Abstract

Stunting pada anak di bawah usia lima tahun merupakan masalah serius di Indonesia, yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang selama fase pertumbuhan kritis. Kondisi ini memiliki efek jangka panjang pada kesehatan dan perkembangan fisik, kognitif dan mental anak. Penanganan stunting membutuhkan intervensi dini yang tepat, namun diagnosis dan pengobatannya sering kali sulit dilakukan. Di era digital, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, terutama sistem pakar, menawarkan solusi efektif untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Sistem pakar memanfaatkan pengetahuan dari para ahli untuk secara otomatis menghasilkan diagnosis dan rekomendasi. Penggunaan metode "Certainty Factor" dan "Forward Chaining" dalam sistem pakar telah terbukti ampuh dalam mendiagnosis masalah kesehatanPlatform berbasis web meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan skalabilitas serta memungkinkan penggunaan yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan sistem pakar berbasis web dengan metode Certainty Factor dan Forward Chaining diperlukan untuk memudahkan deteksi dini dan penanganan stunting serta mengurangi risiko jangka panjang pada anak usia dini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode certainty factor menghasilkan nilai diagnosa stunting dengan nilai CF 0,987 yang setara dengan akurasi 98,7%. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan dengan akurasi diatas bahwa pengguna telah mengalami hampir pasti penyakit stunting sesuai dengan gejala yang mereka pilih.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dialami pada industri genteng saat ini adalah fluktuasi harga bahan baku dan ketersediaan bahan baku yang tidak menentu. Proses penentuan komposisi yang tepat melalui uji coba manual memerlukan waktu dan sumber daya yang dapat menghabiskan tenaga dan biaya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat memprediksi kualitas genteng mantili. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memprediksi kualitas genteng mantili berdasarkan bahan baku menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). Komponen bahan baku yang digunakan yaitu tanah liat lempung, tanah liat hitam, tanah liat merah, tanah liat padas, tanah pasir sungai, dan kaolin. Klasifikasi prediksi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah "bagus" dan "tidak bagus". Data yang digunakan sebanyak 36, kemudian dipisahkan menjadi 26 data latih dan 10 data uji. Penelitian dimulai dengan memodelkan perhitungan K-NN menggunakan RapidMiner, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengembangkan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL. Pengujian pertama dilakuakan dengan nilai k=5 menggunakan 26 data latih dan 10 data uji, didapatkan hasil nilai akurasi sebesar 80% dan nilai error mencapai 20%. Pengujian kedua dilakukan dengan memasukkan data aktual yang diperoleh di lapangan menunjukkan hasil prediksi yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kualitas genteng mantili.

Abstract

People with hearing and speech impairments often have difficulty communicating with the general public due to a lack of understanding of sign language. This results in social isolation and barriers to accessing information and education. The development of sign language translator technology is expected to improve communication and independence of people with disabilities. The methodology used in this research includes data collection through literature studies, questionnaires, and documentation. The BISINDO data processing algorithm in this research uses the Long short-term memory (LSTM) method to detect skeletons on the hands, face and body. The system implementation uses kinect to capture real-time hand movements. System development uses the Agile method to ensure functionality and fulfillment of user needs. From the evaluation results by testing system performance using confusion matrix by calculating accuracy, recall, precision and F1-Score values. As well as datasets taken in realtime with a total of 90 data, each consisting of 30 actions of my sign language, 30 actions of good sign language, 30 actions of iloveyou sign language. The results show that the system has an accuracy value of 1.0, recall 1.0, precision 1.0 and F-1 Score 1.0 with LSTM algortima, epoch 140 and response data that shows positive towards the system

Abstract

One of the main challenges faced by libraries is determining the procurement of book collections that align with the needs and interests of borrowers. At the Sragen Regency Archives and Library Service, book procurement is often based on intuition or unstructured requests, resulting in many books that are less popular among visitors. This leads to a low number of book borrowings, meaning the library cannot provide optimal services. Based on this issue, the author attempts to cluster the book borrowing data for the year 2023 from the Sragen Regency Archives and Library Service by age group, book categories, number of borrowings, number of titles, and number of copies using data mining techniques with the k-means clustering algorithm. For the initial data processing, the author uses the Min-Max normalization method. After normalization, k-means is calculated with 3 clusters, followed by finding the optimal cluster using the elbow method, silhouette, and gap statistics. The results of the optimal cluster are compared with the results from the Dunn Index method. The research identifies three clusters: Cluster 1 contains book groups with low interest, consisting of 7 categories: General Works, Social Sciences, Language, Pure Sciences, Applied Sciences, Arts and Sports, History and Geography; Cluster 2 contains book groups with moderate interest, consisting of 2 categories: Philosophy and Psychology, Religion; and Cluster 3 contains the book group with the highest interest, consisting of 1 category: Literature

