Abstract

Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengurangi potensi pengangguran yang berasal dari lulusan SLTA di Provinsi Jawa Timur karena tidak memiliki life skill setelah lulus dari SLTA. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dikemas dalam bentuk Program SMA Double Track atau disebut SMA DT. Metode pelaksanaan program SMA DT dilaksanakan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: (a) seleksi peserta dan trainer, (b) pelaksanaan Training of Trainer (TOT), (c) pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan di sekolah masing-masing, (d) promosi produk/jasa hasil pelatihan, dan (e) pelaksanaan ujian keterampilan. Kontribusi pelaksanaan program SMA DT untuk Provinsi jawa Timur adalah (1) persentase kenaikan lapangan kerja di Jatim, (2) pertumbuhan wirausaha/UKM baru, (3) peningkatan kegiatan ekonomi berbasis pasar komunitas, (4) penurunan jumlah siswa yang menganggur, (5) peningkatan Indek Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan (6) kenaikan jumlah penghasilan. Kebaruan program SMA DT dibangun dengan beberapa platform aplikasi untuk mempertemukan kebutuhan keterampilan masa depan yang berbasis digital.

Abstract

Senior High School, hereinafter abbreviated as SMA, is a formal education unit that organizes general education. The problem experienced by high school in Pamekasan Regency is that there are still 25% of graduates from high school who do not continue their studies, so they become less productive because they do not have skills.To help solve problems for high school students who do not continue to need special skills, it is necessary to design and compile an effective and efficient training model that is able to help high school graduates enter the business world and industry. Based on the analysis of the potential of the Pamekasan region and the potential development of the business and industry, the most suitable training to be developed is robotics training. The stages of the training start from (1) the participant registration process, (2) the process of selecting participants, (3) pre-test, (4) conducting training (assembly and programming) robots, (5) post test and (6) results analysis. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the training for 14 (fourteen) hours resulted in the following progress reports: (enough = 13%), (good = 49%) and (very good = 38%). This means that the results of the community service program have provided excellent outcomes for the improvement of skills and skills for all high school students in Pamekasan Regency.

Abstract

Smooth access to ships and ports can reduce logistics costs, therefore transportation is seen as the lifeblood of the regional economy. The decrease in logistics costs (B_L) is a function of ship visits (Call) with available loading and unloading capacity (Q_bongkar), unloading performance (K_B/M) is the ability and efficiency of the use of loading and unloading labor (TKBM) at the port including loading and unloading equipment. loading at a port in an area, the efficiency of logisticBL logistics transport costs can improve the transportation performance of the archipelago and this condition will have a derivative impact on the purchasing power of the people in the islands. The results of the study obtained parameters 0 = -1.102, 1 = 0.001046, 2 = 0.00005, 4 = + 08970, 4 = 0.000000 where the increase in logistics costs can affect Call, Q_bongkar, Performance_B/M, GRDP_unggulan, if B_L increases by 1% will have an impact also for all existing parameters. if performance_B/M = + 08970. then B_L has a fairly good correlation with improved loading and unloading performance at the port and has a significant effect on cargo which has a strong impact on price declines in encouraging purchasing power and economic growth

Abstract

Violation of the law at sea is one indicator to measure the security level of a country. To maintain security stability at sea in Indonesia, the Government needs to forecast the number of violations of the law at sea to determine the next policy. Forecasting is a picture of events that will occur in the future. The method used to predict law violations in the Indonesian seas is the Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) Hold-Winters, the TES method is a pretty good forecasting method for long-term, medium-term and short-term forecasting. The processed data is data on law violations in the Indonesian seas from 1996 to 2019 from the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency. The results obtained from this study are the results of the analysis of the level of accuracy of the MAD, MSE, MAPE, MSE and RMSE data to find the smallest error value. The results of the study have predicted the number of law violations at sea in Indonesia in the next five years will decrease with forecasting values ​​(94 86 79 71 61) with a constant value of alpha = 0.9, beta = 0.2, and theta = 0.1 and the average value absolute percentage error (MAPE = 3,%) and mean root error value (RMSE = 6.38). The contribution of this research can be considered by Bakamla to set up a joint operations strategy with other institutions that have legal authority in the Indonesian seas.

Abstract

Indonesia is an island nation consisting of 17,504 islands and has 81,290 kilometers of coast. Indonesia has 12 (twelve) law enforcement agencies at sea, the twelve institutions have carried out their duties and functions, but have not synergized, so that sea security is not only influenced by the number of institutions, but is influenced by many factors, namely: Political and legal factors, economic factors, security and security factors, socio-cultural factors, environmental factors, technological factors, so that Indonesia needs a marine security model to determine the factors that most influence Indonesian sea security using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP Method). For program calculations we use web programming. Research results: [1] Defense and security = 0.40, [2] Politics and law = 0.22, [3] Technology = 0.14, [4] Environment = 0.09, [5] Economics = 0, 06, [6] Social culture = 0.06. The sub-factor criteria that most influence each factor are as follows: [1] Defense and security = Expenditures (0.28), [2] Politics and law = Division of zones of sea areas (0.37), [3] Technology = Cyber ​​Attack (0.52), [4] Environment = Geographical condition of the disaster zone (0.44), nn [5] Economy = Indonesian economic growth (0.30), [6] Social culture = Maritime cultural awareness (0 , 44). So the factors and sub-factors that most influence on Indonesia's sea security are defense and security factors with the national defense expenditure expenditure sub-factor.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran untuk matakuliah Praktikum Sistem Basis Data yang tepat untuk mahasiswa prodi Sistem Informasi Fakultas Teknik UIM di masa pandemi ini sangat diharapkan memberikan motivasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan kemampuan merancang basis data dan menerapkan kerjasama antar mahasiswa. Model pembelajaran SSCS (Search, Solve, Create and Share) adalah salah satu model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk mengatasi kendala pemahaman mahasiswa terkait materi praktikum yang disampaikan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa melalui kemampuan merancang basis data dan kerjasama antar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang merupakan metode penelitian yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan untuk mengetahui masalah – masalah di dalam proses perkuliahan di kelas. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran SSCS didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I hingga siklus II. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan strategi untuk dosen dalam mencari solusi permasalahan yang ada di kelas pada saat proses perkuliahan terutama mata kuliah yang menyertakan praktikum.

