Bahasa merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan komunikasi. Dengan adanya bahasa segala kerjasama dan rencana dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Untuk mempermudah masyarakat Indonesia berkomunikasi, bahasa Indonesia dijadikan sebagai bahasa negara. Artikel ini membahas proses pembinaan dan pengembangan bahasa pada anak-anak yang putus sekolah di area Bantaran Sungai Tirta Je'neberang Tompobalang.

This article aims to identify the construction of women in the short story collection Parade that Never Ends. This research uses Naomi Wolf's liberal feminist theory. Descriptive qualitative methods were used to analyze the data in this research. Data was collected using documentation techniques, namely listening and taking notes. This research found four forms of construction of women in the short story collection Parade yang Tak Pernah Usai, namely women are identified based on their identity, women are better off being perfect and helpless, women never choose to act aggressively and women are household angels which are found in 5 short stories.Keywords: women’s construction, liberal feminismABSTRAKArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi konstruksi perempuan dalam kumpulan cerpen “Parade yang Tak Pernah Usai.” Penelitian ini menggunakan teori feminisme liberal Naomi Wolf. Metode kualitaitf deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, yakni simak dan catat. Penelitian ini menemukan empat bentuk konstruksi perempuan dalam kumpulan cerpen Parade yang Tak Pernah Usai, yakni perempuan diidentifkasi berdasarkan jati diri, perempuan lebih baik sempurna tanpa daya, perempuan tak pernah memilih bertindak agresif dan perempuan adalah bidadari rumah tangga yang terdapat dalam 5 cerpen.Keywords: konstruksi perempuan, feminisme liberal

Abstrak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus penelitian mencakup tipologi teks oposisi dan hubungan teks oposisi dengan teks sosial budaya dan sejarah dalam novel Lauk Daun karya Hartari dengan kajian teori Intertekstual Julia Kristeva. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pandemi telah menjadi sumber inspirasi pengarang yang mempengaruhi tema dan sebagai latar belakang yang mempengaruhi suasana dan plot karya sastra. Dalam novel Lauk Daun ditemukan adanya oposisi atau pertentangan dari satu orang atau kelompok dengan yang lain pada novel Lauk Daun. Pertentangan-pertengan tersebut di antaranya: (1) pandemi dan kebebasan, (2) kekuasaan dan kepemimpinan, (3) kelas sosial, (4) Penguasa (pemerintah) dan rakyat. Oposisi tersebut menimbulkan dampak yang berujung pada legitimasi dan desakralisasi konsep kekuasaan. Kata Kunci: Novel; intertekstual; konsep kekuasaan.

This study aims to explore the aspects of environmental education in the novel Dari Rahim Ombak by Tison Sahabuddin Bungin. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive data description. The data source is the novel Dari Rahim Ombak. The data collection technique is a literature study by examining the content of environmental education values. In addition, the researcher read the novel to identify elements of the environmental education theme, and noted and quoted words, sentences, and paragraphs that describe the concept. The data analysis technique refers to an interactive analysis model that involves three main stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that there are four aspects of environmental education, namely, an attitude of responsibility, an attitude of solidarity, an attitude of respect for nature, and environmental preservation. The findings show that the more dominant data is an attitude of solidarity towards nature. This proves that the novel Dari Rahim Ombak reveals that although Bungin Island has a majority of people as fish bombers, there are still some figures who care about the preservation of the sea and coral reefs. This study contributes as teaching materials in high schools and universities. This research can be used as teaching material by designing a module or teaching material based on the analysis of the novel Dari Rahim Ombak which links the theme of environmental education, then taught through discussions, text analysis assignments, and environmental awareness-based projects in high school and college classes. This research can also be the basis for government policy in suppressing the circulation of fish bombing actions.

Differences in Viewer Responses of Men and Women to the Story of the Film Kite Drops. This study aims to describe the responses and factors that cause differences in the responses of male and female viewers to the story of the film Layangan Putus. Data collection was carried out using literature study techniques and questionnaires using the response perspective theory of Hans Robert Jauss. The results of the study show that: (1) the responses of men, especially those who already have a partner or wife, describe more of their complaints because their partners or wives become more suspicious; (2) the responses of female viewers, especially those who are not yet married, describe more caution because they are careful in choosing a partner; and (3) the cause of differences in the responses of male and female viewers is that the horizons of expectations that each man and woman have are different, making it possible for the difference in acceptance of the film Layang Disconnect.

Division and Alienation of Indigenous Communities in A Collection Short Story “Semua Untuk Hindia” by Iksaka Banu. This study aims to describe the impact of racial ethnocentrism the form of division and alienation on indigenous peoples in a collection of short stories Semua untuk Hindia by Iksaka Banu. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of research data were obtained from a collection of short stories, Semua untuk Hindia by Iksaka Banu. Data collection is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study reveal the impact of racial ethnocentrism in a collection of short stories including division, in which indigenous people are grouped according to the standards applied by Europeans. Next is alienation, which is indicated by the alienation due to cultural and racial disparities between Europeans and the natives.

Hypograms in Sajak Liar Poetry on Social Media Instagram: Overview of Rifaterre Semiotics. This study aims to describe the data that includes the potential and actual hypograms, in other words, to describe the origin of the texts in several poems in the Sajak Liar poetry account. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research on Sajak Liar poetry show that there are several circumstances behind the writing of the selected work as well as different implications of several lines of several poems that show actual evidence of the poetry. This study aims to describe the form of code contained in Toraja folklore comics using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study state that there are five code systems in Toraja folklore comics. The gnomic code states several cultural codes found in the Toraja tribe, the hermeneutic code states the problem solving performed by the characters in the story, the semik code states that the characters in comics give masculine attitudes in dealing with problems, the symbolic code states problem solving according to their respective cultures, while the pro-aetic code states attitudes that imply human behavior, both positive and negative attitudes.

This research aims to describe the forms of sarcasm in the Twitter comment column @rachelvennya. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive using Stylistics theory. The data source in this research is written information found in the Twitter comments column @rachelvennya which has (182,360 thousand) followers. This research found that in the social media Twitter @rachelvennya, there are various forms of sarcasm, including, (1) nature sarcasm, (2) action sarcasm, (3) action result sarcasm, (4) appeal sarcasm, and (5) sarcasm. The research results show that there is a pattern of criticism of Rachel's actions, especially in cases of controversy. Netizens use various forms of sarcasm to satirize and criticize actions they deem inappropriate.
