a legal law.

This study aims to study intensively about therapeutic communication at General Regional Hospital of Dr. Pirngadi Medan. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. In this study researchers used data collection obtained by conducting research directly in the field. The result shows that implementation of Islamic Communication in therapeutic communication carried out by medical personnel at General Regional Hospital of Dr. Pirngadi Medan applies therapeutic communication in Islamic communication, such as greeting when entering a room, greeting each patient before checking and asking about the development of they health. This is a form of communication that must be carried out by every medical personnel. The model of implementation of Islamic communication in therapeutic communication for healing patients at General Regional Hospital of Dr. Pirngadi Medan is Interpersonal Communication which is considered the most effective because of its dialogical nature in the form of conversation.

This study aims to determine (1) the development of land use, (2) growth in population and the development of rural infrastructure covering housing, transport, health, water supply, electricity, telecommunications in Desa Bandar Setia 2004-2009. This research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The population in this study are all Desa Bandar Setia region that includes the physical condition of the area, population, and infrastructure located at Desa Bandar Setia well as a sample. Data processing techniques performed through descriptive method qualitative comparative analysis of 2004-2009 Desa Bandar Setia systematically. The results showed that the development of land use for settlements grew 7 ha (1.94%), reduced wetland 6 ha (1.67%), dry land reduced by 2 ha (0.53%), highways incremented by 1 ha (0.28%); total population of 7,377 inhabitants experiencing growth or a growth rate of 11%; development of infrastructure for housing permanent and semi-permanent increase 849 units, housing non-permanent decreased 212 units, transport increased 772 units, health facilities especially clinic / dispensary increased 3 units, provision of safe water increased 827 units, customer electricity network increased 1,120 units (7.78%), and telecommunications increased 563 units.

In the wake of this study by the Government Regulation No. 109 of 2012 on the inclusion of images and text health warnings / pictorial health warnings on cigarette packs. The norm of this aims to reduce the negative health effects, protect productive age population and increasing public awareness of the dangers of smoking. Against the background of the norm of the government, the study was intended to determine the perception of active smokers the pictorial health warning labels on packs of cigarettes there. In this study, the method used is descriptive method with qualitative data. Data collected through library research informant interviews, and documentation. The results showed that smokers know their pictorial health warning labels on packs of cigarettes and smokers can understand the meaning of their label. Knowledge smokers against pictorial health warning label does not make the smokers to quit smoking, they continue to smoke because of their experience does not suffer due to take up smoking, and the effects felt far different from what was stated on the packaging that has been made. Thus we can say the perception of smokers tend to deny the existence of the warning label.
