Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji pentingnya pendaftaran pernikahan di Thailand, khususnya di provinsi Satun yang terletak di bagian selatan Thailand. Populasi Muslim di wilayah ini merupakan minoritas di negara tersebut, dan penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh komunitas Muslim dalam proses pendaftaran pernikahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana prosedur pernikahan dilaksanakan di Thailand Selatan dan sejauh mana komunitas Muslim di Thailand Selatan mematuhi dan mengakui pentingnya pendaftaran pernikahan. Studi ini menggunakan metode fenomenologis kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk menilai kesadaran dan kepatuhan komunitas Muslim di Satun terkait prosedur pendaftaran. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ada individu yang hanya mendaftarkan pernikahan mereka melalui lembaga keagamaan, yang berpotensi menimbulkan masalah hukum di masa depan. Diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang prosedur pendaftaran resmi guna melindungi hak-hak komunitas dan memastikan proses administratif yang lebih terintegrasi.

Abstract

Understanding Students' Creative Processes in Solving Open-Ended Statistical Problems Within a Culturally Responsive Environment. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the creative thinking process in solving open-ended problems through Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) based on personal experience using SPSS. Methods: This qualitative case study sample consisted of 26 international students from a mathematics education program. Three subjects were selected by purposive sampling to be interviewed based on flexibility, fluency, and novelty. Data were obtained through tests and interviews (triangulation methods), which were analyzed, included data collection, analysis, research findings, and interpretation based on Wallas' theory (preparation, incubation, illumination, and verification). Findings: The four stages appeared in the creative thinking process of the three subjects, but not linearly. In the preparation, the subject showed the ability to understand the problem based on a learning experience. The incubation is characterized by the exploration of strategies, both technical (A1), contextual (A2), and structural-conceptual (A3). Illumination occurs when subjects discover new connections between methods or unexpected analysis results. In the verification stage, they not only check procedures but also encourage reflection on the meaning of the data. This dynamic shows that creative thinking is cyclical and flexible. In the flexibility, three subjects showed different approaches in combining data visualization and statistical tests, with a tendency to move between stages of thinking. On the fluency, subjects were able to generate multiple problem contexts based on learning experiences, but varied in the depth of reflection and strategy used. There were original reconstructions of ideas and problem structures on the novelty, especially when facing bidirectional data, with meaningful interpretations influenced by their respective learning experiences. The CRT appeared strong in the way subjects connected statistical data with learning experiences. It allows students to strengthen the meaning at each stage of creative thinking. The findings emphasize the importance of CRT to develop contextual creative thinking. Keywords: creative thinking, culturally responsive teaching, open-ended problem, SPSS.

Abstract

Kaum perempuan sering menjadi korban kekerasan rumah tangga. Kekerasan dapat pula timbul penolakan istri berhubungan suami istri. Di Desa Suci Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember ditemui laporan warga terhadap kepala lingkungan setempat terkait adanya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Pola pikir terkesan masih kolot dan minim pengetahuan, sehingga perkembangan teknologi dan informasi hukum sedikit sekali yang mengetahui. Budaya patriarki masih sangat kental, segala hal diatur oleh laki-laki dan perempuan hanya sebagai kaum penurut. Menyikapi masalah tersebut, penting untuk dilakukan pendampingan berbasis penyuluhan kepada kaum perempuan di Desa Suci tersebut. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan memberikan paparan materi tentang Hukum Pidana Kekerasan Seksual dalam Rumah Tangga Menurut KUHP Pasal 477. Hasil dari adanya pengabdian ini terlihat setelah masyarakat menjadi lebih paham akan dampak negatif bagi pelaku kekerasan seksual dalam rumah tangga, dan upaya perlawanan dalam hal terjadinya pemkasaan dalam rumah tangga. Dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tersebut membuat masyarakat di lingkungan Desa Panti lebih sadar hukum dan terbentuknya keluarga yang harmonis, sakinah, warahmah. Dan para kaum perempuan saat ini tidak lagi takut untuk melaporkan jika terjadi kekerasan dalam rumah tangganya sebab mereka tahu bagaimana solusi jika terjadi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Penting bagi pasangan suami istri saling memahami persoalan marital rape (perkosaan dalam rumah tangga) agar tidak timbul adanya ancaman hingga ketakutan bagi istri yang memicu terjadinya kekerasan rumah tangga.

Abstract

Menuntut ilmu wajib hukumnya bagi setiap manusia, terlebih pendidikan agama islam. Pendidikan agama merupakan disiplin ilmu yang memberikan wawasan tentang tata hidup dalam perspektif agama islam. Pendidikan agama islam dapat diperoleh dimana saja baik dikeluarga, disekolah maupun dimasyarakat. Pendidikan agama berperan penting bagi manusia sebagai bekal menuju kebahagiaan dunia akhirat. Selain itu, pendidikan agama juga menentukan maju atau mundurnya sebuah masyarakat dari berbagai sisi. Kemunduran sisi keagamaan di dusun Sumber Bendo disebkan oleh warga yang masih memegang budaya leluhur dan minimnya fasilitas keagamaan. Hal ini diperparah dengan hampir tidak adanya teladan dan lulusan pesantren. Kajian keagamaan ini bertujuan untuk mengajak para warga untuk belajar mendalami ilmu agama islam agar pendidikan agama islam semakin meningkat di dusun Sumber bendo. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini sebagai upaya peningkatan pendidikan agama islam difokuskan kepada para orangtua melalui kajian keagamaan pada acara rutinan malam kamis didusun Sumber Bendo desa Dorogowok. Kajian islam ini sangat efektif sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama di masyarakat dusun Sumber Bendo karena sesuai dengan karakter warganya.

