The business of Tofu Mbak TRISNI located in Percut Sei Tuan has produced about 2 years. The Problems in the partner's efforts are: 1) The partner has not yet had the knowledge and understanding of the quality of clean water and is worthy tobe used for the manufacture of tofu and for other activities, 2) The partner does not have the knowledge and skills About clean water treatment technology of households, 3) The partner requires additional knowledge to cultivate less viable water in order to be a decent water used for the purpose of making tofu and daily necessities and 4) partners need Simple Technology to cultivate water is less feasible to be a decent water used for the purpose of making tofu and household use. The method of implementation of activities carried out by approach method includes extension activities, training, mentoring and workshop on appropriate technology to process water is not worthy of use into viable water tailored to the condition Environment. This PKM activity generates the availability of clean water for the manufacture of tofu that will produce good quality and safe for health for long-term consumption as well as increased knowledge and skills partner in operating the tool TTG For longer periods of time.

Tujuan Program pengabdian ini adalah pengabdi membantu usaha kelompok pengerajin Anyaman dan Aksesoris Khas Melayu Pesisir Pantai cermin dalam meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Kelompok. Selain itu meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk serta variasi produk tanpa menghilangkan ke khasan produk budaya pesisir pantai cermin. Dan yang tidak kalah penting pemasaran yang sangat terbatas pada konsep tradisional tak banyak dapat mendongkrak penghasilan dan perkembangan usaha meraka. Kedua kelompok ini saling membahu dalam mengerjakan orderan yang ada pada masing-masing kelompoknya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut diatas tim menyusun program dalam bentuk transfer ilmu dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Dari data yang didapat pada Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha yang memiliki kompetensi Sangat Baik (> 80) hanya 8 orang ataupun 21 % dari jumlah seluruh peserta dan pada pelatihan pembukuan keuangan Usaha terdapat 7 orang atau 18% yang memiliki kopetensi sangat baik. Untuk kompetensi Baik (70-79) pada pelatihan Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha sebanyak 8 Orang atau 21% dan pada pelatihan pembukuan cukup signifikan yaitu 16 Orang atau sebesar 42 % memiliki kompetensi baik.Untuk kompetensi Cukup (60-69) dari tabel dapat kita lihat pada Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha sebanyak 18 Orang ataupun 47% dari jumlah peserta dan ini angka tertinggi pada pelatihan ini, sedangkan pada pelatihan pembukuan keuangan Usaha terdapat 14 orang dengan kompetensi cukup. Dan terakhir peserta dengan kriteria Kurang (<60) pada Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha sebanyak 4 Orang atau 11 % dan untuk pelatihan Pembukuan Keuangan Usaha sebanyak 1 Orang atau 3%.

Abstract This service program aims to help the efforts of the webbing purun craftsmen group of Ara Payung Village in increasing the Group's Knowledge and Skills to develop their business. As well as increasing the quality and quantity of products as well as product variations without eliminating the distinctiveness of cultural products of the Banjar people in Pantai Cermin District. Partners experienced include 1). Defective raw materials must be purchased from Langkat district 2). Production is still traditional; there is no touch. Technology is put in the middle of the road to be run over by vehicles 3). The drying process is still manual drying on the roadside without ignoring the cleanliness of materials 4). Management of business management is still traditional and centralized with a chairperson 5). Marketing only around mirror beaches and sometimes sold at beach attractions 6). Product packaging does not exist and still uses ordinary asoy plastic. Activities that have been given to purun and pandan handicraft businesses include 1). Training and assistance in nursery and planting methods using riverside and swamp media around the village 2). Handover of TTG equipment for flatters and purun splitters so that the product raw materials can be standard 3). They were drying using a heat storage tarpaulin so that the fabric dries quickly and is kept clean 4). Training and assistance in business management and administration of business financial accounting, 5). Providing packaging tools for packaging products.. Abstrak Tujuan Program pengabdian ini adalah membantu usaha kelompok pengrajin Anyaman purun Desa Ara Payung dalam meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Kelompok mengembangkan usahanya. Serta meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk serta variasi produk tanpa menghilangkan ke khasan produk budaya Kaum Banjar di Kecamatan Pantai Cermin. Yang dialami mitra antara lain: 1). Bahan Baku tidak tercukupi harus dibeli dari kabupaten Langkat 2). Produksi masih tradisional belum ada sentuhan Teknologi di letakkan di tengah jalan agar dilindas oleh kendaraan 3). Proses Penjemuran masih manual di jemur di pinggir jalan dengan mengabaikan kebersihan bahan 4). Manajemen pengelolaan usaha masih tradisional dan tersentral dengan ketua 5). Pemasaran hanya di sekitar pantai cermin dan kadang dijual di objek wisata pantai 6). Kemasan Produk belum ada dan masih menggunakan plastik asoy biasa. Kegiatan yang telah diberikan kepada usaha kerajinan purun dan pandan antara lain : 1). Pelatihan dan Pendampingan cara pembibitan dan penanaman menggunakan media pinggir sungai dan rawa disekitar desa 2). Penyerahan Alat TTG untuk pemipih dan pembelah purun agar bahan baku produk dapat standart 3). Penjemuran dengan menggunakan terpal penyimpan panas agar bahan cepat kering dan trjaga kebersihanny 4). Pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha serta administrasi pembukuan keuangan usaha, 5). Pemberian alat Packaging produk kemasan.

