Abstract

This research analyzes Individual Resistance Factors in leadership Change at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa Gunungsitoli City, Individual resistance to change is the resistance that arises in individuals towards changes in an organization, while we know that changes must be made to advance the performance of an organization. Based on observations, there is still an attitude of resistance shown by each employee towards the changes made. The aim of the research is to find out how individual resistance occurs among employees due to leadership changes at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa, Gunungsitoli City. In conducting this research, qualitative research methods were used using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The sources of informants for this research were 3 people. The research results show that changes at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa Gunungsitoli City occurred when there was a change of leadership, employees felt that with a change of leadership there would certainly be changes that would follow in terms of work methods and rules or existing habits. Individual resistance occurs when fear factors and selective perception exist in the individual himself. Based on the interview results, these two factors are the biggest drivers of individual resistance in employees.

Abstract

Rekrutmen merupakan serangkaian aktivitas mencari dan mengikat pelamar kerja dengan motivasi, kemampuan, keahlian, dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan guna menutupi kekurangan yang diindetifikasi dalam perencanaan kepegawaian. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dimana informasi yang disampaikan merupakan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di PT. Elnusa Petrofin Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Idanoi Kota Gunungsitoli. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode rekrutmen, teknik rekrutmen dan kualifikasi rekrutmen yang dilakukan pada PT. Elnusa Petrofin Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Idanoi Kota Gunungsitoli. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa metode rekrutmen yang dilakukan menerapkan sistem metode terbuka dalam merekrut karyawan, akan tetapi pelaksanannya belum bisa dilakukan secara maksimal dikarenakan keterbatasan dalam mengambil kebijakan serta keputusan dalam merekrut karyawan. Selanjutnya teknik rekrutmen yang dilakukan pada PT Elnusa Petrofin Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Idanoi Kota Gunungsitoli dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik promosi jabatan bagi karyawan berprestasi serta teknik seleksi bagi karyawan baru. Hasil penelitian terakhir dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang kualifikasi rekrutmen yang dilakukan di PT Elnusa Petrofin Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Idanoi Kota Gunungsitoli dapat diketahui bahwa dalam menentukan kualifikasi karyawan dilakukan dengan merencanakan terlebih dahulu bagaimana kualifikasi karyawan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengisi kekosongan jabatan. Abstract

Pada dasarnya mendirikan sebuah perusahaan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan laba semaksimal mungkin sehingga perusahaan tetap berkembang, keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan sangat dipengaruhi oleh perusahaan itu sendiri dalam memasarkan produknya dengan harga yang sangat menguntungkan bagi perusahaan serta dengan tingkat kualitas produk yang diharapkan. Sebagaimana kita ketahui bahwa dalam memperoleh laba yang optimal, tentunya perusahaan terlebih dahulu melihat kondisi pasar, semua ini akan tercapai apabila perusahaan jeli melihat apa saja kebutuhan dan keinginan (needs and wants) dari calon konsumen, selain itu juga perusahaan harus melihat tingkat ekonomi masyarakat. Adapun tujuan dari pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui tentang promosi di CV. Bintang Keramik Gunungsitoli (2) Untuk mengetahui tentang peningkatan penjualan di CV. Bintang Keramik Gunungsitoli (3) Untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana promosi hubungannya dalam peningkatan penjulan pada CV. Bintang Keramik Gunungsitoli. Pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis kualitatif yaitu berbentuk berbentuk pernyataan-pernyataan atau kalimat Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan menjurus pada segmentasi pasar, menentukan sasaran (targeting) penjualan produk bahan material yang terdiri dari lokasi atau wilayah penjualan dan juga masyarakat yang akan membutuhkan produk, menentukan posisi pasar, kondisi serta situasi lingkungan perusahaan yang dan menjalin relasi kepada siapapun melalui interaksi dan juga melalui hubungan keluarga yang dimiliki di daerah manapun.   Kata kunci: Promosi, peningkatan penjualan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job uncertainty on the motivation and performance of non-permanent employees at the Nias Regency DPRD Secretariat, identify effective HR management strategies in reducing the negative impact of job uncertainty on the welfare of non-permanent employees, and assess the role of managerial support and the work environment in mitigating the effects. negative job uncertainty on the welfare of non-permanent employees. This research uses qualitative research methods using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research results show that job uncertainty is mainly caused by inconsistent contract policies, frequent regulatory changes, and a lack of effective communication from management. The impact of this uncertainty is very significant, especially on employees' psychological well-being, which includes increased levels of stress, anxiety, as well as decreased work motivation and productivity. To overcome this problem, this research proposes several policy recommendations, including the need for more consistent contract policies, a more transparent communication system, and additional welfare support for employees. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that the Nias Regency DPRD Secretariat can create a more stable work environment, improve employee welfare, and support the long-term success of the organization.