Abstract

Fire is a serious threat that can cause major losses, both material and non-material. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT) based fire monitoring system at the Tangen District Office to detect fires early. This system uses smoke, temperature and fire sensors integrated with a NodeMCU microcontroller to process data in real-time. Data from sensors is analyzed to detect signs of fire, and notifications are sent instantly via the Telegram application and accompanied by alarm activation. Tests show that the system has a detection accuracy rate of up to 95% in detecting various types of fire media, such as wood, paper and plastic, with an effective sensor distance of up to 20 cm. This system is able to reduce response time by up to 70% compared to conventional methods, increasing the readiness of officers in handling fires. It is hoped that the results of this research can minimize the risk and impact of fire, as well as significantly increase building safety

Abstract

This research aims to develop a website-based Decision Support System (DSS) to facilitate the selection of the best employees at the Ngrampal District Office. Employee performance assessments carried out manually have so far been considered less effective due to high subjectivity and a time-consuming process. The system built uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is able to give weight to each assessment criterion such as absenteeism, roll call attendance and employee performance. SAW was chosen because of its ability to provide objective ranking results based on measurable data. Implementation of this system shows faster and more accurate results in determining the best employees compared to manual assessments. Apart from improving the quality of performance appraisals, the implementation of this web-based system is also expected to motivate employees to improve their performance. This decision support system was created only within the scope of the Ngrampal District Office with three assessment criteria. It is hoped that this research can be developed further by adding new assessment criteria and applied in other agencies to expand the validity and effectiveness of the system

Abstract

Surakarta, sebagai kota wisata populer di Indonesia, menawarkan berbagai pilihan hotel dengan fasilitas dan harga beragam, namun banyaknya alternatif sering menyulitkan wisatawan dalam memilih akomodasi yang sesuai. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi hotel berbasis website menggunakan metode knowledge-based dengan pendekatan constraint-based. Metode knowledge-based memanfaatkan pengetahuan domain untuk memberikan rekomendasi, sementara constraint-based membatasi pilihan berdasarkan kriteria spesifik seperti lokasi, harga, dan fasilitas. Sistem ini dirancang agar mudah diakses melalui internet, memungkinkan pengguna memasukkan preferensi untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi hotel yang relevan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan rekomendasi yang akurat dan relevan, mempermudah wisatawan dalam memilih hotel di Surakarta, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi rekomendasi di bidang pariwisata.

Abstract

Current technological developments have become an important necessity for human life. The use of information technology cannot be denied in streamlining operations in various sectors, including in the culinary business world. Manshurin Catering is a business that operates in the food service sector. Currently, Manshurin Catering does not yet have a system or service platform in the form of menu recommendation information, so customers have to come to the location to order and consult about a menu that suits their tastes, so many customers have difficulty deciding on a food menu. This research aims to build a knowledge based recommendation system with a cased based approach which is hoped to help customers choose the right food menu according to their needs. The research method used involves data collection through library studies, interviews and observation. In developing this recommendation system using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method by going through several stages including requirements design, system design, development and implementation. This research uses 10 samples of food menu data using 5 attributes, namely type of food, price, food ingredients, course menu, and rating, where each menu has a weight of 20% or 0.2 which will be calculated by the similarity value. to determine the comparison between customer demand and available food products. The results of this research are after calculating the data using the knowledge based recommendation method for food menu products that are similar to customer requests, namely the fried chicken rice menu with a similarity value of 0.8 which will be displayed by the system as a recommendation menu.

Abstract

ATMI Polytechnic Surakarta, one of the vocational colleges in Surakarta, currently has 152 employees and 13 managerial positions. The human resource management (HRM) unit has a strategy for selecting study program leaders and managers, but the procedure is still done by hand and is not based on standardized calculations. Therefore, a job-position recommender system is needed. This system aims to recommend candidates with the highest similarity score to the desired job criteria. The recommendation system was developed using the Knowledge-Based Recommendation method and the system development method employs a prototype. The stages included communication, quick planning, quick design modeling, prototype construction, and deployment, delivery and feedback. The calculation results show that an employee with the initials ADR has the highest similarity score for the job-position as head of the D3 Industrial Mechanical Engineering (TMI) study program with a score of 0.87. Therefore, this system can be used as a reference mechanism in building a job recommendation system at ATMI Polytechnic Surakarta.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this research is the need to monitor the number of people entering and exiting a meeting room automatically and accurately. The objective of this study is to develop a system for monitoring the number of people in a meeting room using IoT technology to improve the efficiency of room capacity management. The method used in this research involves the application of an Arduino Uno microcontroller with HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors to detect object movement and display the results on an LCD in real-time. The test results show that the system successfully detects the number of objects entering and exiting the room accurately. The LCD display shows numbers corresponding to the changes in the number of people inside the room with labels "In" and "Out." The first test showed that when 25 objects entered and 6 objects exited, the remaining number of visitors was 19. In the second test, with 7 objects entering and no objects exiting, the number of visitors inside the room was 7. The third test showed 23 objects entering and 3 objects exiting, leaving 20 people in the room. The fourth test, with 14 objects entering and no objects exiting, showed 14 people inside the room. The fifth test, with 10 objects entering and no objects exiting, resulted in 10 people remaining in the room. Overall, the test results indicate that the system functions well in detecting the number of people in the room in real-time and can be used for efficient room capacity monitoring.
