Abstract

Perubahan iklim yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini menyebabkan sulitnya memprediksi cuaca, sehingga pengeringan pakaian di luar ruangan menjadi kurang efektif ketika hujan tiba-tiba datang. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penggunaan teknologi Internet of things (IoT) dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola jemuran pakaian. Beberapa penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengembangkan system yang dapat melakukan control dan monitoring terhadap jemuran pakaian berbasis IoT dengan memanfaatkan sensor yang akan mengirimkan sinyal ke perangkat yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet untuk memberikan informasi tentang kondisi cuaca secara tepat, akurat serta dapat melkukan informasi secara realtime. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan model Waterfall untuk merancang sistem jemuran pakaian otomatis berbasis IoT dengan kontrol dan monitoring yang terhubung ke perangkat seluler. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan, sensor cahaya, dan sensor air hujan yang akan memberikan informasi secara real-time pada aplikasi seluler. Dengan sistem ini, pengguna dapat mengatur jemuran pakaian dari jarak jauh dan menghindari pakaian yang terkena hujan, sehingga menghemat waktu dan tenaga. Hasil perancangan yang dilakukan menunjukan sistem dapat dirancang dengan baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang alat pemilah sampah secara otomatis berdasarkan jenisnya, yaitu organik dan anorganik, dengan menggunakan sensor proximity induktif dan kapasitif yang berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Latar belakang penelitian menjelaskan bahwa sampah merupakan bahan sisa dari kegiatan industri atau rumah tangga yang berbentuk padat atau semi padat, baik itu organik maupun anorganik, yang memiliki kemampuan terurai atau tidak terurai dan sering dibuang ke lingkungan karena sudah tidak berguna lagi. Untuk mencegah terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan dan memudahkan proses daur ulang sampah, perlu dilakukan pemilahan sampah sesuai jenisnya. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah alat pemilah sampah secara otomatis dengan menggunakan sensor proximity induktif dan kapasitif. Metode pengembangan sistem waterfall digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan melakukan tahap analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan uji coba. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alat pemilah sampah secara otomatis dengan menggunakan sensor proximity induktif dan kapasitif dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan memilah sampah berdasarkan jenisnya dengan akurasi yang tinggi. Penelitian lain yang dibahas dalam pustaka juga memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan alat pemilah sampah secara otomatis, seperti penggunaan logika program otomatis dan sensor ultrasonik.

Abstract

Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) merupakan sumber daya alam yang dimanfaakan oleh manusia khususnya dari kilang minyak dan gas yang memiliki komponen gas propane, butane dan dikemas dalam tabung. Faktor penyebab terjadinya kebakaran yaitu kebocoran gas pada tabung LPG atau pipa LPG yang terkena api dan menyebar luas menyebabkan kebakaran. Sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk memonitoring adanya kebocoran dengan menggunakan sensor MQ-2. Dengan adanya sistem pendeteksi kebocoran gas semoga dapat bermanfaat bagi banyak orang yang digunakan untuk memonitoring kebocoran gas dari jarak jauh ataupun saat dilokasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Rencana (Planning), Analisis (Analysis), Desain (Design), Implementasi (Implementation), Uji coba (Testing) dan Pengelolaan (Maintanance). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem yang telah dibuat berhasil mendeteksi adanya kebocoran gas LPG, menghidupkan alarm buzzer, memberikan notifikasi di telegram dan otomatisasi terbukanya legulator gas.

Abstract

The availability of safe, clean water is fundamental to human health and well-being, but a growing issue is that natural water sources are increasingly contaminated by various pollutants, especially in mining areas. The water source in the mine comes from rainwater and is collected in a lake used for mining activities, so the water conditions tend to be murky and contain many hazardous chemicals. World Health Organization (WHO) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 2 of 2023 state that clean water that is suitable for MCK is water that is not cloudy, colorless, temperature between 15 - 35 °C, free of chemicals or with a pH between 6.5 - 9, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) water no more than 1000 ppm. The purpose of this research is to provide water quality monitoring at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in the coal mining area based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The IoT product created, namely the water quality monitoring system, has several main advantages. This system can monitor water pH, water TDS, water temperature, and water turbidity, and display data in real-time on the monitoring website. On the website, sensor data is displayed in the form of charts, allowing users to monitor significant changes in data. In addition, there is an export feature to excel that makes it easier for WTP technicians to make reports. The tool testing technique is carried out using 15 water samples, the result is that the pH sensor has an accuracy rate of 97.93%, the TDS sensor has an accuracy rate of 99%, the temperature sensor has an accuracy rate of 98.58%, and the turbidity sensor shows a value that matches the water sample used. The results of this study indicate that the IoT system created is effective in monitoring important parameters such as pH, TDS, temperature, and turbidity of water in real-time, which can improve operational efficiency at the WTP and assist technicians in monitoring the WTP which was previously done manually.