Abstract

Islam prohibits women from leaving the house and dressing up during the iddah and ihdad periods, anticipating freedom of interaction which will lead to mafsadat. However, the reality in society is that social media is now used as a means of interaction that makes it easier for users not to leave the house. Addressing this issue, the author explores the thoughts of Sayyid Abu Bakar Utsman bin Muhammad Syatha’ ad-Dimyathi through his book I'anatutthilibin. This research uses qualitative methods (library research). With results 1. The law on using social media as a means of interaction is not permitted because it is equated with a prohibition on leaving the house. However, the law becomes permissible if there is something that is unlawful in its implementation. 2. In the context of this problem, Sayyid Abu Bakar Utsman bin Muhammad Syatha’ ad-Dimyathi opinion can be applied by looking at the flaws in being able to leave the house for the reason of prioritizing the benefit of human life.

Abstract

Dualisme aturan antara hukum negara dan hukum agama dalam proses pencatatan perkawinan khususnya di provinsi Satun yang terletak di bagian selatan Thailand. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Muslim dalam proses pendaftaran perkawinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pencatatan perkawinan, tingkat kesadaran, dan kepatuhan masyarakat Muslim di Satun terhadap pencatatan resmi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi sosiologi yuridis menggali data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan 10 informan yang berprofesi sebagai guru tokoh agama dan masyarakat setempat.  Temuan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap pencatatan resmi masih rendah, dan banyak yang merasa cukup dengan pencatatan di lembaga keagamaan saja. Diperlukan strategi edukasi dan integrasi sistem pencatatan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami dinamika sosial dan hukum keluarga Islam terkait praktik pencatatan pernikahan di komunitas Muslim, serta merekomendasikan kebijakan integratif guna perlindungan hak-hak masyarakat secara hukum dan sosial.

Abstract

This mentoring program aims to analyze the improvement of students’ ability in comprehending the legal verses of the Qur’an after participating in a mentoring program organized at the Qurany Islamic Boarding School. The mentoring was carried out for 3 months by implementing interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies and hands-on practice. The results demonstrated that the abilities in fluent recitation, translation, analyzing verse structures, grasping content, and application in daily worship increased significantly with the percentage of excellent grades reaching >90%. This success was influenced by the utilization of appropriate training methods, resource competencies, participant enthusiasm, and support from the Islamic boarding school. Through this successful mentoring, the students’ theoretical understanding and practical skills with regards to the application of the Qur’anic legal verses have become very adequate, enabling them to become pioneers in society.

Abstract

The educational program for religious moderation through Islamic arts and culture for Generation Z at MI Bahrul Ulum Gedongboyo, Turi, Lamongan aims to instill moderate, inclusive and tolerant Islamic values. Adopting a participatory action research (PAR) approach, this program integrates the concept of religious moderation into the curriculum through Islamic arts and culture. Implementation includes the development of learning modules, extracurricular activities, and integration into regular subjects. Results show a significant increase in students' understanding of religious moderation, positive changes in attitudes towards diversity, and the ability to express moderate Islamic values ??through works of art. Key challenges include the diversity of student backgrounds and limited resources. The success of the program opens up opportunities for development and replication in other Islamic educational institutions. A holistic approach that integrates cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects is the key to success. This program makes a significant contribution in forming a young generation of moderate and tolerant Muslims, as well as offering an innovative model in religious education to face the challenges of radicalism and intolerance

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding and practice of worship through the Sulam At-Taufiq book for students at Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School in Jombang. This activity focuses on assisting santri in understanding the text of the book and practicing thaharah and prayer correctly. The method used includes a comprehensive and interactive approach through seven stages: identification of needs, pre-test, program design, classical learning, selection of superior santri as companions, worship practices, and evaluation and follow-up. The results of the service showed a significant improvement in the ability of santri to read and understand the Sulam At-Taufiq book, including the ability to interpret, analyze in terms of Nahwu and Sharaf, and understand the meaning of its contents. The students also showed an increase in skills in the practice of thaharah and prayer according to Islamic law. Supporting factors for the success of the program are the high interest and enthusiasm of the santri, while time constraints are a limiting factor. This program succeeded in creating a sustainable mentoring system by empowering senior santri as mentors

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the Islamic character of tahfiz students through an intensive guidance programme based on Indonesia-Malaysia collaboration in Darul Falah Selangor. Islamic character education is a fundamental foundation in shaping a generation of quality huffaz, yet the challenge of integrating Quranic values into daily behaviour remains a major issue. This community service programme used a participatory action research approach involving 45 tahfiz students for six months. The implementation method included three stages: preparation with needs assessment, implementation of an intensive mentorship programme for four months, and ongoing evaluation. Results showed significant improvements on three dimensions of Islamic character: akhlaq towards Allah (89% increase in sunnah worship and 82% in recitation quality), akhlaq towards fellow humans (78% decrease in conflict and 85% increase in communication skills), and akhlaq towards the environment through the green pesantren initiative. The programme succeeded in increasing motivation to memorise by 91% with a 65% decrease in recitation errors and a 78% increase in memorisation fluency. An Indonesia-Malaysia collaboration resulted in an innovative mentoring model that combines local pesantren wisdom with modern technology. This programme proved to be effective in producing a generation of huffaz who excel in memorisation while having a strong Islamic character.
