Abstract

Better learning media can encourage students to think critically and focus on learning materials. This study aims to (1) find out how to develop poster learning media with the Pictorial Riddle method on the structure and function of plant tissue; (2) find out the validity of poster learning media with the Pictorial Riddle method on plant tissue structure and function; (3) find out the practicality Poster learning media using the Pictorial Riddle method on the structure and function of plant tissue; and (4) knowing the effectiveness of Poster learning media with the Pictorial Riddle method on the structure and function of plant tissue. This research method is development research (Research and Development) which refers to the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely: (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Implementation; and (5) Evaluation. Product development is tested through validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The subjects in this study were 26 students of class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sinjai. The research instrument was a media validation sheet to determine product validity data, student response questionnaires and educator response questionnaires to obtain product practicality data, as well as test items to obtain product effectiveness data. The results showed that the developed media had a level of validity, namely 3.78 (very valid), the level of practicality was based on an assessmentthe response of educators and students is 3.6 (very practical), and the test of student learning outcomes using poster learning media with the Pictorial Riddle method reaches 100% with an average value of 88 (very effective). So that the poster learning media with the pictorial riddle method is feasible to use because it has met the valid, practical, and effective criteria.

Abstract

Interactive learning media is needed so that students are motivated to learn and find information related to what they are learning. This research aims to 1) Know the learning outcomes of class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Kaluarrang taught by interactive learning media; 2) Know the learning outcames of class VIII students of MTs Muhammadiyah Kaluarrang who are taught without using interactive learning media; and 3) Know the effectiveness of using interactive learning media in class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Kaluarrang. In this quasi-experimental study, a non-equivalent control group was used. All eighth-grade Muhammadiyah Kaluarrang students participated in this study. The purposive sampling method was used to select the sample, which consisted of 22 people from class VIII A, the experimental class, and class VIII B, the control class. Observation sheets and a test of learning outcomes are the instruments used. The homogeneity test, the normality test, and the hypothesis testing were utilized in the descriptive and inferential analyses. Students' average scores for learning outcomes were 61.22 in the control class and 82.27 in the experimental class, according to the study's findings. The significance level that was established was tcount 0.000<0.05. Students who received instruction without the use of interactive learning media had significantly different learning outcomes than students who received instruction with interactive learning media. The implications of this research can be used as a reference and guide for the use of appropriate learning media for both online and offline learning in order to increase students' interest in and comprehension of learning activities.

Abstract

TikTok yang awalnya hanya digunakan sebagai platform hiburan, kini berkembang menjadi media edukatif yang menarik bagi kalangan muda termasuk mahasiswa. Melalui mata kuliah Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa Indonesia, mahasiswa diajak untuk menjadi content creator di media sosial TikTok sehingga konten-konten mereka lebih edukatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mendeskripsikan integrasi teknologi dan media sosial di era Vuca pada mata kuliah Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa di Prodi PBSI, FKIP, UNISSULA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah metode content creator aplikasi TikTok dengan objek penelitian adalah mata kuliah Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa. Data dikumpulkam dengan metode observasi dan dokumentasi serta analisis deskriptif dengan instrumen berupa catatan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Dengan demikian, melalui artikel ini dapat memberikan gambaran penggunaan metode content creator pada mata kuliah Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa Indonesia sebagai integrasi teknologi dan media sosial di era Vuca. Dari hasil penelitian, integrasi teknologi dan media sosial pada mata kuliah Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa dengan menggunakan metode content creator TikTok dapat diaplikasikan dengan baik dan berdampak positif, yaitu 1) melatih mahasiswa berpikir kritis dan kreatif, 2) dapat membuat konten-konten edukasi tentang bahasa Indonesia yang benar kepada masyarakat, dan 3) memanfaatkan teknologi dan media sosial secara bijak baik untuk kebutuhan perkuliahan maupun eksistensi diri.

