Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak inovasi digital dan paylater dalam kaitannya dengan loyalitas pelanggan e-commerce Shopee dengan experiential marketing sebagai intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif serta teknik non-probability sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak (random) langsung kepada 100 orang yang merupakan pelanggan Shopee di wilayah Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis SEM (Stuctural Equation Modelling). Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh inovasi digital dan variabel paylater, sedangkan experiential marketing secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh variabel paylater. Namun, inovasi digital tidak berpengaruh pada experiential marketing, dan loyalitas pelanggan juga tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh experiential marketing. Selain itu, penelitian ini tidak menawarkan peran substansial untuk inovasi digital dan paylater dalam mencapai loyalitas pelanggan sebagai intervensi strategi experiential marketing. Studi ini juga menawarkan rekomendasi untuk tindakan terbaik Shopee, yaitu meningkatkan setiap layanannya dengan fitur yang lebih memikat untuk menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Curren Ratio,Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada RS Hermina Galaxy Periode 2019-2023. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang didapatkan langsung dari manajer keuangan RS Hermina Galaxy dengan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh laporan keuangan RS Hermina dari tahun 2010-2023 kemudian dari populasi tersebut diambil sampel yaitu 5 tahun terakhir laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan analisis data pada penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio menunjukkan nilai yang positif dan berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan pada profit di RS Hermina Galaxy. Sebaliknya variabel Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap profit pada RS Hermina Galaxy. Ketika Current Ratio, Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio dianalisis bersamaan atau secara simultan, ketiganya memiliki nilai koreksi R Square mencapai 0,628. Setara dengan 62,8%. artinya variasi Profit dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen penelitian sebesar 62,8% sedangkan 37,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor- faktor lain di luar model.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the desire to shop and consumer decisions. And for the focus of this research is how usability and convenience variables that directly affect the desire to buy and consumer buying decisions. In online purchases, the population is all consumers who have ever shopped online, therefore in the study the number of populations is large and the number is not known precisely, so the researcher decided to make a sampling using random sampling method which is part of the quota sampling technique using respondents aged over 19 years and resides in the Jakarta area. The sample taken amounted to 120 respondents. The results of this study indicate that usability and convenience have a significant and significant effect on consumer spending. Usefulness of use is a variable that has a contribution and influence on the decision to spend. While the desire to buy has a significant and significant effect on consumer decisions to buy. So that the usability factor of a better way and the convenience of the shopping system directly affect consumer decisions.

Abstract

The background of the problem raised in this study is how to measure the effectiveness of using e-money for online shopping on an e-commerce shopping system. With the use of Imani, the use of cash will be limited so that it will be able to do more transactions on online shopping in e-commerce. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods by conducting a survey to 100 users of online shopping in e-commerce, with the results of the survey, the data can be processed so that it can be seen whether the direction of the hypothesis raised in this study is directly proportional or proportional. The problem raised in this study is how to measure the effectiveness of a payment, especially payments using electronic money media. Therefore, with a non-cash payment system, the effectiveness of the payment will be known. The purpose and objective of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of using electronic money in payment systems that are carried out online and used in various places so that many transactions are carried out only using electronic money and not using cash.

Abstract

The background of this research is how to determine competition and globalization in terms of business to increase creativity and innovation. For the sake of the progress of a company. Therefore, in this study, we will discuss how competition and what innovations are needed by a company so that the company can advance and develop in the future, hard right now. The method used in this study is to use the literature review method and use the market analysis method so that it can be ascertained what is needed by the company to develop so that the weaknesses and strengths of a company can be known. The problem raised in this research is how to develop creativity and innovation from a product. For the sake of the company's progress in the current era of global competition, innovation is very necessary in order to help sales in this increasingly difficult market. The purpose of this research is how to determine the innovations that can be developed by a company in order to increase sales and can help the company grow bigger so that it can compete in national and international markets.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Syariah Indonesia over the 2021-2024 period. The study adopts the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach, which is suitable for analyzing latent variables simultaneously, even when the sample size is relatively small and the data distribution deviates from normality. Data were obtained from Bank Syariah Indonesia’s quarterly financial statements, sourced from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the bank’s annual reports. The empirical findings indicate that FDR has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on ROA, while NPF exerts a significant negative influence on ROA. The structural model demonstrates an R² value of 0.745, suggesting that 74.5% of the variation in ROA is explained by the two independent variables. Additionally, the model’s Goodness of Fit index reaches 0.928, indicating strong predictive relevance and model robustness. These results highlight the critical role of managing financing risk and optimizing intermediary functions to enhance the profitability of Islamic banking institutions. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on Islamic finance performance and offers practical insights for policymakers and financial managers in improving asset efficiency through better risk control and strategic financial intermediation.

Abstract

In business competition where more and more competitors are emerging, marketing strategies are used to attract consumers' attention. The better the strategy used will greatly affect the level of product sales offered by the company. As one of the companies in Indonesia, PT. Ikafood Putramas must be smart and astute in choosing marketing strategies to develop companies in the business world. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of kokita 4p products (product, place, price, and promotion) at PT. Ikafood Putramas and knowing the obstacles and looking for solutions faced in the kokita product of PT. Ikafood Putramas. Analysis of the data used in this research is by using qualitative descriptive analysis, where the purpose of this analysis is to describe a systematic, factual and accurate. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data were collected through observation and interviews with the area manager of PT. Ikafood Putramas. The results of the study concluded that the marketing strategy used by PT. Ikafood Putramas is a marketing strategy oriented to the 4P theory (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) as the basis of their marketing strategy, by creating a variety of products, setting prices according to product grammar, distributing products to consumers, and conducting promotions using salesmen. and also use advances in technology.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan rekrutmen karyawan sangat penting dalam mencari dan mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu dan profesional. PT Gemala Kempa Daya adalah perusahaan investasi swasta domestic yang terjun di bidang otomotif dengan produk utamanya yaitu frame chassis dan press part,  dalam melakukan rekrutmen karyawan berdasarkan kebutuhan karyawan setiap tahunnya, karena ada pengurangan karyawan seperti meninggal dunia, pensiun, serta waktu kontrak per tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan rekrutmen pada PT Gemala Kempa Daya, dan apa saja kendala yang terjadi serta solusinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumupulan data menggunakan metode  observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada PT Gemala Kempa Daya, pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi melalui dua cara dalam rekrutmen karyawan, yaitu melalui sumber dari dalam (internal) dan sumber dari luar (eksternal) dengan menggunakan prosedur, antara lain: 1.Identifikasi kebutuhan, 2.People Review, 3.Contigency Plan, 4.Menyusun, merekap rekrutmen, 5.Proses seleksi (seleksi berkas pelamar, tes fisik I, tes fisik II, tes tertulis, tes psikotest, interview, tes kesehatan, training in class ) 6. Menginformasikan hasil seleksi, 7.Penempatan kerja. Kendala yang di hadapi yaitu pelamar yang tidak datang dan kurang teliti mengisi data pribadi di web. Cara mengatasi dengan mencari karyawan melebihi target dan member pengarahan pada pelamar.