Abstract

The Role of Village Officials' Communication in Efforts to Improve the Quality of Public Services in Sifalaete Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, Gunungsitoli City. This study aims to analyze the role of communication among officials in Sifalaete Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, Gunungsitoli City, and to determine the quality of public services in Sifalaete Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, Gunungsitoli City. To achieve these objectives, the researcher processed the data using qualitative descriptive methods, utilizing in-depth interviews as the instrument and employing purposive sampling techniques, which involved questioning one key informant and six supporting informants. Based on the analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: The research findings indicate that village officials' communication plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of public services. The findings highlight the importance of effective interpersonal communication, transparency, and community participation in decision-making processes. These research findings have significant implications for the development of strategies and policies to enhance the quality of public services at the village level. Recommendations are provided to improve training and development of communication skills for village officials, strengthen communication-oriented leadership, and enhance organizational support to facilitate effective communication between village government and the community.

Abstract

This study intends to: 1) take a deep analysis of the effectiveness of the education and training programs implemented by BKPSDM Gunungsitoli to improve employee knowledge and skills, 2) discover the obstacles encountered in the implementation of education and training programs at BKPSDM Gunungsitoli and the solutions to overcome these obstacles to increase program effectiveness. Using a qualitative method, the data are gathered through interviews with employees, participatory observation, and documentary analysis regarding the education and training programs administered by BKPSDM. A purposive sampling technique is applied in this study. Data sources comprise two primary categories, namely primary and secondary data sources. The investigation regarding the implementation of education and training programs at BKPSDM Gunungsitoli, as well as the impact of their implementation on developing the competency of civil servants, summarize that: 1) The education and training programs implemented by BKPSDM Gunungsitoli significantly and positively impact the development of civil servant competency. Through this program, employees can improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes relevant to the demands of their position; 2) Despite the positive impact, the implementation of education and training programs at BKPSDM Gunungsitoli still encounters various challenges. To improve the effectiveness of this program, improving the curriculum evaluation, integrating with operational needs, and increasing the availability of infrastructure and involvement of work units are crucial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze brand ambassador, product quality, brand image, and healthy lifestyle towards purchasing decisions of lemonilo instant noodle products × NCT Dream in Gunungsitoli city. This research used a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 125 respondents using accidental sampling technique in sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that brand ambassador, product quality, brand image, and healthy lifestyle partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of lemonilo instant noodle products × NCT Dream in Gununngsitoli city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of beauty influencer reviews on purchasing decisions mediated by brand awareness of Something products in Solo City. This research was conducted in Solo City, with a total of 110 respondents who had purchased Something products and were active users of social media, using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire via the Google form. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results showed that beauty influencer reviews had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness of Something products in Solo City. Reviews of beauty influencers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Something products in Solo City. And brand awareness as a mediating variable is able to influence beauty influencer reviews on purchasing decisions for Somethinc products in Solo City. The implication of this research is the need for the Something brand effort to use other beauty influencers that have been widely trusted by the public to review newly released products, so as to be more able to convince consumers that Somethinc products have real quality.
