Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMPN 1 Buduran from the perspectives of teachers and students. Aiming to foster contextual, flexible, and student-centered learning, the research utilized a descriptive qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews with 10 teachers and 32 students, classroom observations, and school document analysis. The findings show that 80% of teachers appreciate the curriculum's flexibility in designing learning tailored to student needs, while 70% have successfully integrated project-based learning and group discussions. However, 60% still face challenges in creating authentic assessments aligned with the curriculum's principles. From the students' viewpoint, 65% report feeling more engaged in their learning, yet 50% struggle to understand material independently without direct teacher guidance. Key obstacles include limited facilities, unstable internet access, and inadequate technological resources. The principal stresses the need for further teacher training, particularly in competency-based assessments. In summary, while the Merdeka Curriculum's implementation at SMPN 1 Buduran demonstrates progress in enhancing participation and flexibility, addressing facility improvements and strengthening teacher capacity is essential for achieving its full potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran adaptif berbasis pemrograman kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan prinsip psikologi pendidikan di SMPN 2 Candi, Sidoarjo. Media ini dirancang untuk menyesuaikan konten dan metode pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar, motivasi, serta kemampuan individu siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi. Proses pengembangan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain produk, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas dan luas, serta evaluasi efektivitas media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran adaptif berbasis AI meningkatkan pemahaman siswa secara signifikan, dengan rata-rata kenaikan skor post-test sebesar 23,5% dibanding pre-test. Media ini mengintegrasikan algoritma sederhana untuk pemetaan preferensi belajar siswa dan memberikan umpan balik otomatis sesuai dengan performa siswa. Dari perspektif psikologi pendidikan, media ini juga terbukti meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Selain itu, sistem memungkinkan guru untuk melakukan asesmen formatif secara real-time, sehingga intervensi pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara lebih tepat dan efisien. Secara keseluruhan, media ini dinilai layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran reguler, serta sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, personalisasi, dan penguatan karakter. Inovasi ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the cooking spices industry, with a case study of Lilik Rochim (LLR) Cooking Spices consumers in Sidoarjo. Increasingly tight competition in this industry requires producers to understand the factors that influence customer loyalty in order to maintain market share. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 90 respondents who are LLR Cooking Spices customers. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify the relationship between the independent variables (service quality, product quality, price, and customer satisfaction) with the dependent variable (customer loyalty). Findings: The results of the study indicate that service quality, product quality, and price have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between service quality, product quality, price, and customer loyalty. Thus, improving service quality, providing high product quality, and setting competitive prices can increase customer satisfaction, which ultimately has an impact on increasing customer loyalty. Conclusion: These findings have strategic implications for cooking spices producers in designing effective marketing policies to increase customer loyalty. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study uniquely examines the mediating role of customer satisfaction in linking service quality, product quality, and price to customer loyalty within the context of the Indonesian cooking spices industry.