Abstract Purpose The community service program that is carried out focuses on helping the efforts of the Pandanus craftsman group of Serdang Bedagai Regency in improving management understanding and developing businesses so that the members can prosper. One of the problems faced by the pandan beach mirror weaving group is the absence of a legal entity that can serve as an umbrella for the small woven business group to be able to be creative and active in economic terms that can protect the craftsmen starting from determining standard prices for typical pandan woven processed products. Serdang Bedagai coast. The method used in realizing this is the team compiling a program in the form of knowledge transfer and ongoing mentoring on business organizational management. The program's implementation targets range from online marketing, business management assistance, and strengthening in the field of cooperatives and village-owned enterprises. This activity is planned to be carried out using a training method approach, education assistance, counseling, production training, business management training. The team involved in this activity comes from 3 different faculties which have their respective functions and expertise. This activity also involves students to be able to play a role in community service and empowerment. Abstrak Tujuan Program pengabdian yang dilaksanakan fokus membantu usaha kelompok pengerajin Anyaman pandan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dalam meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen dan mengembangkan usaha sehingga dapat mensejahterakan anggota. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok pengerajin anyaman pandan pantai cermin adalah tidak adanya badan hukum yang dapat menjadi payung bagi kelompok usaha kecil anyaman untuk dapat berkreasi dan beraktivitas dalam hal ekonomi yang mampu melindungi para pengerajin mulai dari penentuan harga yang standart untuk produk olahan anyaman pandan khas pesisir Serdang Bedagai. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut diatas tim menyusun program dalam bentuk transfer ilmu dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan tentang manajemen organisasi usaha. Target pelaksanaan program mulai dari pemasaran online, pendampingan Manajemen Organisasi Bumdes, serta penguatan pada bidang koperasi dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Kegiatan ini direncanakan dilakukan dengan pendekatan Metode Pelatihan, Pendampingan pendidikan, penyuluhan, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan Manajemen Organisasi Bumdes. Tim yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini berasal dari 3 fakultas yang berbeda yang mempunyai fungsi dan keahliannya masing-masing. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan mahasiswa untuk dapat berperan dalam pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Research has been conducted on The Manufacture and Characterization of Charcoal Briquettes From Palm Shells And Hazelnut Shells. This study aims to determine the influence of variations in the composition of palm shells and hazelnut shells on the calorific value, moisture content, and ash content in the resulting charcoal briquettes. This study was conducted by carbonization method, mixing, printing, drying and briquette youthfulness analyzed with test parameters namely moisture content, ash content, and calorific value. The results showed a mixture of palm shell and hazelnut shell can be used as briquettes. In this study briquettes with optimal composition were a mixture of variations of palm shell and hazelnut shell 60% : 35% with a moisture content of 6.25%, ash content of 11.37% and a calorific value of 5129.45 cal / gr.Keywords : Palm Shell, Hazelnut Shell, Moisture Content, Ash Content, Calorific Value

