Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 berdampak pada dunia pendidikan di Indonesia, sehingga pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai media teknologi. Saat ini seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia sedang menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 sehingga pembelajaran harus dilakukan dalam jaringan (daring). Fakta menunjukkan bahwa di masa pandemi kenaikan keputusan pembelian pengguna bimbingan belajar online Ruangguru meningkat tinggi, salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian adalah citra merek. Keputusan pembelian dalam penelitian ini sebagai variabel dependen dan citra merek sebagai variabel independen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Ruangguru SMAN 1 Banyusari Karawang sebanyak 317 siswa yang diambil sampelnya sebanyak 176 siswa. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai thitung 9,494>1,973 ttabel dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Nilai R square diperoleh sebesar 0,341 yang artinya pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 34,1% sedangkan sisanya 65,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. The industrial revolution 4.0 has an impact on the world of education in Indonesia, so learning can be done with various technological media. Currently, the whole world, including Indonesia, is facing the Covid-19 pandemic, so learning must be done online. The fact shows that during the pandemic, the purchase decision of Ruangguru online tutoring users has increased significantly, one of the factors that influence purchasing decisions is brand image. Purchase decisions in this study as the dependent variable and brand image as the independent variable. The population in this study were the users of Ruangguru SMAN 1 Banyusari Karawang as many as 317 students and 176 students were taken as samples. The results of the research conducted indicate that brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 9.494>1.973 t table with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, which means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The value of R square obtained is 0.341, which means that the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions is 34.1% while the remaining 65.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Freedom to study in an independent campus is a program of the Minister of Education and Culture in 2020. Learning activities at the Merdeka Campus are a manifestation of essential student-centered learning. This study aims to determine the role of optimism and agility on readiness to change in implementing independent learning at an independent campus. Respondents of this study were the lecturers at Buana Perjuangan Karawang University s many as 190 lecturers. The scale used in this study consists of a scale of readiness to change, optimism and agility. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, found that optimism and agility had a positive role in readiness to change (p < 0.05). This shows that the higher the attitude of optimism and agility will increase the readiness to change in lecturers at Buana Perjuangan Karawang University. These findings can be taken into consideration in making measures to increase readiness to change by applying an attitude of optimism and agility to work on lecturers

