Abstract

When employee needs are met at work, job satisfaction will arise. Where job satisfaction is a state of happy emotions or positive emotions that come from an assessment of one's work or experience. With high job satisfaction, it will improve employee performance towards the organization where they work. Performance is the result of an employee's actions in carrying out the role given by the organization, both quantity and quality in accordance with the responsibilities given. For the Islamic banking industry, knowledge sharing is very important because it allows staff members to exchange knowledge, skills and experiences. By sharing ideas and knowledge the Islamic banking sector can stimulate innovation in its products and services that comply with sharia principles. This can help the banking sector to remain relevant and compete in the growing Islamic finance market. This study aims to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction on employee performance which is influenced by knowledge sharing and creativity value. This research is a quantitative study with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS 3.0 tool. Consists of 50 research sample respondents. The results showed that knowledge sharing, creativity value, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, knowledge sharing and creativity value have a positive and significant influence on employee performance of BSI Bank KCP Sidoarjo employees through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in an organization's ability to succeed and survive. The extent to which individuals or groups succeed in achieving goals and have a positive impact on organizational results is reflected in employee performance. Apart from ensuring compliance with sharia principles, sharia talent plays an important role in growing added value, fostering customer trust, and ensuring the survival of Bank KCP Sidoarjo as a sharia banking organization. Apart from directly assisting Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo operations in navigating the nuances of the sharia banking sector, training is very important to improve individual employee performance. As a sharia banking institution, the performance and sustainability of Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo is greatly influenced by employee engagement. Investing strategically in increasing employee engagement can help Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo achieve long-term growth and success. With employee engagement as an intervening variable, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of sharia talent and training on the performance of BSI KCP Sidoarjo bank employees. This research is quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with Smart PLS tools.4. Consisting of 100 research sample respondents. The research results show that talent sharing, training and employee engagement have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, talent sharing and training have a positive and significant influence on improving the performance of Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo employees through employee engagement.

Abstract

Islamic banks must ensure that all operational activities and financial products comply with sharia principles. Sharia Engagement's role helps ensure compliance with Islamic law in all aspects of banking. Employees who understand sharia principles can carry out their duties well and in accordance with Islamic values. This can improve employee performance in sharia banking. Another factor that improves employee performance is that the company is able to create a balance between work and family life for employees and provides a conducive work environment that creates comfort at work. This research aims to determine the influence of work life balance and work environment on employee performance with sharia engagement as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS.3.0 tool. Consisting of 50 research sample respondents. The research results show that work-life balance, work environment, and Sharia Engagement have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, work-life balance and the work environment have a positive and significant influence on improving the performance of Bank BSI KC Sidoarjo employees through Sharia Engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Organizational culture (X1), Transformational leadership (X2),0and work motivation0(X3)0is an independent variable0(X) and performance0employee0as a dependent variable0(Y).0population of the study0this is0employees of UD. Jawa Madura in Sidoarjo totaling 67 people. This study was taken using quantitative methods, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Primary data sources in the form of online questionnaires distributed to respondents. This data analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 determinant coefficient. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture does not affect employee performance, transformational leadership does not affect employee performance, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at UD. Jawa Madura.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher chose CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo as the object of the study with the aim of finding out Organizational Culture, Intrinsic Motivation, andKnowledge Sharingon Employee Performance at CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative research methods, with the type of data used being primary data (survey). The sampling technique used by researchers is the distribution of questionnaires where the population is 41 employees with direct data collection from respondents. The data collection technique in this study uses a Likert scale, a Likert scale is a tool used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of individuals or groups of people about social phenomena. Analysis techniquesdata testing using Smart Partial Square (PLS) software version 4.0. With the classical assumption test of validity and reliability, Outer Model and Inner Model. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance, Intrinsic Motivation influences Employee Performance, and Knowledge Sharing influences Employee Performance at CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo.
