Abstract

Untuk menempuh pendidikan tinggi tidaklah mudah. Hal tersebut membuat mahasiswa harus mencari cara untuk mencukupi semua kebutuhannya. Beberapa mahasiswa memutuskan untuk kuliah sambil berkerja agar kebutuhannya dapat tercukupi. Dampak negatif yang didapat ketika menjadi mahasiswa yang juga bekerja ialah memunculkan masalah seperti melalaikan tugas-tugasnya sebagai mahasiswa, dan dapat menyebabkan permasalahan pada psychological well-being. Psychological well-being adalah persepsi individu tentang rasa sejahtera baik secara fisik maupun mental, dan dapat mengaktualisasikan diri dengan baik. Psychological well-being memiliki enam dimensi, yakni, self-acceptance, relations with others, personal growth, purpose in life, environmental mastery, dan autonomy. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kategoriasi jenjang ordinal terhadap skala psychological well-being agar dapat menentukan jenjang kategori tinggi atau rendah. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi psikologi Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang yang sedang bekerja. Jumlah sample pada penelitian ini berdasarkan Rumus Isaac dan Michael berjumlah 205 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, teknik sampling nonprobability jenis purposive sampling dengan karakteristik yang ditentukan. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukan taraf signifikansinya berada di rentang rasio -1,96 dan +1,96 maka dapat dikatakan skala psychological well-being terdistribusi normal. Hasil kategorisasi menunjukan 185 responden tergolong tinggi dan 20 responden tergolong rendah. To pursue higher education is not easy. This makes students have to find ways to meet all their needs. Some students decide to study while working so that their needs can be fulfilled. The negative impact of being a student who also works is that it creates problems such as neglecting his duties as a student, and can cause problems in psychological well-being. Psychological well-being is an individual's perception of a sense of well-being both physically and mentally, and can self-actualize well. Psychological well-being has six dimensions, namely, self-acceptance, relations with others, personal growth, purpose in life, environmental mastery, and autonomy. The purpose of this study was to determine the categorization of the ordinal level on the psychological well-being scale in order to determine the level of the high or low category. The population of this study were students of the psychology study program at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang who were working. The number of samples in this study based on Isaac and Michael's formula amounted to 205 respondents. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, non-probability sampling technique purposive sampling type with specified characteristics. The results of the normality test show that the significance level is in the ratio range of -1.96 and +1.96, so it can be said that the psychological well-being scale is normally distributed. The results of the categorization show that 185 respondents are classified as high and 20 respondents are classified as low.

Abstract

Busniss plan merupakan satu alat yang penting bagi para calon wirausaha untuk merancangkan langkah-langkah strategis dalam memulai dan mengembangkan suatu usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan busniss plan terhadap pengambilan keputusan berwirausaha pada calon entrepreneur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksperimen dengan design eksperimen one group. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan business plan berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan berwirausaha pada calon entrepreneur dengan taraf asymp sig (p) 0,000 < 0,005. Dengan artian business plan dapat memberikan pandangan yang jelas tentang resiko dan peluang bisnis untuk membantu calon wirausaha membuat keputusan yang lebih strategis sebelum memulai usaha. Semakin kuat business plan yang dilakukan oleh calon wirausaha maka akan memperkuat pengambilan keputusan untuk berwirausaha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character strength on happiness at work for sales employees at PT. Matahari Department Store Festive Walk Karawang. In this study there are two variables, namely character strength and happiness at work. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of character strength on happiness at work for sales employees at PT. Matahari Department Store Festive Walk Karawang. The number of samples used was 70 sales employees at PT. Matahari Department Store Festive Walk Karawang. Using saturated sampling research method. The data method in this study uses quantitative research methods. The reliability of this research shows that the results of character strength are 0.941 and happiness at work is 0.799, so both variables are declared to have a reliable value. The analysis in this study uses a simple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the variable character strength on happiness at work has a significant effect with a value of 0.012 less than 0.5. The results showed that there was an effect of character strength on happiness at work for sales employees at PT. Matahari Department Store Festive Walk Karawang.

