Abstract

The use of technology in the world of education is growing rapidly, one of which is the use of Google Forms as a learning evaluation tool. This research aims to find out how to create Google Forms as an evaluation tool in Arabic language learning. The method used in this research is library research with steps to find sources of information from various books, journals, and so on. The research results explain that Google Forms can be used to create various types of questions, including multiple choice, short answers and essays. In addition, the automation features in Google Forms enable fast and accurate proofreading, as well as systematic data storage. Thus, Google Forms has proven to be effective as an Arabic language learning evaluation tool, providing fast feedback and increasing student involvement in the evaluation process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the al-qawaid wa al-tarjamah method at Islamic Boarding School Hidayatul Mubtadi’in and evaluate its effectiveness in improving students' ability to read kitab Turots (classical Islamic texts). Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and supporting documents. The findings reveal that the al-qawaid wa al-tarjamah method significantly enhances students' reading abilities, as shown by improved post-test scores compared to pre-test scores across all three classes: Class 1 (82:68), Class 2 (84:71), and Class 3 (92:78). Moreover, the post-test scores exceeded the predetermined targets for each class, indicating the method's effectiveness. Observations also highlight high levels of student engagement and motivation, with learners actively participating in activities such as memorization, completing assignments, and murojaah (lesson reviews). These findings underscore the method's role in fostering academic achievement and enthusiasm for learning. The study’s implications suggest that this method could serve as a model for other Islamic boarding schools aiming to improve students’ mastery of classical texts. To enhance its application, integrating modern pedagogical tools such as digital platforms may further optimize learning outcomes. Future research should explore the method's long-term impact, its adaptability in non-boarding school settings, and comparisons with alternative teaching methods to maximize its potential benefits.

Abstract

Abstract: The selection of a learning model is one of the alternatives taken by a teacher in the teaching and learning process, in order to achieve learning objectives that are in line with the abilities of the students. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the cooperative model to be able to increase the scientific literacy of fifth grade students in science learning. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words. This research uses a case study type. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of the cooperative learning model to improve scientific literacy of fifth grade students in science subjects at MI Peace can be seen from the teaching and learning process in grade V. The science learning process in grade V when the teacher applied the cooperative learning model, students seemed able to express their thinking and enthusiasm in learning and improving students' scientific literacy skills have begun to experience developments both in the aspects of knowledge, processes and students' science attitudes. Keywords: Cooperative Model, Implementation, Science Learning, Science Literacy. Abstrak: Pemilihan model pembelajaran adalah salah satu alternatif yang diambil oleh seorang guru dalam proses belajar mengajar, guna tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang sejalan dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa.. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model kooperatif untuk dapat meningkatkan literasi sains siswa kelas V pada pembelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yakni prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPA di MI Perdamaian dapat dilihat dari proses belajar mengajar di kelas V. Proses pembelajaran IPA di kelas V ketika guru menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif, siswa terlihat mampu untuk mengemukakan pemikirannya dan antusias dalam belajar serta peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains siswa sudah mulai mengalami perkembangan baik pada aspek pengetahuan, proses maupun sikap sains siswa. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan model kooperatif untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa kelas V pada pembelajaran IPA yaitu faktor guru meliputi persiapan guru, penguasaan materi serta kemampuan menerapkan model kooperatif. Kata Kunci: Literasi Sains, Model Kooperatif,  Penerapan, Pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, namun sering kali dihadapkan pada berbagai risiko yang dapat menghambat penikatan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mnegevaluasi penerapan manajemen risiko sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM, dengan fokus pada studi kasus UMKM Es Teh Ceria. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, dan observasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa risiko utama yang di hadapi mencakup aspek pasar, pemasaran, SDM, keuangan, operasional, dan hukum. Penerapan strategi mitigasi risiko, seperti pengembangan variasi produk, peningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih sistematis, telah terbukti meningkatkan daya saing UMKM ini di pasar lokal. Penelitian ini membarikan kontribusi praktis dengan menyarankan agar UMKM mengintegrasikan mamanejemen risiko dalam strategi bisnis mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

The Objective to be achieved is to determine the effectiveness of using the Learning Cycle 5E Model in natural science lessons in grade V of MIS Darussalam by looking at the ability of students’ science process skills in the learning and the outcomes. This study used the field research method with a one-group pre–test–post–test model. The population of this study was grade V MIS Darussalam with the sample taken from grade V A which amounted to 15 students. The data collection techniques used were tests, observation, documentation, and interviews. After all the data were collected, then the N-Gain Score test was conducted to see the level of learning effectiveness. The result obtained in this study showed that the Learning Cycle 5E model was effectively used in science subjects with the ability of students’ science process skills reaching 77% in the good category and the student learning outcomes using the Cycle 5E learning model ≥ KKM reached 80% percentage and the result of the N-Gain score obtained a value of 0.6131 which indicates that the effectiveness level of using Learning Cycle 5E model is in the Moderate category.

