Abstract

Taman Wisata Lebah is an apiculture-based agritourism business own by PT Madu Pramuka. The emergence of competition and shift in business, demanding companies to develop and choose good business strategies, to ensure the companies survivability. Therefore, Taman Wisata Lebah need to conduct research concerning business development strategy, so that the business run by Taman Wisata Lebah, can develop in accordance with the times. The purposes of this research are to know the internal and external company factors, to know some alternative business strategies, also to know the priority alternative strategies to Taman Wisata Lebah. The research used IFE and EFE matrix to identify external and internal factors, the SWOT and IE matrix to formulate appropriate alternative strategies, QSPM matrix to determine the best alternative strategies priority. Based on the results of this research, the best alternative strategy to be applied is to develop Gerakan Pramuka-based activities for students in the Taman Wisata Lebah agritourism areas.

Abstract

Kakao merupakan komoditas ekspor Indonesia yang strategis menghasilkan devisa, namun tidak dapat dipungkiri Indonesia juga masih terhambat industrinya sehingga mengimpor kakao dalam produk jadi. Industri kakao didominasi pengelola asing sedangkan industri lokal belum berkembang secara luas, maka upaya dilakukan pada pengembangan agroindustri bernilai yang dapat dinikmati industri lokal. Melalui kebijakan agroindustri berbasis domestik, pemerintah mendukung pengembangan hilirisasi industri kakao salah satunya pendirian CV Wahyu Putra Mandiri di Trenggalek pada tahun 2015 dan mampu menghasilkan pasta, lemak, bubuk, dan permen cokelat. Nilai tambah sebagai nilai yang tercipta dari berbagai tahap dan pelaku rantai nilai yang berkontribusi dalam penambahan nilai produk. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat nilai tambah untuk setiap produk cokelat yang diolah perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan analisis metode Hayami, didapat bahwa nilai tambah terbesar pada produk jadi adalah produk cokelat batang dengan nilai tambah sebesar sebesar Rp 101.446,71/kg.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of business development in term of diversification fish species cultivation in floating cage at Cirata Reservoir. Indicator of feasibility study based on Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Pay Back Period (PP) and Net B/C. The research showed that diversification activities increases NPV Rp 157.420.576, raise IRR for 38%, Accelerate the payback period for 3 months and increases the Net B/C from 2,06 to 3,28. Therefore, diversification type of fish cultivation is recomended to apply because will increasing farmer income.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the present study is to analyze the influence of Government Expenditure on Education and Health, Unemployment Rate, Literacy Rate, to GDP Growth of Indonesian Population. This type of research is quantitative, using ordinary least square method (OLS). The data used are secondary data. Data type is yearly time series data between 2001-2017 period. The results of the study indicate that :(1) Government Expenditures for Education and Health have positive and significant impact on the GDP growth of Indonesian Population, (2) Unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on the GDP growth of Indonesian Population, (3) Literacy rate positively and significantly to GDP Growth Population Indonesia Keywords: investment, government spending, unemployment rate, literacy rate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine service quality and customer satisfaction of Dunkin Donuts customer in Gading Serpong. Service quality are consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Research conducted at Dunkin Donuts Gading Serpong from April-July 2017. Respondents are used as research samples amounted to 100 people. Data were processed by using Index Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Overall, the services provided by dunkin donuts outlet in Gading Serpong is good, because they can meet the expectations of their customer. The value of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is 86.76%. This illustrate that Dunkin Donuts customers in Gading Serpong are very satisfied with the service quality performance provided by Dunkin Donuts. Improvement of services that need to be done is the speed of employees in handling customer complaints, improving the cleanliness of toilet facilities, and improving employee friendliness while serving customers

Abstract

The research paper analyzes the financial income of a poor community living around the Cirata cistern, in West Java, Indonesia, before and after the community employed the aquaponics strategy of planting ipomoea aquatica. Data are gathered from observation, interviews and statistical analysis of the incomes of community members. In addition, analysis of the data applies Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The findings clearly demonstrate an increased annual income of more than 1.117.296 rupiah among those community members using the aquaponics strategy. Once the community has adjusted to professionally implementing this aquaponics strategy, it would be practically useful to invite investors to invest their capital to develop this area. Keywords: aquaponics, financial income, West Java, internal rate of return, payback period

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the feasibility of PT Bogor Eco Farming based on Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Pay Back Period (PP) and Break-even Point (BEP). Futhermore, sensitivity analysis use to know the impact due the decrease of chicken broiler selling price and a decrease in production. The research revealed the NPV is Rp 700.893.045, IRR is 37% and Pay Back Period (PP) is 2 years and 1 month. Sensitivity analysis conclude that farm business still feasible if chicken broiler selling price fell 5% and not feasible when chicken production decreased 10%.

Abstract

Toast is one of the popular food Indonesia. Roti Bakar 88 is an outlet that sell ready to eat toast. Business trends show there is a change in the focus of the business that initially focuses on the product to be consumer-focused. For this reason, consumer satisfaction is an interesting topic to study. The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of product atributte and price performance on consumer satisfaction in Roti Bakar 88. Data collected using questionare consists of 100 respondens. Data was analyzed using multiple linier regression method. The result shows that, product attributte and price variable is partially significant influenct the consumers satisfaction. The results also tells that independent variable significantly influenct independent variable simultaneously. Owner of Roti Bakar 88 need to improve the performance product features which consists of product information and packaging through include information on the nutritional value contained and benefits that consumer get. While the dimension of product quality, logo design maintened or improve because consumer already satisfied. Roti Bakar 88 has a price that is in the range of < Rp. 50.000, where the consumer are satisfied with the price. The price is still affordable for all consumer.When product attributes and prices can meet consumer expectations, customer satisfaction of Roti Bakar 88 will increase. Consumers are also satisfied with the price provided, because feel it appropriate with product quality and service provide.

Abstract

The development of information technology is increasing rapidly. The internet is widely used in various ways, one of which is e-commerce applications for online shopping. One of the popular e-commerce in Indonesia is Bukalapak. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of purchasing decisions at Bukalapak. The data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis consists of simultaneous tests and partial tests. The results in this study showe that the independent variables consisting of shopping experience, service quality, product perception and perceived risk partially influence purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the consumer perception variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality variable has a strong influence on purchasing decisions. For this reason, Bukalapak companies need to improve online services so consumers can make decisions and buy from Bukalapak. Companies are expected to work with online payment media and delivery services that can be trusted.

Abstract

CPO prices fluctuation cause price uncertainty formed in the future. Hedging is an activity carried out by market participants to mitigate the risk of price fluctuations. The Covid-19 pandemic disrupts the supply and demand of CPO, affecting price alteration, especially in the spot and futures markets. This study determines market efficiency and the CPO price asymmetry relationship between the Medan spot market, the Jakarta futures market, the Malaysian futures market, and the Rotterdam forward market prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used in this study are daily price data on each market from January 2016 to December 2020. They are analyzed using the NARDL model. There is a price asymmetry relationship between the spot and futures markets preceding and during the covid-19 pandemic. The increase in CPO prices causes a more significant impact than the decline in prices in the long term. In addition, there is also a long-term and short-term efficient relationship between the spot market and the futures market for CPO commodities. Thus, the hedging function performed by the CPO commodity market participants will run effectively. Keywords: CPO Price, NARDL Model, Market Efficiency, Cointegration, Pandemic Covid-19