Abstract

Background: Student management is an important aspect in school management that aims to provide the best educational services to students. In recent decades, research has emphasized the importance of performance-based student management in improving the quality of education. This approach focuses not only on administrative aspects, but also on the development of student character and competence through structured and measurable programs. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The focus of the study includes student planning, student admissions, orientation, attendance arrangements, and student discipline. Findings: This study found that student management is carried out in a structured manner through activity planning, performance-based selection systems, new student orientation, attendance monitoring, and character development through extracurricular activities. The entire process is supported by the use of technology to enhance administrative efficiency and parental engagement. Conclusion: The implementation of performance-based student management can improve the quality of education and shape the character of students better. Schools need to strengthen the student selection system with a more comprehensive method and improve student development programs through a personal approach and the use of educational technology. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study offers new insights into the implementation of performance-based student management in Islamic-based high schools, which can be a model for other schools in improving the effectiveness of student management as a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendekatan holistik dalam dakwah kontemporer melalui studi kasus di Pondok Pesantren Al Barokah Sruni, dengan menelaah integrasi antara teori komunikasi Barat dan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam terhadap pengasuh pesantren, ustadz/ustadzah, serta masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ponpes Al Barokah Sruni berhasil menggabungkan teori komunikasi Barat seperti model transaksional, komunikasi persuasif, dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan nilai-nilai Islam seperti hikmah, mau’izhah hasanah, dan mujadalah bil-lati hiya ahsan. Pendekatan dakwah di pesantren ini mencakup dimensi spiritual, sosial, psikologis, hingga pemanfaatan media digital. Strategi dakwah yang diterapkan tidak hanya berdampak pada efektivitas penyampaian pesan, tetapi juga membentuk karakter santri serta memperkuat hubungan sosial dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya integrasi yang kritis dan kontekstual antara teori komunikasi dan etika dakwah Islam sebagai strategi dakwah yang relevan di era modern.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan bagian dari kewajiban pemerintah dalam memenuhi hak-hak warganya. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih dan berkembang, Pemerintah dituntut untuk melakukan inovasi dalam pemberian pelayaan kepada publik. Salah satu bentuk inovasinya yaitu digitalisasi Pelayanan Publik yang telah dilakukan berupa Pelayanan Penerbitan Surat Rekomendasi Pembelian BBM Jenis Tertentu secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan gambaran umum mengenai Penerapan digitalisasi Pelayanan Publik melalui Penerbitan Surat Rekomendasi Pembelian BBM Jenis Tertentu secara online pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Probolinggo melalui UPTD TPI Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Probolinggo telah menerapkan digitalisasi PelayananPublik yaitu Penerbitan Surat Rekomendasi Pembelian BBM Jenis Tertentu secara online. Digitalisasi ini merupakan salah satu bentuk inovasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengungkap permasalahan Pelayanan Terpadu ( PATEN ) yang ada di Kantor Kecamatan Winongan Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan sistem antrian MANUAL. Dari beberapa informasi yang di himpun dari masyarakat yang mengantri Pelayanan dengan sistem antrian manual kurang efektif dan efisiIen. Sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan masyarakat yang baik , Instansi Kantor Kecamatan perlu adanya inovasi sistem antrian DIGITAL. permasalahan Pelayanan Terpadu ( PATEN ) yang ada di Kantor Kecamatan Winongan Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan sistem antrian MANUAL. Dari beberapa informasi yang di himpun dari masyarakat yang mengantri Pelayanan dengan sistem antrian manual kurang efektif dan efisiIen. Sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan masyarakat yang baik , Instansi Kantor Kecamatan perlu adanya inovasi sistem antrian DIGITAL.. Inovasi merupakan peralihan dari prinsip-prinsip, proses dan praktik-praktik manajemen tradisional atau pergeseran dari bentuk organisasi yang lama ke manajemen modern. Pelayanan Pemerintah kepada masyarakat yang dikenal dengan sebutan pelayanan publik merupakan isu yang sangat strategis karena interaksi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam rangka mengetahui Inovasi pelayanan publik. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan publik dengan sistem antrian Digital adalah inovasi conseptual dimana memunculkan paradigma, ide, gagasan, pemikiran dan terobosan baru. Sedangkan inovasi delivery adalah termasuk cara – cara baru atau dalam menyelesaikan masalah, memberikan layanan atau berinteraksi dengan klien untuk tujuan pemberian layanan khusus kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

The success of the teaching and learning process is largely determined by a teacher who transfers knowledge through the learning process, in this case learning strategies are important in the learning process. Many lessons in class are carried out by teachers, lessons that are often used in the learning process include: lecture learning, question and answer learning, discussion learning, assignment learning, demonstration learning, field trip learning, group work (inquiry), learning role playing, dialogue learning, argumentative learning, and story telling. Based on the considerations above, it is necessary to develop a learning method that is able to involve student participation as a whole so that teaching and learning activities are not only dominated by certain students. In addition, through choosing this learning method, it is hoped that the source of information that students receive will not only come from the teacher but can also increase student participation and activeness in studying and reviewing existing knowledge, especially English subjects. Based on the background of the problem above, the title of this classroom action research was formulated as follows: "Improving learning outcomes for speaking English fluently through learning with puzzle games as a medium for fifth grade students at SD YPPGI NOKAPAKA for the 2023/2024 academic year." The results of this research are: How do students' activities in learning using puzzle games media improve learning outcomes in English speaking among fifth grade students at SD YPPGI NOKAPAKA and can learning using puzzle games media improve the understanding of fifth grade students at YPPGI NOKAPAKA Elementary School about providing information in language? English, This research uses a qualitative approach, namely a form of reflective study by the perpetrators of actions carried out to increase rational stability and also uses classroom action research, namely their actions in carrying out assignments and Puzzle Games are a form of game that challenges creativity and memory. students are more in-depth due to the emergence of motivation to always try to solve problems, but it is still fun because it can be repeated.

The 21st century has bring change big in various aspect life, including in system education. Transformation system education become a inevitability for respond global challenges, progress technology, and dynamics need competence century. This article discuss in a way deep about challenges and opportunities in the process of transformation education, with highlight the need adjustment curriculum, methods learning, the role of teachers, and supporting digital infrastructure. Challenges faced​ covering gap access education, lack of digital literacy among educators and participants educate, and resistance to change the system that has been established. On the other hand, the opportunities that arise covers integration technology in learning, improvement global collaboration, as well as birth approach more learning​ flexible, personal and based competence.
