Abstract

This research was motivated by the low performance of lecturers at Private Islamic Religious Universities in Metro City, Lampung, with indicators of minimal scientific publications, lack of interest in community service activities, and lack of commitment to research. These problems include ineffective visionary leadership, an inadequate compensation system, and lecturers' achievement motivation that is not aligned with their main duties. This research aims to determine the effect of visionary leadership and compensation on the performance of lecturers with achievement motivation as an intervening variable at Private Islamic Religious Universities in Metro Lampung City. This research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques and uses survey methods. The research results show: First, visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation. Second, compensation has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation. Third, visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. Fourth, compensation has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. Fifth, achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. Sixth, visionary leadership is positive and significant for lecturer performance through achievement motivation. Seventh, compensation has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance through achievement motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh menurunnya karakter dan kebiasaan disiplin dikalangan para santri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendeskripsikan Upaya mudarris Al-Qur’an dalam membentuk santri yang berkarakter disiplin. (2) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung upaya mudarris Al-Qur’an dalam membentuk santri berkarakter disiplin. (3) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat upaya mudarris Al-Qur’an dalam membentuk santri berkarakter disiplin. (4) untuk mengetahui solusi terhadap faktor-faktor penghambat upaya mudarris Al-Qur’an dalam membentuk santri berkarakter disiplin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu sebagai berikut: Pertama, upaya mudarris Al-Qur’an dalam membentuk santri berkarakter disiplin pada kelas VII Pondok Pesantren Al-Uzlah yaitu: (a) memberikan saran dan nasihat; (b) memberikan teguran; (c) membuat peraturan kedisiplinan; (d) memantau kegiatan santri; (e) membuat perjanjian dengan wali santri. Kedua, faktor pendukungnya adalah (a) kebijakan peraturan; (b) Tata tertib pesantren; (c) Dekat pantauan mudarris; dan (d) sarana yang memadai. Ketiga, faktor penghambatnya adalah (a) tidak tertempelnya peraturan pesantren disetiap tempat; (b) pengaruh lingkungan masyarakt; dan (c) tidak ada pengganti mudarris ketika berhalangan hadir. Keempat, solusi terhadap faktor penghambat adalah (a) menempelkan peraturan dan tat tertib pesantren disetiap tempat; (b) mudarris mengingatkan pentingnya berkarakter disiplin; dan (c) menyamakan jadwal kegiatan santri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya anak dhuafa dan yatim yang kurang memerhatikan tentang pentingnya pendidikan anak meraih prestasi khususnya di bidang Al-Qur’an. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi anak muslim di Pondok Penyantunan Yatamasakin Bogor dalam belajar agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara informan kunci, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sebaliknya, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif interpretatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, memberikan gambaran umum keadaan pondok. Kedua, peran guru memotivasi santri. ketiga, faktor-faktor pendukung yaitu motivasi internal yang berpengaruh terhadap santri, manajemen waktu yang tepat, menerapkan nilai Adab terhadap Al-Qur’an, mengulang-ulang membaca Al-Qur’an, lingkungan yang sejuk dan nyaman. Keempat, faktor penghambat antara lain: Kemampuan yang berbeda-beda, pengaruh teman, rasa jenuh, Kelima, solusinya antara lain: menambah belajar, memberikan motivasi dan membangun kesadaran diri.

Abstract

Pentingnya Al-Qur’an sebagai wahyu Ilahi yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW melalui malaikat Jibril dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Langkah pertama untuk memahami sepenuhnya pelajaran Al-Qur'an adalah dengan mengingat kata-katanya. Penekanan utama penelitian adalah bagaimana Pondok Pesantren Alam Tahfiz Al-Fatih Tajur Halang Kabupaten Bogor melaksanakan hafalan Al-Qur’an. Metodologi kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan data dengan cara pencatatan dokumen, wawancara subjek, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan target minimal hafalan adalah 15 juz dalam 3 tahun, dapat disesuaikan dengan kesepakatan. Pembelajaran hafalan Al-Qur'an rutin dilaksanakan setelah shalat subuh, ashar, dan isya dengan persiapan, setoran hafalan, dan evaluasi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses hafalan meliputi santri, guru, orangtua, lingkungan pesantren, dan faktor eksternal. Kesimpulannya, implementasi pembelajaran hafalan Al-Qur'an di Pondok Pesantren Alam Tahfiz Al-Fatih Tajur Halang, Kabupaten Bogor, telah berjalan baik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan metode pengajaran.

Abstract

The transformation of Qur'an interpretation in the digital age has significantly changed the landscape of Islamic knowledge, where access to interpretation is no longer limited to classical literature and formal institutions, but rather extends through digital platforms such as apps, social media, and artificial intelligence. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the transformation of Qur'an interpretation in the digital era by highlighting the tension and synergy between traditional approaches and contemporary innovations. The methods used are a descriptive qualitative approach through literature studies, digital observation of various popular platforms, and content analysis to understand the influence of technology on users' religious understanding. The results of the study show that digitalization has a positive impact in the form of democratization of knowledge and the expansion of the accessibility of Islamic literature that is more practical and inclusive for a wide audience. However, this phenomenon also presents serious challenges in the form of a shift of religious authority from sanad-based legitimacy to algorithmic validation, the risk of simplification of meaning, and the potential spread of invalid interpretations. Evaluation of automated systems (AI) even shows a low consistency limitation compared to the decisions of scholars. This study concludes the importance of harmonious integration between authentic traditional methods and modern technology, as well as the need to strengthen Islamic digital literacy and the active role of religious institutions to maintain the authenticity of interpretation in cyberspace.   Keywords: Tafsir Al-Qur'an, Digital Era, Islamic Tradition, Innovation, Islamic Literacy.