Abstract

The study aimed to develop the UT-10 Learning Model to enrich the character profiles of Rahmatan lil'Alamin students within South Kalimantan's Madrasah Ibtidaiyah institutions. The research followed a structured methodology involving defining, designing, developing, and disseminating stages (4D). The defining phase encompassed thorough analysis and needs assessment across multiple Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, establishing a nuanced understanding of their specific requisites. Moving into the design phase, meticulous planning crafted a model centered on enhancing student character profiles, integrating values like Ta'addub and Qudwah while incorporating local knowledge. Validation by experts affirmed the model's feasibility, prompting minor adjustments that were duly integrated. Through trials and large-scale tests across diverse locations, the UT-10 model consistently proved effective, scoring an average of 89.09% in fortifying students' character profiles. Notably, pivotal stages within the model, particularly the Uswah and Ta'lim phases, demonstrated potential in nurturing essential character traits among students. In conclusion, this research showcased the adaptability and efficacy of the UT-10 Learning Model in fostering holistic student development within Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, paving the way for a comprehensive educational approach focused on enhancing character profiles.

Abstract

Inquiry learning is a strategy student-centered learning as the subject of learning itself in Arabic subjects, especially reading skills (maharah al-qiro'ah. The students expectedly are able to read correctly and understand the content of the reading. In Arabic learning, there are four maharah (skills), including maharah al-qiro'ah, maharah al-kalam, maharah al-kitabah, maharah al-istima'. In this article, maharah al-qiro'ah was discussed, which focused on reading skills and also text understanding. Primary data sources in this research included interviews with teachers or instructors involved in maharah al-qira'ah using the inquiry method. Secondary data sources in this research encompassed books and literature related to maharah al-qira'ah learning and the inquiry method, scientific journals discussing the inquiry-based learning strategy in the context of Arabic language learning. Semi-structured interviews was involved in data collection techniques with teachers and learners, direct observation to document learning practices in the classroom and document analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this research included transcription of interviews and observation notes. The results showed that Inquiry learning was able to make the students active and think critically and independently. This research provided insights into the exploration and adaptation of the Inquiry learning method for Maharah al-Qiro'ah, offering a structured approach for teachers to enhance students' reading skills and comprehension, thus facilitating their ability to extract the main ideas from what they read. Additionally, this article emphasized the importance of methodological diversity in teaching, which can enhance student engagement and lead to better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Arabic teachers at MTs and MA Al-Muchlisin face challenges in applying the independent curriculum, which focuses on differentiated, project-based, and competency-based learning. A qualitative case study approach was used in this research. The research methodology utilized in this study was Action Research in the form of School Action Research approach using the Kemmis and McTaggart cycle model, which has planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subject of the study was Arabic language teachers at MTs and MA Al-Muchlisin who have at least three years of teaching experience but have not yet explored the implementation of the independent curriculum. The independent curriculum training has been effective in enhancing teachers' understanding and skills. Teachers are now able to create teaching modules, design project-based learning, and use differentiated approaches based on students' learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic). They have also improved classroom management, created a more enjoyable learning environment, and focused on evaluating students' competency achievement. The result showed that teacher competence has positively impacted the quality of Arabic language learning which also increased the students’ engagement and motivation. The challenges and obstacles such as varied student abilities and time limitations can be addressed through remedial learning and mentoring. This article recommends the continuous training to ensure the sustainability of the implementation of the independent curriculum and the optimization of learning quality.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the creativity of teaching students PPL II PGMI FTK UIN Antasari Year 2015/2016 and the factors that influence it. This type of research is field research (field research) with qualitative approach. The design used in this research is descriptive research. Objects in this research is the creativity of teaching students PPL II Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Program PGMI Antasari Banjarmasin Year Ajisi 2015/2016. Subjects in this study were Students PPL II force 2012 Department of PGMI Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Antasari Banjarmasin located in MI Al Istiqamah, amounting to ten people. Techniques of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The result of the research shows that the creativity of teaching students of PPL II UIN can be seen from the variation of active learning strategy and the variation of media used. While for the source of learning, PPL II students are still many who only use learning resources in the form of textbooks. Factors that affect the creativity of teaching students PPL II, including teacher candidate factors consisting of educational background and learning experience, facilities and learning resources, as well as conductive environmental conditions.
