Abstract

In essence, the principal has the responsibility to improve the work program. In its development, not all aspects are in accordance with what is expected. Principals must have good performance experience in improving the innovations that will be developed. This research aims to find out efforts to improve performance with various innovations made by school principals. Thus, this research uses quantitative methods by conducting an in-depth review through the use of whatsApp applications. The results that researchers get from the research conducted are researchers can find out what innovations are made by school principals to improve the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah for students. From the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that, the efforts of innovation made by the principal to improve performance are good, but it is hoped that a review will be carried out to the government in order to maximize the performance expected by the principal of the teachers, students in the school, because if seen at this time the principal only gets information from each homeroom teacher, by conducting the review, the principal will know what is needed or needed by the school to make the school even superior. The limitation of this research is that researchers do not make a detailed description of what innovations will be made by the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to measure existing progress, therefore further researchers can conduct more detailed research. In order to obtain more maximum innovation or new movements.

Abstract

This research explores vocational curriculum management for student entrepreneurship at SMKS Ulumuddin, Lhokseumawe, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The study delves into curriculum planning, organization, and implementation for student entrepreneurship. Findings reveal the formulation of the school's vision, mission, objectives, tailored implementation plans, and the establishment of a curriculum development team and competence assessment team. The vocational curriculum focuses on meeting students' skill development needs, utilizing practical activities, teaching factory methods, and scheduled work experiences. Evaluation occurs at micro and macro-levels, assessing students' competence with input from stakeholders and external assessors. The head of the school is supported by senior teachers in continuous curriculum development evaluation. The study also highlights the formation of students' entrepreneurial character, achieved through integrating productive subjects, creative entrepreneurial products, PSG implementation, and student immersion in designated areas. Additionally, the research identifies obstacles and supporting factors impacting the vocational curriculum's success, including human resources, teaching methods, facilities, and understanding of industry and entrepreneurship. Overall, the study provides valuable insights into vocational curriculum management, offering guidance on how to foster entrepreneurial skills among students effectively.

Abstract

The primary responsibility of school supervisors in general is to supervise in the managerial and academic fields. The role of school administrators is critical in overcoming problems, particularly in increasing teacher professionalism and adapting to technological advances and changing times. Teacher professionalism refers to the necessary competencies, which include pedagogic competence, personal competence, professional competence, and social competence. In today's globalized world, school administrators are faced with roles that require more skills in terms of school construction. The following are the goals of this study: Describe the supervisory role of teacher professionalism at the Ananda Pante Raya Integrated Islamic Kindergarten in the Wih Pesam sub-district of the Bener Meriah district. 2) Describe how IHT was implemented at Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten in the Wih Pesam. This is a qualitative study that takes a descriptive approach and employs case study analysis. The findings of the study are as follows: 1). School supervisors are capable of carrying out their roles effectively in Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, which includes the role of school supervisors as trainers, coaches, mentors, innovators, motivators, facilitators, and motivators. As the supervisor of the Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, he has been able to invest in improving teacher professionalism as a resource, coworker, and relation. 2) The Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten's in-house training activities have an effect on changes in good character, changes in the social field, personal changes, pedagogical changes, and changes in professional competence. This in-house training activity was developed through discussions with school supervisors, principals, and teachers.

Abstract

In the contemporary era of globalization, the supervision of education plays a pivotal role in shaping competent individuals capable of navigating the complexities of modern life while upholding Islamic principles. This study delves into the essence of educational supervision within the framework of an integrated Islamic educational institution, aiming to prepare a generation of scholars adept in both worldly affairs and spiritual pursuits. By elucidating the core objectives and methodologies outlined by Dayah Terpadu Al-Muslimun, this research investigates how a comprehensive curriculum, blending modern and Salafi pedagogies, nurtures graduates who embody holistic Islamic values. The study reveals that through a curriculum rooted in Islamic principles and supplemented by the national religious curriculum, students develop a strong foundation in faith, knowledge, and ethics, alongside proficiency in Arabic, English, technology, and organizational skills. The findings underscore the significance of a balanced education that harmonizes religious teachings with contemporary knowledge, fostering individuals who are not only intellectually astute but also morally upright. In conclusion, this research advocates for educational supervision strategies that prioritize the cultivation of well-rounded individuals capable of contributing positively to both the Muslim community and global society

Abstract

The improvement of teaching and learning quality at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Aceh Utara is an urgent need to strengthen the Islamic education system. In this context, the implementation of formative supervision strategy becomes the main focus in enhancing the effectiveness of learning. This research aims to analyze the impact of implementing formative supervision strategy on the quality of teaching and learning at the madrasah. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were obtained through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and educational staff, as well as analysis of curriculum-related documents and learning evaluations. The results show that formative supervision is effective in improving the quality of teaching and learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Aceh Utara. With formative supervision, teachers can receive constructive feedback, support in competency development, and enhance student engagement in the learning process. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced in implementing formative supervision, including the availability of adequate resources and managerial support. Therefore, recommendations are provided to enhance teacher training in formative supervision, improve collaboration between management and educational staff, and strengthen educational infrastructure to support sustainable implementation