Abstract

The performance of a company is largely determined by the conditions and behavior of the employees owned by the company, one form of employee behavior is the desire to move (turnover intention) which leads to the employee's decision to leave his job. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, employee engagement on turn over intention with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research focused on one of the public hospitals in Karawang Regency with 98 participants. Retrieving data using a scale, namely the compensation scale, employee engagement, turnover intention and job satisfaction. Testing the validity of the scale in this study used the content validity test with the CVR method and instrument reliability using the Alpha Cronbach method. Data processing carried out in this study used Path Analysis with JASP software. The results of data analysis reveal that compensation and employee engagement have no effect on RSU employee turnover intention either directly or through employee job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has no effect on RSU employee turnover intention. Kinerja suatu perusahaan sangat ditentukan pada kondisi dan perilaku karyawan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tersebut, salah satu bentuk perilaku karyawan tersebut adalah adanya keinginan untuk pindah (turnover intention) yang berujung pada keputusan karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, employee engagement terhadap turn over intention dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada salah satu RSU yang berada di Kabupaten Karawang dengan jumlah partisipan 98 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala yaitu skala kompensasi, employee engagement, turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja. Uji validitas skala pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas isi dengan metode CVR dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Path Analysis dengan software JASP. Hasil analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa kompensasi dan employee engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap turn over intention karyawan RSU baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turn over intention karyawan RSU. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, employee engagement, turn over intention, kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-regulated learning and student well-being on student academic stress at SMK N 1 Karawang. In this study, there are three variables, namely self-regulated learning, student well-being, and academic stress. The major hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of self-regulated learning and student well-being on students' academic stress at SMK N 1 Karawang. The number of samples used was 124 vocational students at SMK N 1 Karawang. Using purposive sampling method. The data method in this study uses quantitative methods. The analysis in this study uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. Based on the test results, the hypothetical model has an outer loading value above 0.5 and Cronbach's alpha value for all constructs above 0.5. The results showed that there was an effect of self-regulated learning and student well-being on students' academic stress at SMK N 1 Karawang. The result of R Square in this study was 28.8%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, this research was conducted based on the phenomenon of high turnover intention in the company, which was 25.9%. Based on research by Widyantara, et al., (2015) showed that there was a negative and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Therefore, this study aims at analyzing the effect of organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction on the turnover intention at PT XYZ. The population in this study amounted to 85 respondents using a total sample where all respondents were sampled. The research method used is quantitative. Based on the results of the multiple regression test of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention, there is a negative influence between organizational commitment on turnover intention and the value of Sig. 0.002 < 0.05, secondly there is a negative influence between job satisfaction and turnover intention with the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 Third, there is an influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the turnover intention with the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, the value of the coefficient of determination is 23.0%. Therefore, the higher the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees, the lower the level of turnover intention will be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali literatur terkait pastoral konseling sebagai solusi mengatasi depresi. Pada penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dimana bahan bacaan seperti buku, artikel jurnal menjadi kunci pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pastoral konseling yang dijalankan dengan bertumpu pada empat fungsi pastoral seperti healing, sustaining, guiding dan reconciling tentu dapat membantu penderita depresi keluar dari persoalan atau masalah yang membuat ia tertekan dan depresi. Konselor dengan jabatan sebagai seorang pastor juga dapat membantu penyembuhan penderita depresi itu dengan cara mendoakannya. Lebih dari semua, hal utama yang harus diperhatikan agar pastoral konseling itu bisa berhasil adalah baik konselor maupun konseli harus menghargai prinsip-prinsip pokok dalam konseling. This study aims to explore the literature related to pastoral counseling as a solution to overcome depression. In this study the research method used was literature study, where reading materials such as books, journal articles were the key to this study. The results of this study indicate that pastoral counseling which is carried out by relying on the four pastoral functions such as healing, sustaining, guiding and reconciling can certainly help people with depression get out of problems or problems that make them depressed and depressed. Counselors with the position of a priest can also help cure depression sufferers by praying for them. More than all, the main thing that must be considered for pastoral counseling to be successful is that both the counselor and the counselee must respect the basic principles of counseling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of employee agility in the readiness to change of lecturers in carrying out merdeka belajar kampus merdeka. In this study involved 190 samples using saturated sampling technique. Test the hypothesis using simple linear regression. The scale used in this study is the employee agility and readiness to change scale. The results of the study show that there is a role for employee agility in the readiness to change for lecturers in carrying out merdeka belajar kampus merdeka. This shows that the higher employee agility will increase the readiness to channel for lecturers.

Abstract

The behavior of employees at work determines the success or failure of the company in achieving the vision and mission that has been set. Increasingly high business competition requires quality human resources, totality and agility in work. This study aims to determine the role of employee agility and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior among employees in the Employee District. The sample used in this study were 92 employees and the sampling technique used was snowball sampling. The scale used is the Psychology scale which consists of organization citizenship behavior, employee agility and employee engagement scales. Data analysis used SPSS software version 26. The results of the study found that there was an effect of employee agility and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior among employees in Karawang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of passion for teaching as a moderator on the compensation and work loyalty of honorary teachers in Karawang. This study consists of three variables, namely work loyalty as an endogenous variable, compensation as an exogenous variable and passion for teaching as a moderator variable. The major hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of compensation on work loyalty moderated by passion for teaching. The number of samples used were 203 honorary teachers in Karawang Regency using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used a structural equation model (SEM) using partial least squares (PLS). Based on the test results, the hypothetical model has an outer loading value above 0.5 and Cronbach's alpha value for all constructs above 0.5. The standardized root mean square residual (SRMR) is 0.075 or below 0.10 and the normal fit index (NFI) 76% (0.76) is better than the nul model with a chi-square value of 607.903, the majority of the model fit index has met the good fit parameters. This means that the theoretical research model can be accepted as a model that fits the data in the field. The results showed that there was a significant effect of compensation on work loyalty moderated by passion for teaching

Abstract

This research able to knowing the role of organizational support on work performance mediated work engagement. The variables tested in this study are organizational support as exogenous variables, work engagement and work performance as endogenous variables. The research respondents were autism therapists at institutions for children with special needs in Karawang, totaling 203 therapists. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model (SEM) using partial least squares (PLS). Based on the results of the hypothetical model test, organizational support influences work performance mediated by work attachment. This means that the research theoretical model can be accepted as a model that fits the data in the field. This also shows that the stronger the employee gets support from the organizational and the employee understands the employee's work engagement will increase. The yield from these findings able to use consideration to handle increased employee work engagement at the Institute.
