Abstract

The competition within the food sector has significantly increased, particularly in the spaghetti pasta product category. Numerous brands are competing in the market, necessitating effective marketing strategies for companies to maintain market share and boost product sales. This research aims to analyze the impact of the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) on consumer satisfaction with La Fonte pasta spaghetti. The study employs a quantitative descriptive research method, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. The population consists of individuals who have consumed La Fonte pasta spaghetti at least twice, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis technique involves multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results indicate that the marketing mix has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with La Fonte pasta spaghetti when considered collectively, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005. However, when examined individually, the product, price, and place variables show positive but non-significant effects on consumer satisfaction, with significant values of 0.076 > 0.05. The study suggests improving the promotion variable, recommending the addition of promotional activities on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Abstract

The increase in number of tourists is inseparable from the strategies used by tourist attractions by utilizing social media and Generation Z as a potential segmentation because they are known as digital natives. As happened to Bigstone Riverside located in Bogor, West Java, which once utilized social media by collaborating with influencers and getting an increase in visitors. Unfortunately, because the strategy used was inconsistent, there was a decline in visitors. This research aims to formulate a digital marketing development strategy for Bigstone Riverside. The selection of this research location was carried out purposively because this tourist destination has the potential to be developed and become a source of income for the surrounding community. This research uses qualitative data sourced from primary data and secondary data. The strategy formulation method used SWOT matrix by analyzing internal and external factors. The results of the strategy in this study are alternative strategies such as creating content that highlights advantages, creating promotions so that tourists share their excitement, conducting digital marketing training for administrators, collaborating with influencers and tourist information accounts, utilizing content generated by UGC users, optimizing SEO, and forming a team.

Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the financial feasibility of cultivating catfish using an artificial feed using maggot as source of protein. The indicators used in analyzing financial feasibility are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Break Event Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP), and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio). The results of the business feasibility analysis on catfish cultivation are feasible because they meet the criteria that have been applied, namely the NPV with a value of IDR. 3,253,672, an IRR value of 94.58%, a net B/C value of 2.81, a payback period of 1 year and 1 month, and a BEP of 171 kg. The results of the analysis show that cultivating catfish using artificial feed is feasible in all indicators. Therefore, the recommended strategy to increase the advantages of using artificial feed with maggot as source of protein is to provide education and training to the public on how to make and produce artificial feed with maggot as protein source

Abstract

Bantarsari Village, Rancabungur Sub-district, Bogor Regency, is known as the National Crystal Guava Village. However, as long as this business has been running, there has never been an analysis of financial feasibility. For this reason, this study was made with the aim of analyzing the financial feasibility of crystal guava cultivation in Bantarsari Village based on indicators of NPV, IRR, Net B/C, PP and sensitivity analysis to a 5% decrease in price and 10% decrease in production. The results showed that this cultivation is financially feasible with an NPV value of IDR. 187,308,181, IRR of 20%, Net B/C of 1.41, and PP for 3 years and 7 months; even in the scenario of a 5% decrease in selling prices and 10% production, the business remains feasible. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it is known that the crystal guava cultivation business in Bantarsari Village is financially feasible to run because it is financially profitable, and has the resilience to business risks such as a decrease in selling prices and a decrease in production

Abstract

Crystal guava contains many nutrients such as vitamins B and A, as well as antioxidants that are good for health, such as boosting the immune system, aiding digestion, improving skin health, and reducing the risk of heart disease. Conducting a cost analysis is an important step that must be taken by business operators. The purpose of this study is to assist crystal guava farmers in Bantarsari in achieving fair profits through an analysis of the Production Cost Analysis for Crystal Guava Fruit in Bantarsari Village, aiming to determine the appropriate and competitive selling price for this business. Production Cost Analysis can be conducted using either the Full Costing or Variable Costing method. In this study, the Full Costing method was used, where the researcher included all production costs, such as fixed costs and variable costs, in the COGS calculation analysis. From the analysis conducted, the COGS was determined to be Rp 3,173 per kilogram, meaning that this price is the minimum selling price that can be applied for the business to reach the break-even point, where income and expenses are balanced