Abstract

A This study aims to determine the effect of social support and self-esteem on the optimism of bachelor degree freshgraduates who are looking job in Karawang. In this study there are three variables, namely social support, self-esteem and optimism. The major hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of social support and self-esteem on the optimism of bachelor degree freshgraduates who are looking job in Karawang. The number of samples used was 116 freshgraduated bachelor degree freshgraduates who are currently looking job in Karawang. The sampling method in this study used Snowball sampling and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS 25.0. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it is known that social support and self-esteem variables have an influence with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed there is the influence of social support and self-esteem together at 0.232 or 23.2% contributed to the optimism of bachelor degree freshgraduates who were looking job in Karawang while the rest were influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

In adolescence there are physical changes, such as rapid growth and increase in height, weight, hormonal changes, sexual maturity and increased function of the brain structure. This is a problem that is still felt especially by young women because these teenagers are starting to pay attention to and take an attitude towards their body and appearance. This can be seen from the beauty and body care products from the latest brands and the emergence of beauty and body care products specifically aimed at "teens" or young women, meaning that young women make an effort to take care of their bodies. Efforts to take care of this body certainly affect how teenagers judge or perceive their bodies, this is called body image. One of the factors forming body image is optimism. Optimism is a comprehensive view, in seeing good things, being able to think positively, and easily giving meaning to oneself. This research was conducted to find out whether there is an effect of optimism on body image in young women in Karawang Regency. The hypothesis put forward is that there is an effect of optimism on body image with the assumption that the higher the optimism, the more positive the body image the individual has. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative research method with a sample of 100 young women living in Karawang, data analysis techniques used by researchers are normality test, linearity test, hypothesis test (simple linear regression test), coefficient of determination test and categorization test with the help of SPSS 25.0 software for Windows. The results of this study's data analysis show that there is an influence of optimism on body image in young women in Karawang with a Sig value of 0.003 (p <0.05).

Abstract

A school is a place where people learn. Students receive many assignments, especially those related to their subject. Educators give assignments to students to teach them to take advantage of their free time in understanding and are obliged to arrange the work given. However, in practice there are still problems related to the assignments given by the teacher. One of them is academic procrastination. Academic procrastination has several factors, one of which is low student self-efficacy. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy on academic procrastination in class XI students of SMAN 1 Telukjambe Barat. This research uses quantitative methods. In this study, data collection used the self-efficacy scale which refers to Bandura's theory while academic procrastination refers to Ferrari's theory. This research involved 132 students as the research sample, selected from the total student population of 196 students using purposive sampling. The results of the simple linear regression analysis obtained sig. namely 0.000 <0.05 (p <0.05) which means that there is an effect of self-efficacy on academic procrastination seen from the value of count has a value of -5.132 meaning that if student self-efficacy is low then academic procrastination in these students will be high, besides that based on the results The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the magnitude of the influence of the self-efficacy variable on academic procrastination is 16.4%. In comparison, other variables influence the remaining 83.6%.

