Abstract

To increase fishery products, it is done empowerment for pond farmers. The Implementation of Government Strategies in Empowering Tambak Farmer Groups in Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency is inseparable from obstacles. The problems in implementing the program strategy are, firstly, the lack of number of Field Fishery Extension Officers (PPL) in empowering groups of pond farmers so that they are less effective in carrying out their duties. Second, the human resources of the pond farmers are very minimal, this is because the human resources of the pond farmers are primary and junior high school farmers. There are also some pond farmers who are apathetic in groups and have limited time in empowering pond farmer groups. This study aims to analyze the Government's Strategy for Empowerment of Tambak Farmers Groups in Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The technique of analyzing data is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Government's Strategy in Empowerment of Tambak Farmers Groups in Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency is not yet optimal. It is indicated by the lack of fulfillment of indicators in the strategy process according to the strategy process according to AkxKootenx in Salususx (2006: 104-105), namely indicators of organizational strategy, program strategy, support strategies, resources and strategies. institutional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Government's Role in Empowering Persons with Social Welfare with Disabilities (a case study at UPT Social Rehabilitation Bina Daksa Pasuruan Regency). The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out with data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research here show that the Government's Role in Empowering Persons with Social Welfare with Disabilities (a case study at the UPT Social Rehabilitation Bina Daksa Pasuruan Regency) is: the role as a stabilizer by socializing and providing counseling to the community and parents of people with disabilities about empowering people with disabilities. The role of the government as an innovator by providing information to the public and families of people with disabilities UPT Social Rehabilitation Bina Daksa using print media.

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the CSR Program for Community Social Welfare can be said to be in accordance with the conditions in the field. The target group is one of the foundations caring for children with special needs and the foundation for fostering disabled children in Surabaya. And the supporting factors of this application are the community and the agency, while the inhibiting factor of this application is the frequent shortage of crew when implementing CSR programs. company power. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the implementation of CSR programs for the welfare of the target group. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation and literature review. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. The informants in this research are Tax & CSR Division, Assistant Manager of Public Relations, Peduli Kasih Foundation for Children with Special Needs, YPAC. The analysis technique of this research is qualitative. Abstract

The Gresik Environmental Service's partnership with NGOs ECOTON and ASBAG which focuses on waste management in environmental management. This study aims to determine the partnership between the Government, NGOs, PKK, the community in waste management and the obstacles. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling and data collection techniques, namely through the methods of observation, interviews and document analysis. This research focuses on equity, transparency, mutual benefit. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model in Sugiyono (2014: 246), namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze Transmission in the Implementation of the E-Registation Program as an Effort to Ease the Registration of Taxpayer Identification Numbers with a case study of the Lamongan Pratama Tax Service office or KPP Pratama Lamongan. The research method is descriptive qualitative method with interview, observation and documentation technique with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the communication variable at the point of transmission of socialization has been carried out by KPP Pratama Lamongan through social media managed by KPP Pratama Lamongan but socialization on social media cannot reach all levels of society and at the point of clarity of online registration if the process has been completed. After completion, KPP Pratama Lamongan will send a physical TIN card using a third party, namely an expedition, but there is uncertainty about the time of receiving a physical TIN card or not receiving a TIN due to unclear delivery addresses and many villages in Dilamongan have multiple RTs in their gangs so that couriers have difficulty sending deliveries. package.

Abstract

This research is based on the background of a pandemic that has caused a drastic decline in the community's economy, this of course has an impact on many sectors. Community empowerment is a development capital with people's roots and is an effort to increase the dignity of some of our people who are trapped in poverty. This study aims to describe community empowerment through the COVID-19 response program at the Sidoarjo Regency Job Training Center and the obstacles faced in community empowerment through the COVID-19 response program at the Sidoarjo Regency Job Training Center. Qualitative descriptive research method, where data collection techniques are carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were employees of the Sidoarjo Regency BLK and training participants at the Sidoarjo Regency BLK. At the capacity stage, namely the type of competency-based training provided by BLK Sidoarjo in the COVID-19 response program, it consisted of two trainings, namely welding to make sinks for washing hands and sewing to make faceshields, masks, and PPE. At the empowerment stage, the training participants are given incentives in the form of money at the end of the training which can be used as capital to buy tools to open a business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and prove women's leadership in decision making in the Food and Agriculture Office of Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is correlational quantitative. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Tarro Yamane formula with a total of 166 respondents. The results of this study prove that there is an influence of women's leadership on decision making either partially or simultaneously in the Food and Agriculture Office of Sidoarjo Regency. Women's leadership which includes idealized influence (X1), inspirational motivation (X2). Intellectual stimulation (X3), and individualized consideration (X4) have a simultaneous effect on decision making (Y) at the Food and Agriculture Office of Sidoarjo Regency. In addition, the idealized influence variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on decision making (Y). Inspirational motivation (X2) has no significant effect on decision making (Y). Intellectual stimulation (X3) has a significant effect on decision making (Y). And the individualized consideration variable (X4) has a partial effect on decision making (Y).

Abstract

This study analyzes community participation in sustainable environmental development in Ketapang Village, Sidoarjo. Descriptive research methods, including observations and interviews, were employed. Primary and secondary data were collected from key informants. The study applied Cohen and Uphoff's theory, identifying four stages of participation. Active community involvement was observed in decision-making processes, while implementation mainly relied on physical labor. Benefit-sharing involved the use of rented commercial facilities. However, community participation in evaluation activities was limited. These findings highlight the need for strategies to enhance inclusive community engagement in sustainable development, leading to positive environmental outcomes. Highlights: Active community involvement: The study reveals significant community participation in decision-making processes, particularly through the Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa (Village Development Planning Meeting), indicating the importance of inclusive community engagement. Limited participation during implementation: The study highlights that community participation during the implementation phase mainly involves physical labor, suggesting the need for strategies to enhance diverse forms of involvement in sustainable development initiatives. Abstract

This qualitative study investigates the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in fostering economic empowerment within Ketapang Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. Utilizing interviews, observation, and documentation, the research explores the BUMDes' impact on building and developing the economic potential of the local community. Findings suggest that BUMDes play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life and societal well-being, strengthening the local economy, and contributing to national economic resilience. However, challenges persist, notably the limited community involvement in decision-making, budgeting, and program evaluation. The study underscores the need for enhanced community engagement to maximize the effectiveness of BUMDes initiatives. Abstract

This study employs a qualitative descriptive analysis method to investigate the sustainable management of organic waste in Ketapang Village, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Utilizing observation and interviews, the research applies Haris's theory to analyze economic, social, and environmental sustainability aspects. Findings reveal three key aspects: economic sustainability through the development of fruit-picking tourism, environmental sustainability via ecosystem preservation, and social sustainability by enhancing community skills. The study provides valuable insights into organic waste management, offering a reference for improving its quality and contributing to the broader objectives of sustainable development. Highlight : Economic Empowerment: The study emphasizes the development of fruit-picking tourism as a means to generate employment and economic benefits, contributing to the financial sustainability of Ketapang Village. Environmental Preservation: The research underscores the importance of organic waste management in preserving ecosystems, ensuring their sustainability to support present and future life in the village.