Abstract

Strategi kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah yang meliputi kemampuan merencanakan, mengorganisasi, mengkoordinasikan, mengontrol, serta mampu memanfaatkan sumber daya sekolah secara maksimal turut berperan dalam memberdayakan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan. Informasi dikumpulkan lewat referensi yang relevan buat dianalisis semacam mengumpulkan informasi dengan mengenali wacana dari bermacam rujukan semacam buku-buku, makalah ataupun postingan, jurnal, internet (website) ataupun informasi lain berbentuk data, majalah serta lain sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan strategi kompetensi manajerial dan supervisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan profesional guru. Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru yang dilaksanakan secara terpadu antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi pendidikan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai. Dengan demikian, strategi tersebut akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara keseluruhanperlu adanya komitmen bersama antara kepala sekolah dan guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi masing-masing secara profesional demi peningkatan mutu pendidikan. kinerja guru sangat menentukan dalam kualitas hasil pendidikan, karena guru merupakan pihak yang paling banyak bersentuhan langsung dengan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the distributive supervision model in increasing teacher professionalism at MTs Al-Muslim. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used in this research to explore an in-depth understanding of the implementation of distributive supervision in madrasas. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and school principals, as well as documentation studies. The research results show that the application of distributive supervision improves the quality of teacher teaching through collaboration and joint reflection. Teacher participation in professional development activities also increased significantly from 50% to 80%, and the positive impact on teachers' emotional well-being was seen through increased self-confidence and motivation in teaching. This research also found that the distributive supervision carried out at MTs Al-Muslim strengthens Islamic values, such as syura (deliberation) and ta'awun (cooperation) which are the basis for managing education in madrasas. This model contributes to innovation by integrating Islamic values ​​in educational supervision. Suggestions put forward for school management include adapting flexible supervision schedules, training for mentors, and supporting educational policies to support wider implementation of this model in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap Program Gerakan Literasi di MIN 6 Aceh Utara. Program Gerakan Literasi Madrasah (GLM) merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengakses, memahami, dan menggunakan informasi secara cerdas melalui kegiatan membaca, melihat, menyimak, menulis, dan berbicara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mendukung program GLM di MIN 6 Aceh Utara, memahami pelaksanaan program GLM, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia terkait program tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam program GLM di MIN 6 Aceh Utara dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama: perencanaan, pengadaan, dan pengembangan. 2). Program GLM sendiri dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan: tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap pembelajaran. 3). Kendala yang dihadapi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap program GLM meliputi faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal mencakup masalah siswa, sarana dan prasarana, serta keterbatasan dana. Faktor eksternal yang menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan literasi baca tulis siswa antara lain kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua, masyarakat, dan pemerintah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa keberhasilan program GLM sangat bergantung pada komitmen dan kerjasama antara berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk guru, siswa, orang tua, dan pihak manajemen sekolah. Pengembangan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan dan workshop secara berkelanjutan juga diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program literasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mengatasi hambatan dan meningkatkan kualitas literasi di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital-based madrasa management on the quality of graduates at MAN Insan Cendekia Aceh Timur. The importance of applying technology in educational management to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process, which in turn affects the quality of graduates, is the main focus of this research. The study explores how digital-based madrasa management can enhance the quality of planning, organizing, implementation, and control within the school. A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis was used in this research. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the school principal, teachers, and administrative staff as key informants. The findings show that in planning, the use of technology helps in developing a more structured curriculum and learning plans. In organizing, digitalization facilitates communication and task distribution. In implementation, digital applications support more interactive and efficient learning. Meanwhile, control through digital systems allows real-time monitoring of student and teacher performance, which influences the improvement of graduate quality. This study concludes that digital-based management contributes significantly to the enhancement of graduate quality at MAN Insan Cendekia Aceh Timur.

Abstract

Pendidik merupakan fasilitator penggerak berjalannya proses pembelajaran. Agar tugas pendidik terlaksana dengan baik, maka seorang pendidik harus bisa menguasai berbagai kompetensi. Ada 4 kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru yaitu, kompetensi pedagogik kepribadian, sosial, dan professional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi guru PAI dalam mengaplikasikan multimedia pada pembelajaran PAI di MIN 3 kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dan berlokasi di MIN 3 kota Lhokseumawe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI di MIN 3 kota Lhokseumawe memiliki kompetensi profesional yang sangat baik dan kompetensi pedagogik yang baik dalam merancang pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia baik itu berupa audio, vidio dan lain sebagainya. Guru PAI di MIN 3 kota Lhokseumawe telah mengaplikasikan multimedia dalam proses pembelajaran, namun belum maksimal karena kurangnya kreativitas dan inovasi guru dalam memanfaatkan multimedia. Salah satunya faktor penyebabnya adalah karena usia.Kata kunci: Kompetensi guru, Multimedia, Pembelajaran PAI