Abstract

When the rainy season comes, the water in the Bengawan Solo river will experience an increase in water discharge and will result in the area being flooded in the watershed area so that the community will suffer material and life losses. So that a device to detect the increase in water discharge is injured remotely, to give a sign that the water has increased so that the community can save valuable goods. So that the community does not suffer many losses and can immediately evacuate goods and souls to a safe place. This research aims to create a device to detect the increase in water discharge in the Bengawan Solo river remotely. In making the tool, the author uses the prototype development method, the author searches for data with various sources and types of data. The author collected data from interviews with local residents and related agencies. From this study, the author produced a system to detect the increase in water discharge and type of rain by using a water level sensor, rain sensor and ESP 32 microcontroller which can be monitored through a telegram application remotely using an internet connection. The tool made by the author can detect the river water level from level 3, level 2 and level 1 and also detect the type of rain that occurs around the river.

Abstract

Work and human needs are very dependent on the presence of electrical energy, especially for household needs. Human negligence in using electrical energy will lead to wasteful use of electrical energy which causes payments to soar among households. Research was conducted to examine the application of monitoring the electrical power used by the device remotely via an internet connection. The system can be implemented using a NodeMCU ESP32, PZEM-004T sensor, 16x2 LCD, and the Telegram application as the system user interface on a smartphone. To be able to monitor via the Telegram application the user must be connected to the internet and the microcontroller must be connected to the internet network. This system using the internet network will make it easier to monitor the electrical power of electronic devices in the home every day. The result of this research is that an Internet of Things-based home electrical power monitoring system using the Telegram application can help and make it easier for home owners to monitor electrical power when the home owner is not at home.

Abstract

A mosque is a building used by Muslims to carry out worship and religious activities. Masjid Raya Assalam Masaran is one of the mosques located in Karangtengah Hamlet, Masaran District, Sragen Regency, Central Java. However, a few months ago there was a case of theft of charity boxes in this mosque, so the security of charity boxes is an important concern for mosque administrators. Therefore, the author developed a charity box security system to detect and anticipate theft. The system developed using the Prototype method is able to detect indications of theft, provide notifications via the Telegram application, track the whereabouts of the charity box using GPS technology, and lock the charity box using a solenoid door lock with a fingerprint sensor. The test results show that this system has excellent accuracy, response speed, and consistency, so it is expected to provide a sense of security and trust to worshipers in donating at the mosque charity box.ABSTRAKMasjid merupakan bangunan yang digunakan umat Muslim untuk melaksanakan ibadah dan kegiatan keagamaan. Masjid Raya Assalam Masaran merupakan salah satu masjid yang terletak di Dusun Karangtengah, Kec. Masaran, Kabupaten Sragen, Jawa Tengah. Namun, beberapa bulan yang lalu terdapat kasus pencurian kotak amal di masjid ini, sehingga keamanan kotak amal menjadi perhatian penting bagi pengurus masjid. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengembangkan sebuah sistem keamanan kotak amal untuk mendeteksi dan mengantisipasi adanya tindakan pencurian. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode Prototype mampu mendeteksi indikasi pencurian, memberikan notifikasi melalui aplikasi Telegram, melacak keberadaan kotak amal menggunakan teknologi GPS, serta mengunci kotak amal menggunakan solenoid door lock dengan sensor sidik jari. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem ini memiliki ketepatan, kecepatan respons, dan konsistensi yang sangat baik, sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan rasa aman dan kepercayaan kepada jamaah dalam menyumbang di kotak amal masjid.

Abstract

Disorders experienced by babies caused by stunted growth are commonly called stunting. The number of sufferers in toddlers in Indonesia is very large, so this has received the attention of the government. Several factors cause stunting in toddlers, including lack of food intake and exclusive breastfeeding in toddlers. However, the percentage and the relationship between the number of babies born and the possibility of stunting are unknown, which is the basis for this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the number of babies born and the possibility of stunting babies. Research conducted using regression analysis is used to determine the relationship between variables. The sample data used in this study were 157 toddlers. The data collection technique used is the collection of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researchers, the correlation value between the number of babies born and the number of stunted babies is 0.38 (very low category). Therefore, it can be concluded that the relationship between the number of babies born and the likelihood of stunting babies has a very low significance level.
