Abstract

The research aims to describe the design of an optimal education resource management system to support inclusive education. Inclusive education recognizes the right of every child to quality education, regardless of their special needs. Effective education management is needed to ensure the successful implementation of inclusive education programs in elementary schools. Using a comprehensive literature study method, this research analyzes relevant literature to understand the concept of inclusive education management, the role of the principal, and the challenges and models of its implementation. The results show that effective educational management, supported by the strong leadership role of the principal, is very important in creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting the success of all students, including those with special needs.

Abstract

Education is a conscious effort to help someone develop their potential systematically to achieve better self-quality. Educational institutions must continue to strive to improve the quality of education, not only in terms of physical facilities, but also the quality of educators. Educational management has an important role in training human resources to create superior and quality human resources, which will have a positive impact on national development. Internal and external factors affect student learning achievement, including psychological, sociological, physiological, skills, attitudes, social interactions, and family education factors. The method used in this study is the literature review system method (literature review). Literature review is usually interpreted as material that will be read in research related to a topic. Effective educational resource management has a significant impact on student learning outcomes. Research shows that good educational resource management, such as the availability and quality of educators, learning facilities, teaching materials, and other resources, contributes to improving student learning achievement, while lack of resources can hinder the learning process and low learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is a comparative analysis of educational resource management models. Educational resource management Refers to the context and factors that influence how educational resources are managed and utilized to achieve set educational goals. In its application, the educational resource model involves evaluating and comparing various approaches, methods or strategies in management, development and utilization of resources to achieve educational goals. The education system in Indonesia has formal, non-formal and informal education systems, and existing educational support must be able to provide adequate educational resources. Abstract

Education is very important in life because it is closely related to the formation of national character so it must remain sustainable. So it becomes important to design a sustainable education resource management system. There are several steps taken in improving the quality of education and managing educational resources comprehensively. These include coaching and development, increasing the motivation of educational resources, supervision and monitoring, and allocating an education budget. In the process of sustainable education resource management, coaching and professional development of teachers is very important, because it will also have an impact on the quality of schools/madrasas, but it should be noted that efforts to foster and develop the competence of educators should be followed by the participation of the government, both central and local governments, this must also be supported by stakeholders such as communities that support the development of educational institutions

Abstract

Educational resource management is the key to success in education management. If education is managed effectively and efficiently, it can be ensured that education can run well in accordance with its objectives. The impact obtained if educational resource management is managed properly will increase teacher motivation and job satisfaction in providing education and teaching to students. This study discusses the impact of educational resource management on teacher motivation and job satisfaction. The research method used is a literature study using content analysis techniques from articles and written works in the form of books that have been collected as research material. Based on the research, the conclusion that can be drawn is that educational resource management in improving achievement is a system approach in an effort to maximise competitiveness through continuous improvement (continuous) to obtain optimal value or quality for services, people, products and the environment by involving all elements and stakeholders of the organisation under a shared vision so that good management encourages motivation for teachers or educators in providing good education to their students.
