Abstract

This study aims to design and implement interactive learning methods in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects, in particular, intellectual disability (tuna daksa) classes at SMA LK As Shofa Mojokerto, as well as analyze the effectiveness of these methods in improving students' understanding of PAI subject matter. The interactive methods applied include group discussions, role-playing, and demonstrations. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects are PAI teachers and students in a particular tuna daksa class at the high school. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the application of interactive learning methods can improve intellectually disabled students' understanding of Islamic religious subject matter. Students have become more active and enthusiastic in PAI learning activities. They also find it easier to understand the material through direct activities and role-playing so that their religious learning outcomes improve. This study contributes to the development of innovative and contextual PAI learning methods for students with intellectual disabilities in inclusive schools.

Abstract

Kitab ‘Uqūd al- Lijjain salah satu karya ulama’ nusantara yang mengatur keharmonisan rumahtangga. Kitab ini menjadi kajian bagi sataban ponok (santri) di Pesantren al- Ashoria di Channa, Songkhla, Thailand untuk mempelajari fiqh keluarga. Dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, tulisan ini menghasilkan Pertama, kitab‘Uqūd al- Lijjain digunakan di pesantren al- Anshoriyah Chana sebagai kajian dalam etika relasi suami-istri ala Imam Syafi’i, dengan metode pengajaran ceramah dan diskusi. Walaupun isi kitab ‘Uqūd al- Lijjain cenderung superioritas laki-laki atas perempuan, kitab ini masih menjadi rujukan untuk membangun keluarga sakīnah mawaddah wa rahmah bagi babo (kiai), nakrian (gus) dan sataban ponok di Pesantren al-Anshoriyah Chana, Songkhla, Thailand. Kedua, civitas pesantren al- Anshoriyah dalam memenej konflik keluarga merujuk kitab ‘Uqūd al- Lijjain dengan teori mu’āsyarah bi al-ma’rūf sebagai pedoman dalam membina rumah tangga, yakni diantara suami istri harus saling memahami hak dan kewajiban masing- masing sehingga akan terjadi rasa saling menghargai dan menghormati diantara keduanya.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan remaja di Desa Karangbayat Kecamatan Sumberbaru Kabupaten Jember tentang risiko pernikahan dini. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), dengan melibatkan siswa-siswi kelas 8-9 MTS Sunan Ampel dan MTS Nurul Huda melalui penyuluhan dan sosialisasi tentang risiko pernikahan dini. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kesadaran siswa-siswi dalam menunda pernikahan dan pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan. Pembahasan kegiatan ini adalah perlunya kolaborasi pemerintah desa, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat dalam upaya mencegah pernikahan dini di Desa Karangbayat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the competency development process of administrative staff at MTs Negeri 1 Jombang and its implications for improving the quality of educational services. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research involved in-depth interviews with madrasah principals, administrative staff, and educators, as well as participatory observation and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted interactively using the Miles and Huberman model. The research findings indicate that administrative staff competency development is implemented structurally through four competency standards: personality, social, technical, and managerial. Development strategies include routine training programs, competency-based performance evaluations, continuous supervision, and implementation of digital service systems through One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP). Despite challenges, particularly technology literacy gaps among staff, collaborative solutions through internal mentoring and adaptive training have proven effective in significantly enhancing administrative capacity. This research affirms that administrative staff are no longer merely support personnel, but essential actors in the success of madrasah management. Theoretically, this research extends the application of competency-based management and learning organisation models by positioning administrative staff as key subjects. In practice, these findings encourage madrasahs and similar educational institutions to design training programs that are better aligned with the real needs of administrative staff. Furthermore, this study makes a unique contribution to filling the literature gap on madrasah administrative management by providing an integrative model that connects digital transformation, competency-based development, and service quality improvement.