Abstract

Di era serba digital ini masyarakat semakin gemar untuk melakukan hal-hal yang mudah seperti melakukan aktivitas belanja online. Pembelian impulsif merupakan fenomena yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang dilakukan oleh laki-laki ataupun perempuan. Kelompok remaja yang berusia 18-21 tahun merupakan kelompok usia yang memiliki kecenderungan untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif dibandingkan dengan kelompok usia lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konformitas dan emosi positif sebagai prediktor terhadap kecenderungan pembelian impulsif konsumen belanja online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Instrumen dalam penelitian yaitu skala konformitas yang berjumlah 42 item, skala emosi positif yang berjumlah 38 item, dan skala kecenderungan pembelian impulsif yang berjumlah 23 item. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen belanja online yang berusia 18-21 tahun di Karawang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling kuota dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 385 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier berganda melalui software JASP 0.16. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapatkan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 atau p < 0,05, hal ini berarti konformitas dan emosi positif dapat berpengaruh sebagai prediktor terhadap kecenderungan pembelian impulsif konsumen belanja online di Karawang. Adapun pengaruh yang disumbangkan konformitas dan emosi positif terhadap kecenderungan pembelian impulsif konsumen belanja online di Karawang adalah sebesar 20,4% dan 79,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. In this all-digital era, people are increasingly fond of doing easy things, such as doing online shopping activities. Impulse buying is a phenomenon that occurs in everyday life that is carried out unconsciously by both men and women. The group of adolescents aged 18-21 years is an age group that has a tendency to make impulsive purchases compared to other age groups. This study aims to determine the effect of conformity and positive emotions as predictors of impulse buying tendencies of online shopping consumers in Karawang. The research method used is associative quantitative method. The instruments in the study were the conformity scale, which totaled 42 items, the positive emotion scale, which totaled 38 items, and the impulsive buying tendency scale, which totaled 23 items. The population in this study are online shopping consumers aged 18-21 years in Karawang. The sampling technique used was quota sampling with a total sample of 385 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test through JASP 0.16 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained a significance value of <0.001 or p <0.05, this means that conformity and positive emotions can influence as a predictor of the tendency to buy impulsive online shopping consumers in Karawang. Conformity and positive emotions contribute to the impulsive buying tendency of online shopping consumers in Karawang by 20.4% and the other 79.6% are influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Turnover intention merupakan suatu masalah yang sering dihadapi di banyak industri perusahaan, tingkat turnover intention yang tinggi sudah menjadi permasalahan yang cukup serius, terutama jika yang keluar dari perusahaan tersebut adalah pegawai yang memiliki pengalaman dan keterampilan yang baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi pengaruh dukungan atasan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Cabang Karawang Timur. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran skala dukungan atasan dan skala turnover intention. Untuk membuktikan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui besaran nilai turnover intention yang dipengaruhi oleh dukungan atasan (X). Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil yang didapat dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001<0,05 dan nilai r hitung sebesar -0,797 > 0,195. Maka hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti ada pengaruh dukungan atasan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Cabang Karawang Timur. Hasil dari uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa dukungan atasan memberikan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 63,5% terhadap turnover intention. Turnover intention is a problem that is often faced in many industrial companies. A high level of turnover intention has become quite a serious problem, especially if those leaving the company are employees who have good experience and skills. This research is a quantitative study which aims to find out information on the influence of superior support on turnover intention among employees of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya East Karawang Branch. Data collection in this research was carried out using the distribution method of superior support scale and turnover intention scale. To prove the validity of the data in this study, researchers used a simple linear regression test to determine the magnitude of the turnover intention value which is influenced by superior support (X). Next, the data was analyzed using simple linear regression. The results obtained had a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 and a calculated r value of -0.797 > 0.195. So the hypothesis in this study is that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is an influence of superior support on turnover intention among employees of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya East Karawang Branch. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that superior support contributes 63.5% to turnover intention.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2022 pemerintah menerapkan program merdeka belajar di sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Indonesia. Program ini ternyata tidak mampu diterima oleh semua guru dikarenakan beberapa faktor intrinsic dan ekstrinsik. Untuk melaksanakan program ini dibutuhkan perilaku inovatif dari setiap guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing behavior terhadap innovative bahvior pada guru PAUD. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang dilibatkan sebanyak 166 guru PAUD. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh knowledge sharing behavior terhadap innovative bahvior pada guru PAUD. Artinya semakin tinggi knowledge sharing behavior maka akan meningkatkan innovative bahvior pada guru PAUD.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, this research was conducted based on the phenomenon of high turnover intention in the company, which was 25.9%. Based on research by Widyantara, et al., (2015) showed that there was a negative and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Therefore, this study aims at analyzing the effect of organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction on the turnover intention at PT XYZ. The population in this study amounted to 85 respondents using a total sample where all respondents were sampled. The research method used is quantitative. Based on the results of the multiple regression test of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention, there is a negative influence between organizational commitment on turnover intention and the value of Sig. 0.002 < 0.05, secondly there is a negative influence between job satisfaction and turnover intention with the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 Third, there is an influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the turnover intention with the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, the value of the coefficient of determination is 23.0%. Therefore, the higher the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees, the lower the level of turnover intention will be.