Industrial revolution-based learning media 4.0 is urgently needed when it is in accordance with technological developments. The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of learning media based on Augmented Reality in learning. The research subjects were computer science study program students in the General Physics course, the type of research used was Research and Development (R&D) by applying the 4D model. The data collection technique used in this study was an assessment instrument with a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were carried out to obtain good quality products that meet the aspects of validity, practicality and effectiveness. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that AR-based learning media on material with special lens rays was valid, practical and effective so that it was concluded that it was feasible to use in learning

UTILIZATION OF WASTE WASTE AS A PROCESSOR OF OYSTER MUSHROOM CULTIVATION MEDIA TO INCREASE COMMUNITY INCOME. The purpose of this service is to help the partners of the Nagori Dolok Maraja Oyster Mushroom Group Group in utilizing Rubber Tree Sawdust Waste by handling it properly so that it does not cause disease to the body and does not harm the natural ecosystem. The selection of this location is because in the village there are community groups who are entrepreneurs under the auspices of the Oyster Mushroom Business Group. In addition to having difficulties in developing their business. From the activities carried out, data was obtained on the training of making oyster mushroom Planting Media Baglog which was reviewed from various aspects, including: Selection of raw materials, the average participant got a score of 80 or entered the very good category, for the cleanliness of the tools the average participant got a score too very good, namely 83, while for the processing of waste products or baglog waste, the assessment obtained is quite low, namely 74 but still in the good category. For the neatness of product packaging, a general rating of 82 or very good was obtained and for product cleanliness it was also in the good category with a score of 79. The methods used to achieve the objectives of the activity were methods of education, counseling, production training, business management training, and mentoring. This activity was carried out in Nagori Dolok Maraja, Tapian Dolok District. Assistance and guidance starting from aspects, utilization of sawdust or rubber to become Baglog Media for Growing Oyster Mushrooms, production systems and business management so that it is expected to create economic independence and increase business income.

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengembangan pembuatan papan partikel komposit yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kayu yang semakin meningkat. Bahan baku papan komposit yang berlignoselulosa (misalnya Serbuk tempurung Kelapa). Pada penelitian ini telah dievaluasi sifat fisis dari bahan tersebut diantaranya uji fisis yang dilakukan meliputi: Kerapatan, Kadar Air dan Pengembangan Tebal dengan perlakuan komposisi polipropilen dan serbuk tempurung kelapa bervariasi yaitu: 30 : 70, 40 : 60, 50 : 50, 60 : 40, 70 : 30 dengan menggunakan standar SNI 03 – 2105 – 2006. Dari hasil penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa nilai sifat fisis papan partikel komposit Polipropilena dan serbuk tempurung kelapa yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar SNI 03 – 2105 – 2006

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan instrumen tes berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) pada materi gelombang bunyi dan mengetahui analisis butir soal yang baik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: (1) tahap define (pendefenisian), (2) tahap design (perancangan), (3) tahap develop (pengembangan), dan (4) tahap disseminate (penyebaran). Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 SMAN Tunas Bangsa Pulau Burung yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, instrumen tes berbasis HOTS telah memenuhi kriteria analisis butir soal yang baik seperti validitas yang tinggi, reliabilitas tes sebesar 0,88 dengan interpretasi sangat tinggi, 73% daya pembeda tes pada kategori sangat baik, dan 93% tingkat kesukaran tes pada kategori sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tes HOTS yang dikembangkan baik digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik pada materi gelombang bunyi.

Learning Management System or also called LMS as it is also known, can be considered as a type of online content management or online content delivery platform. It is used to deliver training and educational materials to the workforce or external users via the Internet. Based on that, this article aims to identify and analyze publications about online learning or online learning (in networks) with research data taken from journal articles starting in 2018-2022 as many as 124 articles from both national and international journals. The stages of data analysis consisted of searching journals through Google Scholar and also through the Mendeley application, checking the completeness of articles, mapping articles, conducting Literature Review analysis in addition to seeing the mapping and relationships between articles and seeing their distribution with bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer and making conclusions. Research on the development of the Learning Management System (LMS) Publication in 2018-2022 experienced significant developments in 2021 where the Covid pandemic occurred in early 2020 and the use of LMS was mostly dominated by universities or higher levels education. Where the university has preparedness in various aspects including human resources, qualified facilities and technology users are students who understand technology.