Abstract

Pesan digital menggunakan layanan jaringan internet dapat menimbulkan bahaya dan berpotensi dimanfaatkan oleh pihak lain yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Hal ini dapat memicu pihak lain dengan mudah dapat mengambil, mendistribusikan dan mengubah atau memodifikasi isi dari pesan digital tersebut. Kondisi ini berbahaya jika pesan yang dikirim merupakan pesan yang sangat penting dan rahasia sehingga pengamanan pesan dengan berbagai metode perlu dilakukan agar pesan digital dapat terjaga keaslian dan keamanannya. Metode LSB (Least Significant Bit) dikombinasikan dengan algoritma Cipher Caesar dapat mempengaruhi pengolahan citra digital (image processing) dalam implementasi sistemnya sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengamanan pesan digital. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisa pertama dengan objek sama dan pesan sama, analisa kedua dengan objek sama dan pesan beda, analisa ketiga dengan objek beda dan pesan sama, dan analisa keempat dengan objek beda dan pesan beda. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan telah terjadi perubahan beberapa nilai rata-rata yaitu warna R (red) pada piksel citra digital tersebut, tetapi citra yang disisipkan beberapa pesan tidak terlihat secara kasat mata, sehingga pesan teks yang telah disisipkan sulit dideteksi. Kombinasi metode Cipher Caesar dan Least Significant Bit telah berhasil diimplementasikan untuk tujuan Steganografi sebagai proses keamanan data.Kata Kunci : Cipher Caesar, Least Significant Bit (LSB), Steganografi

Abstract

Indonesia has several institutions to maintain maritime defense and security, but maritime security is not only determined by the number of authorized agencies but by many factors. This study aims to assess the factors and sub-factors that affect Indonesian maritime security. To achieve the research objectives, the method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with six factors and twenty-nine sub-factors. The process of collecting data through questionnaires and interviews with several experts, the results of the questionnaire were taken with a Geometric Average, after which it was calculated according to the stages of the AHP method. The findings of this study produce priority factors that affect maritime security, first are defense and security factors (0.37), second is political and legal factors (0.24), third is economic factors (0.16), fourth are technological factors (0.11), fifth are social and cultural factors (0.07) and sixth are environmental factors (0.04). The contribution of this research is a consideration for the Government to determine policies towards improving maritime security in Indonesia.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Determining, Maritime Security

Abstract

Seluruh dunia saat ini sedang mengalami pandemi yang disebut Novel Coronavirus 19 (2019-nCOv). Hingga saat ini, belum ada yang bisa memastikan kapan pandemi COVID-19 ini akan berakhir. Virus yang memiliki laju penyebaran sangat cepat ini telah menyebar ke 203 negara, termasuk Indonesia dan Malaysia. Indonesia adalah negara berpenduduk muslim terbesar di dunia. Saat merayakan salah satu hari raya Idul Fitri, Indonesia memiliki budaya mudik untuk bertemu dengan keluarga masing-masing. Salah satu alternatif pilihan untuk pulang adalah dengan menggunakan transportasi umum. Untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang penyebaran virus ini, kami mengusulkan studi berupa visualisasi data penyebaran COVID-19 di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Untuk melakukan ini, pertama-tama perlu untuk mengintegrasikan data pada data COVID-19 saat ini menggunakan Python. Matplotlib dan pandas adalah metode untuk membuat visualisasi data lebih interaktif, mudah dibaca, dan mudah dianalisa. Visualisasi yang dilakukan adalah mengubah data tabel yang kaku menjadi bentuk grafik, diagram, dan sebagainya yang mampu memperlihatkan perubahan dan perbedaan data menjadi lebih jelas. Alhasil, tampilan data hasil analisis biasa menjadi lebih cantik dengan visual yang baik menggunakan matplotlib dan pandas, dari hasil pengujian terlihat jelas penyebaran covid 19 yang paling signifikan adalah Indonesia, dimana sejak hari ke 65 melonjak.Kata kunci: Covid19, Matplotlib, Python, Visualisasi

Abstract

Abstract- SMA /MA Double Track is a high school that carries out regular KBM (Teaching and Learning Activities) activities and organizes skills training activities side by side by utilizing local wisdom. The large number of participants in the SMA / MA Double Track program caused the East Java Provincial Education Office to have difficulty in determining the independence of participants. This is due to the absence of a method used to classify the independence of high school / MA Double Track students. Therefore, in this study tried to do a classification of student independence in SMA / MA Double Track. The method used is the Naive Bayes Classifier method because the Naive Bayes Classifier method is able to carry out the double track SMA / MA independence classification process with a good level of accuracy. The data set used was 40 data, with details of 30 training data and 10 test data, the input feature used consisted of six features, including (C1) making products, (C2) selling products, (C3) having a product catalog, (C4) having an online store, (C5) creating marketing media and (C6) sales transaction data, while for labels or outputs consisting of one feature, namely status. The results of the classification using the Naive Bayes Classifier method have an accuracy of 70%, from 10 test data there are 7 correct prediction data and 3 incorrect data. The research contribution is able to help the East Java Provincial Education Office map participants of the SMA / MA Double Track program who are independent (work or entrepreneurship) so that they are able to plan policies for next year.
