The application of toll road electronification aims to provide satisfaction for toll road users in the making transactions faster and efficiently without having to queue. The study of the effectiveness of the e-toll card program is noteworthy because of the success or failure of the quality of services provided by the company; it will show an increase in the satisfaction of toll users, which in turn will become the benchmark of the company in managing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-toll card program effectiveness on customer satisfaction of toll road users on the Surabaya-Gempol toll road. The study sample was 400 respondents, for data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results showed that the effectiveness of the e-toll card program affected the satisfaction of toll road users.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keputusan pembelian minuman isotonik berdasarkan pengaruh dari celebrity endorser dan ekuitas merek. Produk minuman isotonik pada penelitian ini adalah Pocari Sweat. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota PB (Persatuan Bulutangkis) Suryanaga Surabaya yang berjumlah 109 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cebrity endorser berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian minuman isotonik, ekuitas merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian minuman isotonik dan cebrity endorser dan ekuitas merek seccara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian minuman isotonik. Sehingga implikasi penelitian adalah untuk dapat mempertahankan posisi Pocari Sweat sebagai top brand dari minuman isotonik, dengan menjaga kualitas celebrity endorser yang digunakan.

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions of students of SMK Negeri 1 Kanor Bojonegoro. This study uses descriptive research and quantitative approach. The Respondent in this study is 56 students of Grade XI of State Vocational School 1 Kanor from Marketing Department. Saturated sampling is a technique used for sampling in this study. Questionnaires and structured interviews used in data retrieval techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression equations. In this study provide conclusions: 1) there is an effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions in Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kanor, Department of Marketing, 2) there is an influence of adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intention in Grade XI students of State Vocational School 1 Kanor Department of Marketing, 3) there are self-influences simultaneous efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions in Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kanor, Department of Marketing. The ability of self efficacy and adversity quotient variables explains the effect on entrepreneurial intentions by 48 percent.

The influence of product innovation on marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia; 2) the influence of supply chain on marketing performance of milkfish processing, MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia; 3) the effect of product innovation and supply chain on marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia. The design of this study was field research using quantitative research approach. The population is milkfish processing Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gresik district. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The product innovation can foster marketing performance and to improve marketing performance is influenced by the supply chain. In the supply chain, it can be known how the relationship of suppliers with the company. Thus, combining both product innovation and supply chain will make the product more various and wil result in marketing performance improvement. The product innovation significantly influences the marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia. This happens because the performance is influenced by how the condition of the finished goods and product innovation support to perform marketing performance.

Nowadays one promising business is the fashion industry, especially footwear. UD. Poker is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises which engaged in the footwear industry. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews directly with the owners, employees, and communities around UD. Poker. Depth interviews, observation, and documentation are also used in data collection. Data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of four stages, 1) analysis of internal and external environment UD. Poker, 2) analyzing using the SWOT matrix, and 3) formulating alternative strategies, 4) recommending strategic decisions to develop business for UD. Poker. Based on the SWOT matrix program, the position of UD Poker is in quadrant I (aggressive strategy) which means that UD Poker is growing so UD. Poker is more appropriate to implement the Strength Opportunity (SO) strategy through market penetration and product development.

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer satisfaction The Mang Engking Juanda Sidoarjo Gubug East Java based on the influence of experiential marketing and perceived service quality. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 126 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the experiential marketing variable has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction of 4.307> 1.979 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Variable perception of service quality has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction by 4.598> 1.979 significance value 0.000 <0.05. Experiential marketing variables and perceived service quality positive and significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at the Mang Engking Juanda Sidoarjo Governor's Office at 119.102> 3.07 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Bakso Boedjangan adalah kuliner bakso modern yang memanfaatkan kekuatan teknologi dalam melakukan promosi penjualannya. Kemajuan teknologi dewasa ini membuat dunia internet sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dan membuat persaingan bisnis kuliner semakin ketat. Strategi word of mouth merupakan strategi paling berpengaruh dalam melakukan promosi penjualan. Tujuan adanya analisis ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouth dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian bakso Boedjangan di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 210 responden, dengan karakteristik utama adalah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di Bakso Boedjangan atas dasar rekomendasi orang lain. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regeresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah word of mouth (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Bakso Boedjangan di Surabaya.

Persepsi kemudahan dan fitur layanan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan menggunakan jasa layanan di masa pandemi saat ini. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan fitur layanan terhadap kepuasan menggunakan aplikasi edu learning sebagai media pembelajaran online di SMK Ketintang Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi edu learning di SMK Ketintang Surabaya. Sampel berjumlah 143 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Persepsi kemudahan secara positif dan signifikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan menggunakan aplikasi edu learning di SMK Ketintang Surabaya. (2) Fitur layanan secara positif dan signifikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan menggunakan aplikasi edu learning di SMK Ketintang Surabaya. (3) Persepsi kemudahan dan fitur layanan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuaan menggunakan aplikasi edu learning di SMK Ketintang Surabaya.

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mendorong adanya pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah proses pembelajaran administrasi transaksi kelas XI BDP di SMKN 2 Kediri yang masih menggunakan media pembelajaran PowerPoint full text sehingga kurang interaktif. Siswa tidak berperan aktif pada kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga pemahaman materi dan hasil belajar mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) kelayakan media pembelajaran, 2) keefektifan media pembelajaran dan 3) respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan articulate storyline. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian R&D model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) oleh (Thiagarajan, 1974). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan articulate storyline pada mata pelajaran administrasi transaksi kelas XI di SMKN 2 Kediri sangat layak karena memperoleh skor dari validator media sebesar 97% dan skor oleh validator materi sebesar 97,5%. Media pembelajaran dikatakan efektif karena mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai n-gain sebesar 0,6. Respon siswa pada media pembelajaran sebesar 82,6% yang berarti respon siswa sangat baik sehingga media sangat layak untuk dimanfaatkan

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of learning motivation and selfefficacy on problem-solving abilities in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unesa. The respondents of this study were 100 active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unesa class 2018-2021. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire, then the data analysis technique used was multiple regression. The results of this study showed that learning motivation had a partial effect on problem-solving abilities, self-efficacy partially affected problemsolving abilities and learning motivation and self-efficacy together had an effect on problem-solving abilities. Based on the results of this study, researchers provide suggestions for students to be able to increase intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. For lecturers, it is hoped that they can help their students to increase learning motivation and self-efficacy. For further researchers, it is recommended to be able to develop variations of other variables that can affect problem solving abilities during online learning.