Abstract

The research objectives are: to determine the learning outcomes of students who are taught with the use of SOLE learning model assisted by E-LKPD on the learning outcomes of students of digestive system material at SMPN 06 Mamuju, to determine the learning outcomes of students who are taught without the use of SOLE learning model assisted by E-LKPD on the learning outcomes of students of digestive system material at SMPN 06 Mamuju, to determine the effect of SOLE learning model assisted by E-LKPD on the learning outcomes of students of digestive system material at SMPN 06 Mamuju. Type of research Quasi Experiment with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Sample selection using purposive sampling in class VIII A as many as 20 people and class VIII B 20 people. The instruments used were learning outcome tests and observation sheets that had been validated. The results of the study were obtained by descriptive and inferential analysis. The learning outcomes of students in the experimental class with an average value of 82.25 were higher than the control class with an average value of 67.00. Hypothesis testing of learning outcomes shows titung 0.000 <0.05 so it is concluded that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students taught using the SOLE learning model assisted by E-LKPD and students taught without using the SOLE learning model assisted by E-LKPD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model learning cycle 7E berbantuan media smart box terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi sistem ekskresi kelas XI. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen semu (quasy eksperimental) menggunakan non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI berjumlah 300 peserta didik. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 66 peserta didik dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelas eksperimen (XI.3) dan kelas kontrol (XI.4), menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa 8 butir soal essay. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata skor kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik 82,00 pada kelas eksperimen dan 72,30 pada kelas kontrol. Analisis statistik inferensial diperoleh nilai sig. 0,001, menunjukan bahwa sig. ? = 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari model learning cycle 7E berbantuan media smart box terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a deep understanding of the implementation of the process approach in teaching writing short stories on students of PBSI FKIP Unissula. This study used a qualitative approach. Sources of data in this research is learning events to write a short story using a process approach. Research procedures used in this study is the planning, implementation, data analysis, and report writing. Data collection technique used is the technique of direct observation and document scrutiny. Data collection tool used is a field record sheets and documentation with regard to the learning process and learning outcomes. This research data analysis begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. Based on the results and discussion of this research can be concluded that the process approach can improve the skills of students to write short stories. This increase can be seen from both process and product. Learning to write by following the steps in the process approach can help lecturers provide variety and stimulation in a given assignments to write short stories. In the process of improvement can be seen from the learning process with the creative writing process approach in the activities of the students and the classroom situation in learning creative writing poetry, while in terms of products increase student skills to write short stories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan di PT.Madusari Nusaperdana Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan analisis datamenggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara SOP (X1) dan Penghargaan (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan (Y). Hasil perhitungan: 1) Didapat Pvalue (sign) < 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara SOP (X1) terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,383 atau 38,3%. 2) Didapat Pvalue (sign) < 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara Penghargaan (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,641 atau 64,1%. 3) Didapat Pvalue (sign) < 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara SOP (X1) dan Penghargaan (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,693 atau 69,3%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: secara bersamaan Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh dan Lingkungan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran menuntut perencanaan yang matang dan sistematis untuk menjamin tumbuh kembang potensi kognitif dan psikomotorik peserta didik. Salah satu langkah penting dalam perencanaan pembelajaran adalah identifikasi kebutuhan belajar, yang berfungsi untuk menemukan kesenjangan antara kondisi faktual dan tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep kebutuhan dalam pembelajaran, jenis-jenis kebutuhan, serta langkah-langkah sistematis dalam proses identifikasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pembelajaran mencakup enam jenis utama, yaitu: kebutuhan normatif, komparatif, yang dirasa, ekspresif, antisipatif, dan insiden kritis. Proses identifikasi kebutuhan dilakukan melalui tujuh langkah berkelanjutan, dimulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga penetapan prioritas tujuan pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menekankan bahwa identifikasi kebutuhan pembelajaran merupakan fondasi penting dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan peserta didik dan perubahan kurikulum.

Abstract

Biology learning in schools still uses conventional media such as textbooks and PowerPoint, which are less interesting for students. Abstract and dense materials, such as Kingdom Plantae, are often difficult to understand, thus inhibiting the effectiveness of learning. This condition indicates the need for the development of more innovative learning media that are in accordance with technological developments to help students understand the material more optimally. This study aims to develop website-based typography learning media on Kingdom Plantae material for grade X students that are valid, practical, and effective. This study is a research and development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Developmen, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product developed is a website-based typography learning media. To test the quality of the product, three stages of testing were carried out, namely validity testing by material and media experts, practicality testing by teachers and students, and effectiveness testing through student learning outcomes. The subjects of the trial in this study were 20 grade X students. The results of the study indicate that the website-based typography learning media developed by the media meets the criteria for being suitable for use in the learning process because it meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective. The implications of this study indicate that website-based typography learning media can be an innovative alternative that supports more interactive biology learning, makes it easier for teachers to deliver materials, and encourages students' learning independence.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a local wisdom-based writing e-module at the Sultan Agung Jepara Islamic Elementary School. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The first stage is needs analysis, followed by e-module design, module development, and elementary school student group trials. After that, evaluation and revision are carried out based on the input received. The results of the study indicate that the developed e-module is effective in improving the writing skills of elementary school students. The use of this e-module has also succeeded in increasing elementary school students' awareness of the importance of maintaining and preserving local wisdom in everyday life. The trial also showed an increase in the motivation of elementary school students in participating in writing learning, with higher enthusiasm. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the local wisdom-based writing e-module at Sultan Agung Jepara Islamic Elementary School can be an interesting and effective learning alternative, which not only improves the writing skills of elementary school students, but also introduces them to important local cultural values.
